Self-confidence is one very important factor for success, but there are two other equally important factors: knowledge and sensitivity. All three are required for success in any area.
One needs to feel one can accomplish a task. If one thinks he or she is incapable of doing something, he or she will not succeed. For example, if you think you are going to do poorly on an exam, you will probably do poorly. It is important to tell yourself that you can do well. If you have confidence in yourself, you will probably do well.
Even if you have a great deal of self-confidence, you won’t be able to well on the exam without knowledge. You have to understand your subject very well. With knowledge and self-confidence you have a better chance of success.
In areas other than exams, you will need to be sensitive to your surroundings in order to succeed. You will need to know whether to boast about yourself or be modest; you will need to know whether you should take the lead or let others. This is a difficult skill to learn, but an important one for success.

回忆往前的人生，往事如云，随风涌起支离破碎的记忆打翻了一地。曾经那些不为人知的小理想是多么的美好,如那刚刚萌发的小花，是青春萌动的开始，亦如优雅宛转的赞歌，翻唱青春华丽的篇章.。(开头篇幅适中，能较好地引入主题)
丰满的理想却经不住观实的残酷，许多理想就此破灭。前一天我们立下誓言,可后一天我们放下誓言，原因可能仅仅只有三个字:不可能。我想怎么就不选择去尝试一下，放手一搏呢?可能这就是缺乏自信的表现吧，时常留意过校园的一角、因为那有几个字阐明了真理:行动就是给成功创造机会。不禁想起老师曾说过:一道选择题,有A、B，C，D四个选项,则每个选项的正确率都有25%，无论你选择哪一个，都有25%答对成功的几率，你有什么资格不去选呢?这不是关于你智商的高低,而是表观（？）你是否有过行动，有过付出。你行动了，哪怕你失败了，但至少有过付出，不至于完全没有收获、。失败其实不可怕，真正可怕的是你连失败都没尝试。
“失败乃成功之母”成就了多少历史名人。伟大的发明家爱迪生就是其中之一。千余次的失败促就了他的一次成功。体现了不仅仅是他的坚持不解，更在于正确对待失败的态度。
看过许多青春的励志小说，文章听过许多名人成功背后的故事，我想主要的因素在于他们的努力，坚持和自信。假使一次成功有属于它的公式，那么我想是50%的努力+20%的坚持+20%的自信+9.9%的天赋+0.1%的运气
中国有句广为流传的俗语:人倒霉了，喝凉水都得寒牙缝。这体现了运气的作用或者说是负作用。可是运气真的很重要吗?其实不是，一件事的成功虽然离不开运气的成份，但运气的成份却可以微小到不值一提，可能有些成功人士的背后少不了一张中了五百万的彩票。
但开拖拉机的人永远不可能在一夜之间学会开飞机。
一件事不可能做到完美,但却可以尽量地靠近完美。不是有句话叫金无足赤,人无完人吗?在人生这条漫长的道路上，我们还会遇见许多人，碰上许多事,有一颗上进的心总归还是更好。人外有人，天外有天的道理人人皆知，可会虚心求教的人却少之又少，许多人因为顾及一个面子的问题，掩埋了不耻下问的道理。殊不知比自己更弱（落？）后的人也值得自己的去请教。我想这种人十分的愚蠢。为了更成功,更完美，面子值不了几个钱的。
成功的方式和方法有许多，但万变不离其宗，有决心，有信心，加上个目标和50%的努力,最后还有一点点运气的成份，定可以将成功变得更成功,即使是失败,何尝不再试一次呢?(呼应文题,点明中心。)

意志是成功的因素广州市越秀区环市路小学六年（2）班何嘉盈――观《排球女将》有感《排球女将》是我最喜欢的电视剧，令人回味无穷。主要内容如下：《排球女将》的女主角――小鹿纯子在参加女高中学校排球队后经过无数次磨练与严峻的“考验”，凭着坚忍不拔的意志，带着成为奥林匹克冠军的愿望，代表日本队的重炮手，无数汗水成了击败对手的代价。
意志和汗水可以决定你的成与败，胜与负。在坎坷的道路上没有了意志就会失败；在即将胜利的时刻意志决定你成功……做每一件事，都离不开意志。他们是相互相持的。轻视意志的是失败的，因为他根本“不想”成功。有人认为只有汗水就可以成功，但是汗水毕竟是“有限”的，在这同时也得用到意志。他们都是成功的因素。在“拥有”意志之前还必须有目标，然后就用到意志，再用到汗水，最后还要再次用到意志。有这样的程序，就会成功了中国教育文摘！
上次，我随爸爸妈妈去长白山旅游，是那鼓劲儿――意志使我登上了天池。即使大半路程是乘坐铲雪车，可就是那断短短的路，许多大人和小孩一下车就怕冷了，有个大姐姐是因高山反应，可大半人是怕冷或怕摔倒，不敢在人生道路上尝试、“摔跤”，等别人成功后便投去那羡慕的眼神。试问，没有付出，哪来的收获？但我不同，我敢于在人生道路上尝试与“摔跤”，俗话“吃一堑，长一智”，所以，我成功了！

积极向上的心态是影响成功的重要因素，就如我们很熟悉的李白，他被誉为“诗仙"，享有极高荣誉，面对官场上的失意，他不禁发出:“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海"，积极向上、旷达的感慨。而且他还说过:“天生我材必有用，千金散尽还复来。”对于“千金散尽还复来"一般人是做不到的，可是他做到了，因为他是一个自信的人，所以他写的诗不激励着后人。同样的，东晋的山水田园诗人陶渊明，他不同流合污，丝毫不留恋官场生活，逸然投身于山中做一名农民，寄情山水的向积极向上的心态，才会有“采菊东临下，悠然见南山"的悠然自得的心境，所以说要成功，就要有积极向上的心态。
积极向上的心态是影响成功的因素。美国的著名女作家海伦·凯勒。她幼年因为发高烧导致失明，失去了视觉，尽管如此，在她老师和她父母的帮助下，她并为因此对这个世界失去信心，用积极向上的心态，获得入美国大学中的女子学校的资格，并致力帮助了更多的残疾人士，联合国用她的名字，同样帮助了残疾人。对此她的成功是因为她有积极向上的心态，勇于克服一切困难。所以她，是我们应该学习的榜样。
相反的，如果没有了积极向上的心态，那么他们就不会对生活充满希望。我国著名女作家三毛，因为她过于把感情投放于写作中，对生活感到了厌倦。因此，她早早地离开了人世间，不能再体会到世间的美好。
还有很多的故事启迪，激励着我们要有积极向上的心态。积极向上，努力拼搏，终将走向成功的彼岸。正如李白所写的“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。"只有无畏大风大浪，积极向上，才会走向成功。
