By his own talents and efforts, he has secured for the family a good soclal position and a comparatively rich life. People of all fields come to my house and, as a result, I gain lots of hard-earned social experiences and see more joys and sorrows of the world.
But at home, he is a harsh parent. He has high expectations of me. When I am lazy and idling away my time, I can see that it hurts him deeply. When I am doing something great, such as writing a book, he is more than excited. With such a father I am always reminded to go on and on, never give up.

其实我们的吴老师性格很温柔，非常的平易近人，她上课非常的认真，总是不厌其烦的一遍一遍的教我们，听说她教好几个班呢，每天要上好几节课。可是她总是心平气和的同我们对话，她上课时，即使有调皮的同学，她总是耐心的教育他们，让他们懂得学好英语的重要性。我们班的同学都非常喜欢她。
因为我是英语课代表，所以和吴老师接触的比较多，每次我去她的办公室拿作业或者交作业时，吴老师都会微笑地用英语说声“谢谢”，有时还问我：“李畅，口渴吗？这里有水，喝点水吧。”“听懂了吗？”“学得怎么样？”……我感觉吴老师非常的容易让人接近。
记得前一段时间我们班英语考试，我只考了95分，有好几个同学都考了满分，我心里有些难受，吴老师安慰我：“李畅，没关系，下一次，老师相信你一定能考好！这次，也怪老师，不该让你去找那两位同学，耽误了一些时间……”
我们的吴老师就是这样一位谦虚，对学生尽职尽责·平易近人的好老师。

俗话说:“兴趣是学习的动力”，她就用智慧把我们的兴趣都引发出来了。miss潘说，只要发现她在黑板上写错单词或听写连续三次得100分，就可以的得到verygood，是非常好的意思，集得3张就可以到“广式粥楼”免费吃东西，这对我们是一个很大的诱惑啊!要知道，“广式粥楼”的东西可好吃了。我记得，我们班的好多人最喜欢在英语课上打瞌睡了，现在一上课，大家都虎视眈眈地盯着黑板。当一个同学发现单词错误时，一个个满脸的失望和懊悔，嘴里还狡辩着说:“是我先发现的!”其实我知道，我们并不是真的为了去哪里吃一餐，而是觉得好玩，觉得有新意，因为我们都没听过三张纸条就可以换一餐饭的。
英语老师还经常和我们说笑话和一些英文中文弄混的故事等，这样既可以让我们学会英语句子又可以哈哈大笑，真是两全其美啊!我很喜欢她的幽默，也很喜欢她的毫不留情，这样的老师，绝对会教出好学生的。

我要向大家讲述的这个老师就是在四年级教我英语的王明亮老师。
王老师个子不算很高，稍稍胖一点。滚圆的脸庞上嵌着一双被眼镜隔着的眼睛。大概是因为过度劳累的原因吧，年龄不很高的王老师头上的头发已经落掉许多了，几缕“珍贵”的头发均匀的分布在头的两旁。
王老师是一个极具幽默感的老师，他讲起话来总是能把对方逗得哈哈大笑。他给我上英语课时，我会觉得特别的吸引人。很喜欢他给我上的课。
有一次，班上有个同学没有完成作业，王老师把他叫到跟前对他说：“我们的`作业很简单吧？单词两遍。你快回去吧，按我们的原则来讲，去写四边吧！”只见那同学瞪大了眼睛。王老师故作疑状：“哎，我没算错啊。2×2=4嘛，说好翻倍的。噢，我知道了，你想写8便是吧？”“不，不，四遍，四遍。”王老师话还没说完，那同学就急忙说道。从那以后，很少有人不完成作业了。
王老师给我们默写单词时用的也是这个办法。第一次没默过写5遍，第二次10遍，第三次……等到了第5次还没默过就该去办公室了。这种方法还挺好用的。
不止这样，王老师总是花样翻新，例如，让同学当小老师什么的。反正，总是能正吸引我。
王老师天天和那些淘气的同学斗智，那时的生活有趣极了。现在，我又升到五年级了，王老师从我们学校调走了，我很想念他。但是，我必须要尽快熟悉五年级的情况，五年级的老师到底是什么样子的老师呢？这我还不太了解，可真好奇啊！
