Dear Mom,
I´m writing this letter, filled with guilt andanxiety. But I still have to tell you: I´ve run awayfrom home with my boyfriend-Tony. In fact, weclicked straightaway at first sight. Ilove the tattooon his body which has a variety of pattems. Ofcourse, he has a few girlfriends and we fell outa cmlple oftimes about tbis. Things are gettingbetter these days, because I was pregnant andhe swore that he would be loyal to me only sincethen.
By the way, Tony is slightly older than me(48-year-old man , not too old in the present so-ciety, righf？). However, we have no money atpresent, so we intend to move to a desert islandand build a cosy cabin in wbich we can leadour own jolly life for the rest of our lives. Afterwe have gotten used to our new life, we plan togrow marijuana to earn money for bis AIDS treat-ment. I pray he can get well soon, Amen!

Before you hit the roads to achieve a goal, have you ever given any thought to your motivation or what are you expecting to get as a rewardAttitudes towards this question vary from person to person. Some people claim that wealth and fame is the best motivation and reward, others believe that the fulfillment of a job well done is its own reward. In my opinion, the later point holds more water. In the end, it is the joy in the journey that truly matters.
Doing the work with the attempt to be rich or famous will bring an unfortunate oute and even will lead us to a dangerous situation. Gradually, we will consider wealth and fame as the most important things in our lives instead of the care of our parents, or our ‘Friends-time’. Besides, this kind of thought might have bad effects on our work, since we only care about how much money we earn or how to get as many glories as we can, we may tend to forget the original significance of doing the job and can’t concentrate our minds on doing the job well. Thus our work efficiency will be reduced and it is unlikely that we can make a great development in our own career. What’s worse, once we fail to get or lose all those glories or wealth, we may feel rather depressed, empty and even sink into a desperate situation.
However, if we change our train of thought and attach more importance to the sense of happiness and fulfillment by acplishing some simple things, our life will bee more wonderful. We won’t get tired of our work and we will be courageous enough to overe all the
obstacle on our road and enjoy the abundant happiness that the job brings to us. Every workday is like a journey full of surprise and delight. Besides, without the burden of wealth or fame, we can immerge ourselves into the job and there is a good chance that we can achieve a lot. In this case, although we don’t aim for wealth and fame, wealth and fame will follow naturally. If not, we will not feel discouraged, as we firmly believe that the happiness and fulfillment during the journey is the best reward for our work.
Van Gogh sold only one painting during his life, but this didn’t stop him from pleting over 800 paintings because he never aims to make money or get fame when he creates new works. As for van Gogh, he values the process of pursuing instead of the results. It’s the pleasure and fulfillment in the process of creating gives him abundant motivation. As a senior high student who are preparing for the college entrance examination, we can’t say that the scores is not important. 每当测验跑步时，就是我最痛苦的时候，因为我在班中跑步倒数第三。
老师的哨声一响，我们就开始测验800米了。我在男生队伍中渐渐落后，风传来同学的嘲笑声，我的心灵好像被一把尖刀捅了一下。
继续奔跑，嘲笑声还是缓缓传来，我忍着泪水前行，前方是跑得像一头猎豹的同学，我心仿佛被无情地轰击。这样的差距，真是天差地别呀!只见后面一句同学冲刺。啊!比我快了整整一圈，望着身边摇曳着的小树，感觉小树在做着鬼脸，吐着舌头，放肆地笑话我。一步一步都像灌了铅一般的沉重，汗水布满我的额头，一滴一滴顺着脸颊落下。
望着已在休息的一部分同学，我使足了劲，加快速度冲冲冲!到了最后一圈，我喘着粗气，费力地跑着，现在的我，浑身无力，大口地喘着气，喉咙非常不舒服像马上要裂开一样。眼下只剩下最后的150米，凝望前面，那短短的距离，我却怎么跑也跑不到，周边同学的讥讽声不绝于耳，刺耳的如同一把斧头砍在我沉重的腿上。
我一咬牙，把仅存的力气全部用出来，一步步地冲向终点，发疯似地冲去，我费尽全力跑完了全程，却依旧只是勉强及格。
靠在地上，让一颗颗泪水滚下。何时我才能在跑步上突飞猛进?不要成为别人嘲笑的对象。

