成功，是世界上每个人都想取得的。有的人穷其一生却也寻不到它的踪影：可也有的人却能收获成功。究其成功的原因，是因为我们要做好准备在出发。著名作家张洁在她的一篇散文里说到：“找到了水源却发现没有带上盛它的容器”。初想这是多么的无知。可过了一段时间的沉淀后在想，却发现它蕴含着一个深刻的道理：做好准备在出发是取得成功的必要条件之一。
我们要有足够的耐心，等待准备充分了，机会成熟了。便可静极而动，取得成功。我们不要像残蝶那样忍受不了寂寞，就毁了自己。让人生憾啊。功的必要条件之一。
我相信，只有付出才会有回报。我相信只要我们有信心，成功就离我们不远了。
前几次的失败，是我们的失误。但是，在一次一次的失败后一定是成功。世上的所以有事，都没有一下子就成功，所以说“不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹”在一次的失败后，来一个华丽的转身那就是成功，在你慢慢的等待时，急需自己的付出和牺牲。那样，在一次一次磨练自己的同时，你为自己的将来打基础，等待就是一种。我们一定要超越自我，追求卓越，让我们的明天海阔天空，让我们的未来无比辉煌……
汗与泪浇灌的花更美丽，痛苦与艰辛缔造的成功更辉煌，炫丽的人生注定不平坦，古人云“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身”所以，我们要在生活中珍惜磨难的机会，面对困难迎难而上，勇于与困难作斗争，把成功路上的艰辛，当做人生的一笔宝贵的精神财富。

古今中外，名人名家都是超越自我后，才取得了超越前人的成就。当然作为一个普通人，我们同样也可以完成自我的超越。
吴菊萍在孩子坠楼时的奋力扑接，克服了自己对危险的恐惧，也完成了爱的超越，塑造了“最美妈妈”；白方礼退休之后，通过骑三轮挣钱的方式，资助多名贫困学生，无畏于别人的流言蜚语，做自己认为正确的事情，完成了对仁的超越；张莉莉在汽车撞向学生时，奋不顾身推开学生的壮举，完成了对义的超越，成就了“最美教师”。再有郭晶晶坚持八年，走出了伏明霞的影子，开始了自己的“跳水皇后”时代；李安坚持了四载，在最艰难的时刻也坚持自己的理想，才最终完成了《卧虎藏龙》《少年派的奇幻漂流》等影片的拍摄创作，走上了奥斯卡最佳影片的领奖台，成为华裔导演第一人。他们坚持自己的方向，不随波逐流，不左顾右盼，在每一次超越自我中实现人生的飞跃，在每次砺练之后的让自己的`人生更美。
