(一)、做好英语知识的衔接。
高一开始，应从实际出发，先找到初高中英语知识“脱钩处”，尽快平稳过渡。梳理初中知识，对掌握得不够扎实的内容要好好补补。结合新课教学的需要，将初、高中英语语言知识有机地结合起来，复习旧知识为新课打下基础，在学新课的过程中，旧知识又得到运用和巩固。“两条腿走路”，才走得更实、更好、更远。
(二)、做好英语学习习惯的衔接。
初中的习惯大多数是被动式的，进入高中，应该从被动逐渐转向主动。高一开始，应特别注意培养以下几个新的学习习惯。
1、学会使用工具书的习惯。遇到词汇方面的疑问不要被动等待教师解答，学会自己查词典寻找答案。准备一本好的英语语法工具书和词典，养成经常翻阅的习惯，在口、笔头实践中有意识地运用所学的语法知识和词汇，正确地理解语言和运用语言。
2、预习的习惯。初中英语教师对预习也有粗放的要求，初中生对预习也不陌生。但到高中，随着英语课文篇幅的加长，内容增多，难度加大，如果没有搞好预习就适应不了课堂的教学进程。所以，对预习不能只是泛泛而提，而要把它当作英语学习的一个重要环节，比如：作预习笔记;学会能用英语词典查单词，自己解决生词;对重要词组、有用进行罗列，并能用这些词组、短语来;摘抄课文中结构严谨、用词读熟背熟;对课文内容进行简写;记下预习过程中遇到的问题和难点以便释疑解惑等。
3、阅读与摘抄的习惯。初中英语一般还只限于课本，到了高中，能力成为一个重点培养目标。多阅读适合自己水平和兴趣的英语读物，尤其是原汁原味的地道的。
4、背诵英语课文和的习惯
英语表达能力差，要提高书面表达能力一个行之有效的办法就是多背诵，学习别人的，久而久之，表达能力也会随之提高。所以要培养背诵英语课文和范文的习惯。
5、每周做一点学法探讨。学习策略是提高学习效率和培养自主学习能力的保证。根据多元智力理论，每个学生都有自己的优势和独特的学习策略。最佳学习策略应是一整套立足个性、突出特色和强调实效的每个学生都应不断改进和寻找适合自己的学习策略，结合教材和探讨。
(三)、做好心理上的衔接。
相对于初中英语，高中英语一下子难度加大，容量增加。相当一部分学生不适应。再者，进入高中的学生往往都是原先初中成绩较好的学生，“高手”群体中总有一些学生会掉在班级的后面。有些学生这时候以为自己英语学不来了，就想放弃或懈怠它。这个时候，每位学生都应该对自己有个辩证的分析，从客观主观上，对自身及其他同学上，剖析自己的长处短处，剖析自己初中学习英语的特点，发扬优点，摒弃不足。与老师沟通，与同学交流。千万不要因为暂时的不适应放弃至关重要的英语。心理上的衔接很重要。