而今天，我体会到了真正地奔跑，充满激情和活力，朝着目标，奔跑。
粉墙黛瓦下，满是林荫的跑道，四处争艳的红花，最有“文化味”的国际马拉松，在古城绍兴开跑了!随着一声鸣枪令响，拉开了奔跑的序幕。
他们跑过来了，在队伍最前面的是四位黑人跑者，他们是像风一样的人、像头原始森林中的飞鹿，双腿像发动机般地持续而有力，从不间歇，也是最先消失在人们的视野之中，潇洒地留下一个背影让人们赞叹。
紧接着，第二个梯队也开始跑上来了。那么一大群的，五颜六色的运动服集结在一起，像一条条绚丽的彩虹。不，它会流动，有时慢，有时快，上下起伏，路边热情的古城人们此起彼伏的加油声更是为他们竖立了信心，使他们的步履更加坚定而又执着。每个人的脸上都淌着汗水，但他们一直向前，向着目标勇敢的奔跑着，即使最后，也同样值得骄傲。
也许我们就应该这样，怀着梦想与激情，如歌、如火，在最美的年华中，不停地向前奔跑，或许有过伤悲、或许有过无奈、或许有过欢乐，或许有过泪水，但仍能轻松地哼着“随风奔跑自由是方向……”去朝着更美的远方奔跑，伸出手来，去紧握属于你的希望。

跑步是日常运动中很普通的一个，而现在越来越多的人关注健康生活，也逐渐开始了跑步!
以前每一天去学校的时候都会看见很多的老头老太太在广场上跑步，不过是那种很慢的速度了，还有一些人就在跳舞，也就是一些舞蹈配合着流行音乐，而且看起来还是很厉害的! 现在到了学校开始住校，整天面对的都是学生，根本就没有人跳这个，而更多人开始了跑步，夜晚来临之际，操场上越来越多的人开始跑步!
我以前还坚持了几天，最后实在是没有毅力了，虽然每一次也就是一千米左右，对于我来说也不是很多，快一点三四分钟，可是每天晚上睡觉之前去一趟还是不容易坚持的。而且我已经很久没有这么跑了，高中读书的时候，我的家距离学校距离很远，而我这个人上课的时候就是掐时间去的，有的时候就需要跑一会儿，不然就会有迟到的可能，因此在这三年时间里还算是努力锻炼身体了，一年到头也没有什么大病!
我现在越来越不喜欢跑步，这时候跑步就会是气喘不过气来，这都是每一次需要快速，一般来说都是时间紧迫的时候才会跑步，记得上一次就是在学校体能测试的时候。
我知道锻炼身体对于一个人的健康方面有很多好处，我知道每一天晚上去跑一会也没有什么害处，可是我这个人就是做不到!

今天，我们学校的操场上一片叫喊声，这是在干什么呢?原来操场上正在进行跑步比赛。
我们的比赛规则很简单：这是一次400米的短跑比赛，同学们绕着200米的操场跑两圈，谁跑得最快谁就赢。我们四年级10个班，每个班出一个人，10个人进行比赛。我们八班挑出了一个高个子男生去比赛。
在跑道上，有各班的参赛人员和拉拉队。每个班的选手都迫不及待地准备着。看着各班的选手都准备好了，老师喊着“预备”号令，选手们都摆好了起跑姿势：左腿弯曲，右腿跪在地上，左脚尖顶在起跑线上，双手撑住地，只听一声“嘭”所有的运动员们右脚一向后蹬，便像离弦的箭一样飞奔起来。我们八班的拉拉队叫喊了起来：“四八班加油，四八班万岁……。”拉拉队的动作也很让人觉得激动，有的挥着拳头大声喊加油，有的挥舞着小旗高声大喊，有的拿着彩色条子组成的球大声喊，有的边跳跃边大叫，好像已经赢了似的。有了拉拉队的鼓励，参赛的队员们速度快了一倍，可是到了第二圈，大家都累得气喘吁吁，没有人像刚才跑那么快了，我们班的参赛人在想：大家的希望都在我身上，我一定不能放弃，想着想着越跑越快，其他选手惊呆了，也奋力跟着跑起来，可是他们还是迟了一步，我们班赢了!我们全班欢呼起来!
今天，虽然不是我亲自参加赛跑，可是，我还是特别高兴，参赛选手是代表我们八班的，他为我们班争得了荣誉，我们也一直为他鼓劲，我们班是一个团结奋进的班集体!我为有这样的班级感到骄傲和自豪!
