There
have
already
been
a
lot

scholars
and
experts

made

great
contribution
on
this
subject
both
at
home
and
abroad.
They
all
believed
that
the
culture
and
the
history
of
a
nation
or
a
region
have
great
influence
on
dietary
culture.
But,in
their
essay,they
each
talked
about
several
relevant
aspects,not
in
an
integrated
system.
So,this
essay,based
on
their
experience,will
introduce
and
analyze
the
differences
in
a
more
integrated
and
detailed
way.

goal

is

As

about

the
diet
is
in

country.
Dietary
culture
is
an
important
part
of
a
country’s
entire
culture.
A
country’s
dietary
culture
is
the
crystal
of
its
history,culture,aesthetic,custom
and
other
typical
characters.
So,by
conducting
the
research
on
the
differences
between
Chinese
and
western
dietary
culture,the
author
can
have
a
clear
understanding
of
the
western
country’s
entire
culture.
So
here
comes
the
ultimate
goal
---
to
know
about
the
culture
embodied
in
it,so
as
to
promote
communication,intensify
the
mutual
understanding
between
Chinese
and
western
people,and
join
in
the
giant
wave
of
globalization
with
more
advantages.
Moreover,with
the
advancement
of
the
entire
world
and
the
improvement
of
people’s
living
standard,more
and
more
people
can
afford
to
enjoy
the
travel
overseas,they
have
the
chance
to
live
in
foreign
countries
and
get
to
know
the
differences
between
Chinese
and
western
dietary
culture
directly
and
personally.
And
these
together
provide
the
possibility
and
convenience
to
the
research.
However,there
are
still
many
people
who
are
unfamiliar
with
exotic
culture
but
willing
to
know,so
there
is
the
practical
need
for
this
research.
Dietary
culture
is
an
important
part
of
the
entire
culture
but
has
an
independent
and
integrated
system.
And
the
dietary
culture
is
composed
of
several
parts.
So,the
research
will
be
conducted
by
comparing
the
constituent
part
in

system,in

process,more
real
examples
and
materials
will

And
