As can be seen from the first picture，when the boy is on the point of lending a helping hand to the girl who has fallen on the ground，his mother is discouraging him，saying that other people will blame him for the girl's fall if he helps the girl．However，in the second picture the mother is astonished when she sees her son taking no notice of the fallen oil bottle and hears him explaining that he'll be regarded as the one who's knocked it down if he supports the bottle with hand．

Judging from the pictures，I'd like to express my point of view that what parents say and do really has a great impact on their children．Children tend to believe what their parents have taught them，and are quick to apply it to practice without much thinking．Just as is shown in the pictures，the boy has learnt from his mother's words that helping makes trouble and has decided to stay indifferent to whatever happens．Perhaps，the boy might hold this belief all through his life．Such is the profound influence parents can exert on children．Parents are children's first teachers，so they should properly behave themselves in front of their children．They ought to ensure that anything they intend to convey to their children will not cause a misleading aftermath．Besides，parents should help their children develop a positive attitude towards society and teach them to distinguish between right and wrong．Never should they convert their children to their incorrect deeply-held notions．

As you can see，parents should be more careful in educating their children．It is they who influence their children most in their life．
