__ 年12月2 日至__年12月11日，我有幸参加了西安市小学英语教师在西安外国语大学为期10天的培训，本次培训虽然时间不长，却使我受益匪浅。不仅使我增长了见识，开阔了视野，也使我的思想观念也发生了深刻的变化。本次培训对我来说真是一个提高自身专业素质及能力的好机会，为我今后的和教学指明了方向。
本次培训人数众多，西安市中小学英语教师共100多人，我们中小学老师分班开展培训。有多位教学丰富的专家教授、有从国外归来的博士生和优秀的教学一线的老师对我们进行培训。授课专家的讲座异彩纷呈，各具特色。这10天，我感受颇丰。专家们的理论阐述给人启迪，促人反省，让我们欣赏了专家的风采，开阔了眼界，拓宽了思维，了解掌握了英语教学的的规律与。
课程内容有解读英语新课标、如何培养小学生写作能力、英语课内活动和课外活动设计、国际视野下的英语基储现代国际礼仪与教师修养、课程改革背景下的教师专业发展、阅读教学、语音、语法、听说等。
我们每位学员都非常珍惜这次机会，每节课都能认真听专家老师讲课，和老师互动，认真做笔记。我的收获有如下几个方面：
一、国际意识的培养和渗透
听了龙志刚校长的讲座和潘俊武博士的一节《国际视野下英语学习的基捶课，使我明白了英语教学的根本目的就是实现国际交际，与不同文化背景的人进行交流，理解他国文化，并在交际时能合理运用，可以大面积地、全面地提高英语教学的效率和质量大幅度地提高学生运用能力，这既是中国国民经济发展的紧迫需要，也是小学英语教学的一项紧迫任务，为了实现这个目标，需要我们正确认识跨文化交际教学是小学英语教学的一个主要环节。在教学中以渗透为主，而不是以单独教学为主。文化本身的内涵是非常丰富，它是“人类在社会历史发展过程中所创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和”，是由人类文化价值观构成的知识体系，在语言教学中渗透文化，与文化行为成为每课必不可少的一部分，是符合语言与文化关系特征的。
二、广采信息，发挥实效
通过培训学习，我们与一批教授专家，尤其与许多小学英语骨干教师建立了融洽的关系，教我们阅读课的__老师和讲语音的__老师讲课注重实效，不仅课堂上讲解非常认真，为了给我们提供教学信息，她们把自己讲课中用到的、对我们有很大帮助的课件都让我们复制下来，为我们今后的教学提供了信息，这种敬业精神让我十分感动，我会充分利用好这一宝贵的财富。在今后的工件中发挥应有的实效.
三、提高课堂教学效果
听了莲湖区教研员张老师的《英语会话教学有效模式的研究与探索》和远东一小田老师的《小学英语课堂教学》我才明白了，怎样的课才算是一堂好课，怎样才能利用教材去教学生， 而不是教教材，同时也发现了自己教学中存在这和张老师讲座中提到的相同的问题：重词句，轻交际;重活动，轻情景;重机械操练，轻意义操练。
在今后的课堂教学中中，我一定努力克服这些问题，分清教学活动中各个环节的主次地位，使每一个学生都能参与其中，勇于张口，使课堂气氛活跃而有秩序，让学生都能找到自己的定位，真正喜欢上英语课堂。其次，创造一种轻松愉快的学习环境，这也是提高学生学习兴趣不可忽视的一个方面。现代心理学家认为：“凡是被学生认为不愉快的事，不如被他们认为愉快的事记得牢，不愉快的事往往不经意识就为知觉所抵制。”如果学生一想到上英语就怕。一见到英语老师就心慌，那么他们就很难学好英语了。为了培养学生的兴 趣，使他们消除害怕心理。今后我上课时，尽量要求自己做到声音响亮，态度和蔼，在适当的时候，带点有关的、游戏、歌曲，补充有关背景材料，使学生爱上英语课。
四、重视语言的交际功能
语言是一个载体，是一种工具。它的目的是交流。要想熟练的使用这个工具来达到交流的目的，它就应该是听说读写四项基本技能的综合，最后以“说”的形式呈现出来。然而，在实际英语教学过程中，迫于升学压力，有些时候，我们难免做得有些本末倒置，把大量精力放在阅读写作等技能的训练上，而忽视了“说”这个语言最基本的技能，忽视了学生口语表达能力的提高，从而把英语学成了“哑巴英语”。
随着新课程改革的推进，教材，试卷对语言实际运用能力的要求和考察的比重均有所上升，但由于客观条件和师资水平的限制，这个目标的完全实现仍然是一个长期而艰巨的过程。并且，要想实现这个目标，教师除了要提高自身的口语水平和专业素质外，更要转换在课堂上的角色。在传统的教学模式下，教师是一个完完全全的传授知识的机器，传授方法单调枯燥，只注重单向性，因而难以达到真正的师生互动，生生互动。只有运用灵活多样的，才能充分调动学生学习的积极性，激发学生的知识潜能。
