我想先告诉大家，一英语是为人类服务的，二学生是站在老师肩膀上的，现在让我们开始吧。
那是很久以前一次一年级的英语课上，我们背着手坐在椅子上，一双双眼睛望着英语老师，稚嫩的嗓音把单词变得奶声奶气的，当时老师领着大家读‘“one. two. three”,由于老师发音不准，将“three”中的“th”舌尖夹在齿缝里的“θ”音读成了“s”音。幸好妈妈对我教导过这一点，我没有读错。但其他同学都读成了“s”。我感到不解，于是悄悄问同桌，“喂，‘three’里的‘th’不是读‘θ’吗？”可同桌只瞧了我一眼，依旧读“s”。我知道他认为“s”是正确的。过了五年，他还是读“s”。
其实这一个单词的错误可以说明两点：一是幼年时期所受的教育根深蒂固，对人影响很大；二是教师发音不准，容易误导学生。这两点又可以暴露社会上对于除语，数，外其他学科的不重视。
人们常说：学习语言的最好方式就是让学习者身临其境，体会语言的氛围，而上述这样一个环境内，怎么有人学的好英语呢？久而久之，英语发音在教授的过程中变得不那么地道了，教课重心也偏向语法了。英语作为一种语言，表达意的作用似乎被人忽视了，取而代之的是一层层的考级，一摞摞的证书，更为普遍地为老师和家长视为最终目标，英语不再是被人使用的工具，反到反客为主被用来衡量人本身的。而导致这一切的是大部分人对英语的不正确认识，实非一本教科书能阻挡得了。
我希望“新标准”能真正的广泛的影响社会，影响老师。达到这一切后，最后方能影响学生。
