I have a good friend, his name is Bill. He is from Sydney, Australia.
Now he lives in Beijing with his parents. He is 14 years old and his birthday is in October. He speaks English and he can speak a little Chinese. He has lots of friends in Beijing. He often plays soccer after school with them. It’s his favorite sport. He likes Chinese action movies very much. He thinks they are interesting. He favorite actor is Jet Li.

在上幼儿园的时候，大家班有很多小朋友都在学舞蹈。回到家，我对母亲说：“母亲我要学舞蹈。”母亲听了惊讶的对我说：“什么，你要学舞蹈？”我仰起稚嫩的小脸说：“对，我要学舞蹈。”
经过一番考虑，母亲终于赞同让我学了。到了报名处母亲和一位老师说了什么。不一会老师拿来了舞蹈衣和鞋子。我接过衣服和鞋子便换好了。”
“今天，大家先练压腿、横叉。”老师的话让我打了个寒颤。我把腿放到栏杆上，把头往上压。“好痛。”我小声的念着。这个时候候老师走过来对我说：“你的'姿势不到位，你看我。”老师做了个准则动作给我看。我也学着做，老师表彰我做的非常不错。
下面，大家开始下横叉了。一个接一个在老师面前做。到我了，我张开双腿，老师把我推向墙壁。我原本弯曲的腿慢慢变，最后成了一条直线。老师说要维持两分钟，我的腿被老师紧紧地抓住，动弹不能。泪水在我双眼里打转，我忍住不让它掉下来。
过了几天，我实在忍不住疼痛。便跑去和母亲说我不学了。母亲说：“台上三分钟，台下十年功。不是什么事都能一下子就练成的，是要付出努力的。”
过了半年，基本功的动作不在话下。大赛上大家夺得了第一名。为了奖励大家，老师还请大家去吃KFC呢！”
通过学舞蹈我悟出了个道理：“台上三分钟，台下十年功！

小树的成长不能离开园丁的精心培育，雄鹰要经风沐雨才能在蓝天中翱翔。我的成长的道路总会有一些事，给我留下深刻的记忆。
在我上小学二年级时，母亲就送我去学跳舞。这是由于我看到别的女同掌握打前桥、下腰、踢腿后，我很佩服她们。我就自动请缨地跟母亲说了我想学跳舞的想法，母亲也欣然答应了。
首次，母亲送我去舞蹈室学舞蹈。我感觉很有意思。可是日渐地我感觉舞蹈老师太凶了。一次，我学下腰时，脚步小心滑了一下，造成下腰没下成。无意中被老师看见了，老师严厉地说：“连如此容易的动作都做不对，罚你给我跑三次楼梯！”我当时委屈极了！心想：我不就有一点错误吗？我平日表现得那样好，目前有必要如此做吗？哼！看到老师那严厉的见地，我又不可以反抗，只好去跑楼梯了。三次下来，我分不清脸颊上的到底是眼泪还是汗水，老师看了，认可地址点头，然后语重心长地对我说：“宛莹，学习舞蹈讲究一丝不苟，有细微的动作不到位，就会干扰到下一个动作的连贯和协调。基本功还是扎实些好，不然也不会说台上一分钟。台下十年功了。”我牢牢记住老师的这番话。最后，经过我们的努力，我也多次参加各种舞蹈比赛和演出活动，心里格外开心。
我的成长的道路就像调味剂，包含了酸甜苦辣，充满了乐趣。

妈妈也知道我的这个喜好的，她经常说：奶粉不能干吃啊，吃了会容易上火的。我却从不听她的话，依旧背着妈妈偷吃奶粉，不过却经常被发现。
今天，我趁着妈妈不注意，拿出了昨天吃剩下的奶粉津津有味地“品尝”了起来。
当然，我不会给妈妈发现吃了奶粉。就像以前一样，我用“瞒天过海”之计隐藏——先悄悄擦掉嘴边的奶粉末，然后把袋子藏起来，最后含着剩下的奶粉，我装作若无其事的样子，坐下来看着电视。
干吃奶粉是什么滋味呢？那滋味可以说是美妙至极，当你含着奶粉，感觉就像含了一颗浓浓的牛奶糖，口齿留香。我尝到这样做的“甜头”，便又开始用这种办法吃奶粉，心里甜滋滋的。
当我第一次干吃奶粉的时候，由于倒的太多，导致嘴边也沾着一些，所以我赶紧去照镜子，看到嘴边的奶粉末擦掉，心里却打着鼓担心妈妈会不会已经发现了？
“都和你说了多少遍了！奶粉要……”“要用水冲了喝，对吧？”我抢先说道。妈妈说“你都知道为什么还要干着吃？水都给你准备好了，快去冲了喝！”
我顿时高举双臂：“妈妈万岁！”我把剩下的奶粉倒入水中，看着那稀薄的白色，忍不住又加了一袋，津津有味地喝了起来。当然，我以后会不会再犯，妈妈可不知道……

我的第一次美术考级，考的是六级。刚开考我就取出我的画，那是我妈妈帮我选取的，是一张复杂的线描图：底下是一只猫，上面是一座堡垒，最上面也是一只胖胖的猫。我开始拿起笔画起来，我先画那只大肥猫，画好了就画那个城堡，先画柱子，再画一间间的屋子，屋子画好后，我开始画堡垒的上面部分，先画一条条复杂交错的细小花纹，再画一口钟，把四个塔尖画上去，最后把堡顶端的那只猫也画好，整一张线描画就画好了，我笑了一下。画好的时候，我拿起纸，给老师看，老师说画得不错，叫我回家过几个月就给我发证书。过了几个月，证书果然发下来了，六级的考试终于成功了。
因此，兴趣班的老师和我的爸爸妈妈都表扬了我，我也很开心，因为我妈妈会奖励我去吃一次开元大酒店那里的自助餐。
但这并不是最重要的，重要的是我有了喜好，也有了长处，我还可以学到各种画画的方法，比如儿童画，素描，漫画和油画。我也很庆幸自己的画画技术可以在初中派上用场。