(1)发声动觉记忆和书写动觉记忆
学习最根本的就是记忆，无论是平时背诵课文还是记忆单词、句子，一边读一边写，效果都比只读不写或只写不读好。在记忆时，读书的声音要洪亮，如果用手指在空中或桌子上划，使记忆活动立体化，有利于记忆。
(2)形象记忆和联想记忆
形象记忆要求学生有充分的，将无规律的单词记忆串起来，如book、look中oo像眼睛，与“看”有关，在对课文的形象记忆时可以通过表现课文内容的画面或在头脑里产生的相关情景而实现。联想记忆在记忆单词时，通过查字典找出词缀、词干，联想、同类词、、派生词、对照词等，如由appreciate联想到love\\enjoy\\like等同类词。
(3)循环记忆和分类记忆
按照遗忘先快后慢的规律，背诵应该在最初记忆过后，最近期内多复习，然后逐渐减少;背诵时可以按照共同的框架从整体上加以把握，进行分类记忆。
2、阅读方法
(1)搜寻性阅读：搜寻文中的信息，注意的标题、开头、结尾及概括性的段落和句子。
(2)理解性阅读：通读全文，把握段与段、句与句、文章内部之间的关系，理解作者的意图。
(3)评价性阅读：对文章中某些内容做出鉴定和判断，在对文章信息做出判断之前必须仔细阅读，深入理解。在阅读时要把作者的观点与材料分开，明确作者的观点，研究论据的类型以及论据与论点之间的关系，注意作者明确提出或暗示的假设和设想，最后决定自己的态度。
(4) 记忆性阅读：对文章进行记忆性训练，把握文章的人物、事件、时间、地点等。
(5) 创造性阅读：带着自己提出的某些新见解去阅读，结合作者的观点与自己的问题提出问题，同时根据词根、词缀猜测生词意思。
3、其他学习方法
(1)词、句、文结合学习法
文章常由句来支撑，句子由词支撑，词不离句、句不离文。学习时应将词、句、文结合能使语义和语用得到统一，情景和上下文得到统一，有助于提高英语理解能力。
(2)联系对比学习法
在学习高一英语语法的过程中，经常会遇到似是而非的现象，如系表结构和被动语态、现在分词和动名词等，用对比归纳出其中的异同点的方法，便于识记。
(3)借鉴汉语学高一英语语法
对在英汉两种语言中语法形式和意义方面区别明显的内容，同学们容易掌握，而彼此不同而区别又不大的内容学生不易掌握，尤其是两者的语序不同是学习的难点，学习过程中同学们要借助比较的方法，认清并掌握它们。
1.英语学习的目的绝不只是考试!
英语不仅对高考而且对以后而言都是非常重要的工具。不论你以前的英语基础如何，请相信一点：可以通过努力提高成绩的。所以现在暂时英语学习不顺利的同学千万不要中途放弃。同时，你也要相信：提高成绩不是结果，而是一个过程，最后的结果是你能够掌握一门语言和。
所以，现在就克服对英语的羞怯心理，摆脱英语给你带来的困窘。把书面表达和口头表达并行发展提高。多和人尝试用英语交流，看到任何有趣的英文单词都记下来，生活中充满了这种乐趣。比如，万柳新城的英文在牌上写的是“willow”，原意是柳树，而谐音就成了万柳，让人不得不佩服设计师的精彩思维。接下来，我们就可以了，把所有带“illow”的单词都查出来玩。有billow(巨浪)，pillow(枕头)。这样不就在生活中逐步学习了吗。这才是学习英语的目的：“Toexploretheunknown”(探索未知)。
2.语法不能总记成“固定搭配”
语法很重要。谁也不能绕开它而培养出很高的英语素质和能力。但是，很多时候我们都会说“--x是固定搭配，记下来!”其实不然，在语法上要多归纳，多总结，多比较，体会语法的系统性和规律性。于此同时，学与练相结合，在练习中提高在分析情景的基础上运用语法的能力。
我们研究后，深深地认识到：新课标首要纠正传统语法中心式的英语教学这一错误。英语教学是要培养英语的熟练使用者，而不是英语的语言运行研究专家。高考命题向这个方向转变，应用性变得非常的重要。
3.单词不是死背的!
背单词很重要，因为单词可以弥补语法不扎实和理解的不足，更可以用在得分中。但是，背单词不能死记硬背，要背硬记死!单词要采用联想、对比、归类、尤其是构词法记忆，结合字音、字形、字意和句子来记忆，在脑海中创建一种单词的场景来记忆，场景一定要夸张，这样才能记得牢靠，才能死记活用且事半功倍。
4.阅读时培养语感很重要。
在考试时碰到一些自己从未见过的句型和短语，如果单靠语法分析无法解决时，就可以凭借语感来判断。训练方法在此提供两种：第一：大声唱读法。跟磁带朗读课文或其他阅读材料，一定要模仿语音语调，就像在KTV一样，这样不知不觉中就能把课文熟记于心了。
第二：两遍阅读法。第1遍，囫囵吞枣，掌握大意，不用字典。第二遍，查出生词，划出词汇，整理词句。

