梦想总会随着人年龄的变化而变化，当我还年少无知时，总在家里幻想着自己当上宇航员遨游太空的场景。而随着我一天天的长大，我又梦想着有一天我可以当上翻译员……
我记得那年我三岁，可能也记不大清楚事。脑海中的记忆碎片告诉我，妈妈在当时为我报了一个英语课，还是外教的呢！可能我当时的年龄也偏小，词汇量不够，发音也不准，在课上总是支支吾吾不知说什么好。于是妈妈为我每天的听力加了许多砝码，这对当时的我来说无疑是一种压力……不过到了现在，再转念一想，我对妈妈当时的所作所为感到无比的感激。
时光如梭，我转眼来到了五年级，作业的负担也重了许多，但听力一直都在坚持着。不过令人震惊的是，第一次英语测试下来了，成绩却并不理想，听都可以听懂，却在笔试上落空了。于是我便用所有的课余时间来背单词。夏天，家人们纷纷躲入了空调房，而我却在客厅中孤军奋战，没过多久，豆大的汗珠从我的头上一滴滴落下来，衣服湿了，我也全然不知，一个小时，两个小时……再转眼一看已经是晚上十点多了，就连中间有几次妈妈叫我我都没有注意到。妈妈笑着对我说：“你还真是有毅力啊，你看，你都出了一身的汗。”这时我才发现我的衣服上到处都是一片一片的汗渍，于是才匆忙的洗了个澡去睡觉了。
付出总有回报，令人欣喜的是这次英语测试我终于拿了满分。这让我明白了一个道理：做什么事都要坚持不懈，这样才能获得成功。
