Is iPad good or bad for middle school students?
I’m a junior high school student named Li Hua. Now many students have iPads and they think it’s a fashion to use them. Using an iPad, we can listen to music, download a lot of learning materials and read them on the screen. Apparently, it’s helpful to our study, especially to our English listening.
Some students, however, bring their iPads to the classroom and listen to music without earphones, which makes the teacher and other students greatly annoyed. Some of them even waste precious time in class playing video games.
In my opinion, as students, we should make good use of iPads to help achieve academic success. The classroom is a place for students to study, and therefore concentration is awfully needed for us to learn our lessons. Furthermore, the school should make a rule to guide the students to use iPads in a proper way.

Nowadays mobile phones are becoming more and more popular among the middle school students. In my opinion, we can bring mobile phones to school.
As we know, the 21st century is a modern age and full of information. A mobile phone is one of the quickest tools for us to exchange information. The mobile phone is a fashionable and useful invention, so we ought to make the best use of it. Suppose there’s a sudden accident, it is more convenient for us to dial for help immediately. Nowadays, with the rapid development of IT,cell phones play a more and more important role in peoples life.But,like everything else,they have both favorable and unfavorable aspects.
First,its useful.As a wireless mobile telephone,its easy and handy to carry it wherever one goes and call the callee however far away he is.Therefore,it greatly facilitates peoples life. Second, its convenient.Whenever one meets trouble or something urgent, one can make a call immediately.Most important of all,its a very helpful companion. With a multifunction cell phone in hand,one can easily get on the net, browsing the useful information, conducting e-commerce and doing whatever one can do via Internet.
However,just as everything has two sides,the cell phone also has many disadvantages,.To begin with, its expensive to buy and costly to pay the bills, esp.that of global service. And I believe its advantages will not only offset its disadvantages, but also far outweigh them.

Unreturned messages carry more guilt when the technology to address them lies at our fingertips. Some teens even return text messages while they are asleep.
Most of us choose not to set limits on our nighttime availability. Nearly three-quarters of people from the age of 18 to 44 sleep with their phones within reach, according to a 2012 Time/Qualcomm poll. That number falls off slightly in middle age, but only in people 65 and older is leaving the phone in another room as common as sleeping right next it.

We are ever closer to building an AI that thinks like a human. It is possible because they are smart and they are stronger compare with human beings.
It is not sure what will happen in the future, having robot to serve for human beings is a good thing, but the issue of artificial intelligence is still controversial.

They see other children who are having the time of their lives. They watch these children and get the message that if they want to have that much fun, they need to buy those things. Thus, at a very early age, we're introduced to two ideas: that we want to be like everyone else, and we want to have what everyone else has.
This continues throughout our lives. We spend a lot of our money trying to keep up with our neighbors. We buy the latest model cars, have all the latest gadgets in our homes, and live a lifestyle beyond our budgets. Advertising encourages us to define ourselves by what we own rather than by who we are. It encourages a competition of false values and shallow measurements of what matters in our lives.
Advertising can be damaging. However, it is also one of the ways in which our economy keeps growing. People need to buy products in order for other people to have jobs manufacturing, transporting and selling those products. Advertising also keeps us informed about new products that may actually help us in some way. For these reasons, you could say advertising is a necessary evil.
