海里游泳作文（1）
It was in hot summer that I took a trip to Qingdao, a port city in Shandong Province, One afternoon, I decided to go to the seaside to get relief from the heat. For the first time in my life, I swam in the sea.
At first, I was worriedbecause though I was not a bad swimmer in the swimming pool, the sea was different. The waves coming one after another to the shore made a great noise and I thought they were going to swallow me up. I was terrified. Cautiously and slowly, I went close to the water. How cold it was! I was just about to give it up when I suddenly caught sight of a small boy who was about a head shorter than me. Weak as he seemed, he went straight into the sea without hesitation. I felt a little ashamed.“What a timid girl I am!”I said to myself.
Encouraged by his bravery, I continued advancing. Soon all of my body was covered by water. Before I got ready for a dive, a wave came over. It struck my face heavily and the water went into my eyes, nose and mouth. How bitter and salty it tasted! But I was not discouraged at all. I wiped off the water on my face, took a deep breath, and began swimming happily.
The waves became larger and larger, as if the sea was angry with me. When I saw a wave in the distance, I would hold my breath, and just before it came to where I was, I jumped up and easily kept myself from it. How exciting! I was just like lying on the clouds!
All that afternoon, I swam and jumped and had a very good time. When finally I had to leave, I took a last look at the sea. The waves were still beating the shore, but I was no longer frightened. “I must thank that little boy,”I said to myself.“It was he who gave me the courage.”

我是个“旱鸭子”。天堂岛的沙滩上，我羡慕地看着小伙伴们在碧蓝的大海里悠闲自在地游来游去，而我只能在沙滩上走一走，踩踩扑上来的浪花，心里真是痒啊！当小艇再一次起航时，我暗暗打定主意也要像他们一样去和大海来个亲密接触。
小艇再次停稳，我迫不及待地穿上救生衣，拿上面罩和呼吸管，走出船舱，跟着一个穿着蛙鞋的教练顺着梯子下了海。海水不凉，不时有水波扑到我的脸上。人生中第一次下水的我发现这种体验和我想象的完全不同。虽然穿着救生衣，抓着救生圈，但这样的双保险并没有给我带来安全感。我一不小心呛了几口海水，又咸又涩。我紧张又害怕，拼命地喊着：“Up！Up！Back！Back！”但教练似乎是想要和我对着干。他用有力的双手推动我的游泳圈往远处划去。我下意识地紧紧抓住船上垂下的梯子，一个劲儿地往上爬，费了好大力气才从游泳圈中挣脱出来，爬上船休息。谁知，刚吐掉嘴里的海水，教练便尾随而上，示意我下水。我有些犹豫，但教练和小伙伴们的鼓励让我有些不忍心拒绝，只好硬着头皮再一次下了水。
神奇的是，当我再次接触到海水时，竟渐渐有些适应，之前的恐惧也一扫而空。我套着游泳圈，模仿小伙伴的样子划动双手，微微蹬腿，体验着从来没有感受过的浮起来的奇妙感觉。渐渐地，我的动作越来越熟练，我也越游越大胆，越游越带劲，越看海底越过瘾，尽情享受着大海带来的种种乐趣，甚至不想回到船上。在海底的珊瑚礁上，小丑鱼自由自在地游来游去，海葵扭动着纤细的身躯，螃蟹向我挥舞着钳子……真是百看不厌啊！看到我满脸兴奋的样子，身边的“蛙人”对我竖起了大拇指，似乎在夸我是个勇敢的红海“泳士”呢！

我们一到海边，我就看见沙滩上的沙子有一部分是湿的，有一部分是干的。我先走到干的沙子里，我一脚踩下去，感觉沙子很松软，不一会儿，我的鞋子里就成了“沙子的王国”呢。我继续往前进，走到了湿的沙子里，我立马脱掉鞋子，踩在湿漉漉的沙子上，就好像踩在泥巴里，它们挤进我的脚趾缝里，好像在跟我做游戏，我把它们带到海水里，我仰望天空，我看见天空是蔚蓝的，还略带淡红的，海是青蓝的。
开始游泳了，我穿上游泳衣，我和弟弟坐在我们带的气垫船上。哥哥和五姨就在海里推着气垫船，过了一会儿，弟弟换好了救生衣，他就下去玩了，我看见弟弟下船去游泳了，我就让哥哥把我抱下去我刚开始很怕我会掉下去，就让哥哥不要放手，后来我看到船上有两个浮垫，就让五姨给我拿一个，哥哥把我抱到上面，我在海里摇摇摆摆的游了起来，慢慢的我适应了，但是一个不小心，我掉了下去，我不管三七二十一，猛得一站，幸好站在了浅滩上，一个小浪打过来，我喝了一口海水，海水咸咸的，就像很多的盐。我们有上了船到海的不远处看了一下，让后又回去了。回来的时候跟几个小朋友玩了一下。又跟弟弟一起游泳，过了一会二姨来了，我跟他打了招呼就又去游泳了，又过了一会儿我们就回家了。

当我第一次来到游泳池时，就被那一池碧绿的水吓倒了，心想，这水有多深呀?下去没什么事吗?……正在这时候，培训班的王教练鼓励我说： “要想学会游泳，可要下苦功啊!

我按照王教练的要求练，有时一不小心，喝上几口水，那滋味真难受。在这些动作里，最难得就是小腿向上翻和弧形蹬夹，速度既要快，又要符合要求。“唉，真难啊!”第一次游泳回来时，我筋疲力尽，倒在床上，累极了。像个伤兵，连饭也不想吃。
尽管很累，第二天我仍然来到游泳池坚持训练。有一天，我因走路不小心摔了一跤，尽管腿很疼，可为了抓紧时间学习游泳，我仍然咬紧牙关，坚持参加训练。

第一次在海里游泳作文300 字—在爸爸老家度暑假的一天，我和叔叔、妹妹一起到海里游泳。我们游泳的海滩都是鸡蛋大小的鹅卵石，不是沙子，所以，不能叫沙滩，能不能叫石滩呢？
开始的时候我和妹妹在海边站着，犹豫了好一会，大海好广阔好陌生啊，他不像游泳池一下子能看清楚，它里面都藏着什么东西啊。后来看着妹妹敢跟着叔叔下海，我心想：我是做姐姐的，不能落后啊！我也就脱掉鞋子一步一步地海里走去，刚走了几步我就发现光脚走在石头上感觉好痛啊！我赶快跑回来把鞋子穿上，穿着鞋踩在鹅卵石上就不痛了。在海里游泳真好玩，我看见了活的小海螺，发现它的头一会儿探出来，一会儿又缩回去了。后来，我抢了几口海水，又咸又涩。而且我怕被海里的小鱼和小螃蟹咬到，就赶紧上岸了。
这次去海边游泳，我感觉像冒险！
