时间过的可真快，一下子就到星期五了，在这个星期五，对于樱之桃来说可能是一个黑暗的日子，因为今天老师要调整座位，并且是要按成绩，从好到差排列。樱之桃可紧张了，生怕老师把她调到后边，结果老师并没有这样，而是还让她座在以前的那个位置上，而且，樱之桃的同桌是全班第一名的“伦”同学，她有一些紧张，总是不敢和“伦”同学说话。
樱之桃以前的同桌“俊”被老师给调到了第五排，她的好友“坤”也被调到了第五排。而樱之桃的后桌，就成了“静（可爱，文静的一个女孩）”同学。
虽然俊同学被调到了第五排，但是他下定决心，一定要超过樱之桃。
就这样，半过学期又过去了，樱之桃在这半个学期中，不断的努力学习英语，俊同学也是如此。
樱之桃在学习英语时，一遇到不懂的地方，就马上去找寇老师，让老师帮她讲解，就这样，樱之桃的英语成绩不断上升，而她的生物和地理却逐渐下降。
一天又一天，期末考试到了，她胸有成竹的上了考场，而考下来的成绩，就英语最好，九十五分，但是生物和地理却只有八十多分……与他竞争的对手俊同学，努力了半天，也没有一科分数比她高，俊别提多么的伤心了……
发试卷的那一天，英语老师当的全班同学的面，表扬了樱之桃同学，樱之桃心里美滋滋的，而俊呢？都快气死了！ 就这样，寒假来了，同学们要放假了……
