毛陆虹,男,天津大学电子信息工程学院教授,博士研究生导师。
毛陆虹人物经历1982年天津大学半导体物理与器件专业毕业,从事集成电路、半导体器件方面的教学与科研工作。1994-1995在美国Portland州立大学访问学者,做通信系统的集成电路研究工作。1998-2000年在天津大学微电子学与固体电子学科读博士学位,2000年调入天津大学,2001年评为教授,2003年评为博导,现任信息学院电子科学与技术系副主任。
毛陆虹科学研究射频集成电路,新型半导体器件与集成技术,光电子器件与光电集成电路。
1.12Gb/s 硅CMOS单片集成并行传输光接收机芯片研制,863项目2007完成。
2. CMOS工艺兼容的光电集成互连研究,天津市应用基础研究计划重点项目,2009完成。
3.CMOS工艺兼容前均衡光电集成接收机研究 国家自然科学基金项目2009完成。
4. ISO18000-6 Type B/C标准的(UHF)标签芯片研发和产业化 863项目2009完成
