近期，我校为贯彻中央和市委关于正风肃纪、加强师德师风建设的有关精神，全面落实市委教育工委、市教委《关于严禁教师收受学生及家长礼品礼金的规定》，规范教师廉洁从教行为，纠正教育行业不正之风，营造风清气正的校园环境。我校组织各位教师学习《关于严禁教师收受学生及家长礼品礼金的规定》，坚持从实际出发，大力加强教师思想政治、职业道德、法律法规、社会公德等方面的教育，坚持以正面宣传教育为主，大力弘扬高尚师德，积极营造全社会尊师重教的良好氛围，严禁教师收受学生及家长的礼品、礼金等，增强抵制收受礼品、礼金等不正之风的主动性和自觉性。教师收受学生

教师收受学生及家长礼品礼金问题是人民群众反映强烈、深恶痛绝的问题，玷污教师行业形象、伤害家长及学生感情，社会负面影响巨大。作为从教16年的教师，我早已经充分认识到这种行为的危害性及专项治理工作的重要性和紧迫性，坚决的旗帜鲜明的积极拥护并坚守治理活动的各项要求，本人从以下几方面进行严格要求。

一、是要从思想上预防。

教师是人类灵魂的工程师，承担着教书育人，培养社会主义建设者和接班人，提高国民素质的使命。教师要从思想上严格要求自己，要从实际行动上杜绝接受家长的礼品、礼金。教师要为人师表，要从思想上、行动上管理自己。只有教师从思想上坚决抵制收受礼品礼金行为，在行动上才可以表现出来。

二、是要从监督上控制。

除了自身严格要求以外，各教师之间也可以进行相互监督。可以给各家长统一发放公告信函，明确告知自己以及学校以后关于收受礼金等的明确拒绝的态度，便于家长领会精神，收敛送礼金行为，并且也可以邀请家长进行监督。大家互相监督，共同促进良好的校园环境。

三、是要从自身行为把控。

不在家长群、朋友圈发暗示性要求，不向学生提出暗示性要求，做一名言行一致，廉洁从教、高尚的人民教师。

为全面落实教育部《严禁教师违规收受学生及家长礼品礼金等行为规定》的通知精神，加强师德师风建设，规范教师廉洁从教行为，纠正教育行业不正之风，营造风清气正的校园环境，按照教体局工作布署，我校认真开展了严禁教师收受学生及家长礼品礼金专项检查，现将工作开展情况汇报如下：

一、加强领导

学校成立了严禁教师收受学生及家长礼品礼金专项工作领导小组，明确了校长为此项工作的第一责任人，各部门分管领导为本部门责任人，形成了一级抓一级，层层抓落实的责任体系，确保责任落实到位。

二、宣传教育

四、加强监督和预防

1.今后我校要继续加强制度建设。重点完善师德教育制度、培训制度、考核制度、奖惩制度以及教师行为规范、遵纪守规制度、重点节庆专项治理制度等工作机制建设，形成思想引领与激励约束相结合、自律与他律相统一的师德建设长效机制，营造廉洁和谐的校园环境。
