On wednesday, i went shopping with my cousins. we bought some brand name t-shirts and pants. in the afternoon, my cousins gave me a fun ride on the city highway. they also taught me how to drive their fancy car, so i tried to do some turning and parking. it was not easy first. but i learnt quick.
on thursday, we returned home with many gifts from our trip. i tried to get some rest. at night, i chatted with my classmates on the phone, and i watched cctv before going to bed.
From friday on, i started to finish up my homework assignments on my personal laptop. some of my assignments were quite boring. after i finished the homework, i emailed them to my teachers. that was the end of it. i started to prepare things for school on this coming monday.
All in all, i enjoyed my may day holiday in many ways.

刚开始钓鱼，就有一群鱼围过来，可是只在旁边看，死活不肯咬钩。我看见一条大鱼游过来，可我坐的不舒服，一动鱼全都跑光了。
我总结了上一次失败的原因，等鱼来了后，一动也不动，不放出声音，眼神也不变，终于，一条大鲤鱼咬住了钩，可是马上松开了，吃了一半的鱼饵，我正丧气时，只见它又咬了一口，我赶紧把钩一提，这条鱼劲真大呀，差一点就把杆给拉坏了，好在我一使劲，给它提了上来，就这样，我们今天中午就吃上了烤鱼。
除了这些之外，我还玩了很多东西，现在想起来，真的还想再玩一次呀！

很快，我的鱼饵也被鱼咬住了，急忙拉起了鱼杆，用手拿住线，一条活蹦乱跳的金鱼就被我钓上来了，我小心翼翼地把鱼放入盆中，心里高兴极了！但这条金鱼太小了，我还想钩到更大的金鱼。可是接下来的几分钟，鱼儿总是不上钩，或是鱼儿把鱼饵吃了，却没被拉上来，气得我直瞪眼，刚才的那股高兴劲早已飞到了九霄云外，嚷着要回家。这时妈妈告诉我，钓鱼要静下心，慢慢来，不能心急。听了妈妈的话，我又放下鱼杆，耐心地钓了起来，果然又钓上来3条，而且一条比一条大。于是，我拿着4条金鱼高高兴兴地回家了。
一路上，我的心里不知有多少兴奋，因为我不但钩到了大金鱼，还懂得了这样一个道理：做事不能心急，要有耐心，这样才会成功！

At this time, my mother told me that we should calm down and slow down. After listening to my mother's words, I put down the fishing rod again, patiently caught up, and sure enough, I caught 3 more, and one was bigger than one. So I took 4 goldfish to go home happily.
On the way, I do not know how much excitement in my heart, because I not only hook to the big goldfish, but also understand the truth: do things can not be urgent, have patience, this will be successful!
