多媒体投影设备与手提电脑的连接方法
进入多媒体教室，首先检查门口与讲台间的电闸总开关以及多媒体开关有无打开。教室里的第一排日光灯可以先不用打开，且应将窗帘放下，这是为了投影能较快地显示。总的来说，先开投影，再开电脑；关机时也是这样。
连接笔记本的时候需要注意：
第一，一般应该先连接好手提电脑与投影机信号线，在多媒体柜子的桌面右上角的中控台（天蓝色）上，按下按键“投影开”和“屏幕降”。
第二步，等等投影机子亮蓝灯然后转为白灯，且投影屏幕上的数字倒计时开始，直到0，这时就可以开启手提电脑的电源，建议稍微使劲按下手提电脑的电源开关。以防在运行过程中死机或停机。
第三步，如果投影屏幕上的显示和电脑开机后的.桌面显示一致，就可以打开课件直接上课了。否则就需要在笔记本电脑上面选择显示方式切换（Fn+FX，不同品牌电脑FX不一样），将笔记本的信息切换到投影机上。
第四步，是在电脑属性设置里，调节分辨率，将电脑的分辨率调到和投影机匹配（一般是1024×768）。也有个别电脑与投影的分辨率是800×600，均可试试看。
如若不行，建议立即拨打一、二楼多媒体控制室管理人员邹赛群的手机（号码是15970169606），她会在第一时间内赶到教室为您排除故障，要么换一条数据线试一下，或者换一台手提电脑试一下！从而恢复投影机的正常运行。
第五步，根据教学需要，如需播放视频和音频，请讲多媒体柜子里的音频信号输出线连接到手提标有电脑的耳机孔处。