3.作业：作业有“硬”作业即第二天要交的笔头作业，与“软”作业即读、背、复述、对话及预习、自习等，不要只重视“硬”作业，轻视“软”作业，因为语言能力需要通过这两种不同的作业形式来积累和提高。
4.复习：重新过一遍课文，拼写单词，重点词语的用法，语法知识，做配套练习，搞清疑难问题。
5.测试：准备纠错本。在测试后分析卷面上的错误是很重要的，如：哪种类型?如何立刻补上?今后注意什么问题可降低错误率?
四.巧妙安排学习时间
想学好外语，有许多事情要做，学校的课业负担也很重，如何合理地安排时间呢?在这里有16个字：化整为零，集中歼灭，见缝插针，持之以恒。如中午用15至20分钟背单词或读两、三篇课外，夜自习按要求做作业，睡觉前用一、两分钟很快过一遍白天刚学的单词。周末总结、复习。每天零敲碎打，并不多占多少娱乐时间，但如果你能有规律、有毅力地学习，必然得到回报。
五.苦加巧，有成效
“苦”就是学习刻苦，肯下气力，“巧”的体现是善思考总结。求效率而不拼体力。如何做到这一点?首先正确分析自己：目前学习状态，优势与劣势，最大问题，问题原因，解决办法，时间分配等。然后提出相应的目标，并制定达到目标的详实计划。
1、如何筛词。
给大家的一个建议是，买一本小的3500，要是懒得买的就直接把英语课本的词汇撕下来定在一起，然后就看你是会得多还是不会的多。举个例子，如果会的少，找一个完整的下午，先把3500全翻一遍，遮住中文看英文，会的就拿什么荧光笔之类的涂掉，不会的就看过去就好，大概一到两个小时就搞定了，不要舍不得涂，毕竟就几块钱的东东。
2、筛词结束后，就开始记忆阶段。
这里大家看怎么分配时间，如果现在时间还是比较充裕的话，建议写到本上，画正字来记，如果时间不充裕的，就捡课余时间字潦草一点写便利贴上用荧光笔那样记，至于一天几个，大家量力而行。
3、记完后如何巩固。
大概最迟一个月到一个半月吧，就应该记完了，如果有神器，而且自制力强的孩子们，可以用那些神器来检测。坚持自己来的可以再买一本3500或者就用高考必备(就是人手一本的字典)，每天课间，或者吃饭的时候，就随随便便那么一翻，很快地看过去，又不认识的，再记下来，循环三五次(我是说大概觉得一本书都翻到为一次)总会全背到的，还有没背到的就在做题中巩固吧。
4、词组记忆。
这里没啥技巧可言，就是一个字，记!用高考必备的时候，把很常见的，例如take，get这一类词折起来，然后还是零碎时间。还有一个小技巧是什么呢，就是先把搭配动词的介词意思记下来，再搭配动词的时候就能猜到意思啦，不至于所有都去死记。
5、拓展。
有的词有同学说到，有很多意思，一些意思可能在或者中遇到，这个的话同学可以去百度文库找一下常用英语谚语，没事的时候当翻小说一样翻一翻，能记住就记住，对有帮助。

高中阶段侧重培养阅读能力，需要同学们把学到的知识灵活运用到对语言、的理解中，不断提高分析判断能力、能力和语言运用能力。只靠读读背背很难应付高考(高考满分150：听力30，单项15，完形20，阅读40，阅读表达15，书面表达30)。

总体来说，高中教师更多的都是用英语组织课堂教学，一个时间段下来，会有好多学生反映不习惯老师的口语，不习惯老师的教学风格，感觉高中的英语学习焕然一新。

1)上课前，对授课内容不预习，坐等教师讲解。教师讲什么就听什么，教师教什么就学什么，学习处于被动状态。
2)课堂上像录音机、速记员，只顾记笔记，不求深入思考;还有更糟糕的是休闲听课，老师讲重难点时，根本不动笔。一节课下来，本本上一篇空白，等自己翻开书本，却会发现什么都不知道，听课效率大打折扣。
3)课后不及时整理巩固，问题越积越多;作业马虎，错误多，甚至只知道了ABCD四个字母。
3、没有持之以恒的积累精神，遇到困难，学会放弃、退缩。
4、缺乏足够的词汇量，阻碍英语综合能力的提高
5、轻视英语，影响学科整体平衡发展。

1、培养兴趣
兴趣是最好的老师，很多同学本来就喜欢英语，那是最好了。那么那些英语不是很强的那些同学，我们也得慢慢培养兴趣。
俗话说亲其师而信其道，我们英语老师会在学习的间隙给大家放一些优美的英语歌曲、经典的外国大片，期中考试之后还会举行英语演讲大赛、英语话剧表演大赛、英语沙龙等丰富多彩的课外活动。
活动的宗旨就是要激发大家对英语的兴趣，让大家身临其境感受英语的魅力，让疯狂英语不再成为空话。所以我希望能在活动中看到大家的身影，每一个同学都能自信地展示自己的风采。
