When comes to the graduate season, college students need to find a job. As the new in the job market, they don’t have the work experience, so they are so worried about finding a job. For most of them, they will present their applications no matter if they are interested in the job. This is not the right thing to do.
当涉及到毕业季,大学生需要找到一份工作。作为在就业市场中的新人,他们没有工作经验,所以他们很担心找工作。对于他们中的大部分人来说,他们会提交上求职申请,无论是否对这份工作感兴趣。这样做是不对的。Students should take the interview with their sincerity, if not, they are wasting the employers’ time. Take my friend for example. She had got several interviews, when she presented the applications, she said she just wanted to try, even she got the job, she would not accept, for she was not interested. Then she was wanted by a company which she was not interested in, she refused to sign the contract. The employers were so angry with her, because they missed so many excellent students. At the same time, she wasted the employers’ time and energy.
学生应该怀着真诚去面试,如果不是这样,他们浪费了雇主的时间。以我的朋友为例。她有几个面试,当她递交求职申请时,她说她只是想尝试,即使她得到了那份工作,她也不会接受,因为她不感兴趣。然后,有一间公司想要她，她不感兴趣,拒绝签合同。雇主对她非常生气,因为他们错过了很多优秀的学生。与此同时,她浪费了雇主的时间和精力。I learn that we should not bother the company if we don’t have sincerity. Never try to waste other people’s time, or we will be punished some day.

Every year, there are tens of thousands of people looking for a job. For a successful job search, job interview is the most important part. But how to prepare for the job interview? Here are some important tips.

每年都有成千上万的人在找工作。对于一个成功的求职，面试是最重要的部分。但是如何准备面试呢？这里有一些重要的建议。

Firstly, find a company you want to work for. Then, your understanding of the company will make the interviewers know that you value this opportunity so much and let them employ you. Secondly, review your resume and imagine what the interviews may ask you. Then think about how you should answer the questions. Thirdly, carefully pick out what to wear. Since the job interview is the only time to sell yourself, you ought to make a good impression on the interviewers. Wear tidy suits and keep your shoes clean. Last, have a good sleep before the night of the job interview, because no interviewers will like an interviewee who looks tired and exhausted.

首先，找到你想要去工作的公司。之后，你对公司的了解会让面试官知道你很珍惜这个机会，从而让他们雇用你。第二，检查一下你的简历，想象面试官会问你什么问题。然后想想你应该如何回答这些问题。第三，仔细挑选穿衣。既然面试是推销自己的唯一机会，你应该给面试官留下一个好印象。穿着整洁的西装，保持鞋子干净。最后，在面试前一晚好好睡一觉，因为没有面试官会喜欢看起来疲惫的人。

Reporter: Can you tell us something about the fire yesterday?

Fireman:Yes, sure. Last night, there was a fire at the No.6 Hotel. The fire burned veryhard. I went there with my team-mates. When we arrive. We used the fire-fightturn table ladder to got into the hotel. Then, I saw a blind man was lied onthe floor. And a dog was beside him. I took him into the crane. But he did notwant to leave. He want to take his guide dog with him. At last, I took both ofthem and they were both save.

Reporter:Oh, you saved two lives in the fire yesterday. That was a good job.