通过学习与交流，使我深刻感受到转变观念不能只停留在认识上，更应该落实到课堂教学实践中去取得实效;通过学习与交流，使我知道应该如何在课堂教学中树立新型的师生关系，创设丰富有趣生活化的学习情境，开展学生自主、合作探究的学习活动，提供行之有效的教学媒体，关注学生的学习过程，真正使每一位学生学有所获，得到较好的发展。通过学习与交流，还使我学到了一些好的教育教学方法，提高了专业技能，同时，也增强了自己适应新课程改革的能力。培训中，面对不同风格的名师、专家，听着不同类型的讲座，我每时每刻都能感受到思想火花的撞击。虽说这些天的学习在教学实践中不会立竿见影，但却也有许多顿悟：身为教师，要把握新课改的动态、要了解新理念的内涵、要掌握学生的认知发展规律，要在教学实践中不断地学习，不断地，不断地研究，厚实自己的底蕴，以适应社会发展的需要，适应教育改革的步伐。
总之，通过这次培训对我来说有了很大的收获，给我带来了全新的教学理念和丰富的精神食粮，通过学习使我对新教材教法有了更新的认识，在教育思想和教学理念上有了更新换代。我要把这些新的教学理念和新的教学模式运用到自己的教育教学工作中去，在学校的新课改教学中发挥自己应有的作用。
6月5日，我有幸参加了由教育局组织实施的人教版新课标PEP小学英语教材培训，在短短一天的`学习过程中，我切身体会到了前沿的教育教学信息。
几位老师的精彩讲座使我受益匪浅，让我对人教版小学英语新教材有了更深刻的了解，能够在教学过程中更合理、灵活地、有创造性使用教材，对教材的内容进行适当的取舍，对教材建议的教学方法做适当的调整，更能够提高英语教学的效果。主讲的几位老师简明扼要的介绍了新旧课标的相同与区别，帮我们梳理了整个新课标的核心所在，更利于我们对新课标的学习。通过学习我认识到英语课程的学习在小学教育中具有重要的地位。英语课程的学习，既是学生通过英语学习和实践活动，逐步掌握英语知识和技能，提高语言实际运用能力的过程;又是他们磨砺意志、陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富生活经历、开发思维能力、发展个性和提高人文素养的过程。而要做好小学英语教学工作就要了解新课程对小学英语的要求，以指导教学实践。
接着再由曹老师首先给我们介绍了人教版新课标PEP小学英语教材的结构。这套教材分为A、B、C两个部分。A部分内容包含：Let’s talk(句型);Let’s play(活动 操练);Let’s learn(单词); Let’s do(全部动作反应法 TPR活动); Let’s make; Let’s sing 。B部分内容包含：Let’s check(单元检测)。三、四年级是小学生学习英语的基础阶段，五、六年级是学习的发展阶段。因此教师要掌握好各个阶段的教学目标，在巩固好学生基础的前提下求更好的发展，真正让学生学有所获!
在词汇教学方面，曹老师建议要音、形、义结合，同时了如下四种方法：
1、结合字母的发音教，教会能力;
2、融单词于语句中教，强调语意;
3、在交际性游戏中教，促进记忆;在任务活动中教，重在运用。呈现单词环节，曹老师建议音、义领先，形在后，强调语素--字母(组合)的联系，培养拼读能力。
操练环节，老师也介绍了如下几种方法：
1、请学生把单词与图片(实物)匹配;
2、请学生边说单词边指课本上的单词或;
3、教师说单词，学生举出相应的单词卡片;
4、教师说单词，学生举出相应的实物或图片;
5、Let’s do听听做做;
6、给单词编号，教师说，学生指。
在训练学生的认读能力时，老师谈到了以下几种常见的手段：
1、请学生把单词与图片(实物)匹配;
2、教师说单词，学生举出相应的单词卡片;
3、听录音，手指单词跟读，眼到，手到，口到，心到;
4、充分利用板书以及单词表的作用。
在上词汇课的时候，曹老师提醒老师们注意：
a、分清单词的教学目标(认读?书写?)，有针对性地处理;
b、对单词进行精细加工，可分组或分层处理;可引入、、同类属词进行对比;可利用实物、图片、等加深印象;
c、单词先分别操练，再综合在一起操练，利用短时记忆的关键复习点强化记忆单词;
d、强化认读能力;
e、操练量要大，学生参与面要宽，词句融合自然，活动形式要丰富有趣。
对话教学也是让老师感到头疼的问题，学生因素，教学条件因素，环境因素等，让这一教学成为了教学中的一大难题。针对对话教学，曹老师也给出了几点建议：
a、利用图片、多媒体及肢体语言等多种形式呈现对话，在语境中整体感知并强化“注意”(noticing)目言结构;
b、利用趣味活动强化认识并掌握语言结构;
c、利用任务型活动，创设不同语境，进行有意义的对话活动。曹老师还提到，课堂活动设计应注意由紧到松，由控到放。
下午老师利用多媒体播放了两位著名英语教师的教学视频，让我们观看学习。我们看了两位著名英语教师的课很有挫败感，因为这两位老师上的课和自己上的相比，有很大的差距，我们得不断地努力学习，不断地提高自身知识水平，不断地优化课堂教学，才能拉近这个距离。这两位老师流畅自然的教学语言、极强的和学生互动的能力、新颖的教学环节设计、学生兴趣的激发和培养能力等等，都是我们应该学习借鉴的。
在英语课堂教学过程中，有时候我觉得自己已经很努力了，却发现很多时候自己在唱独角戏，有些学生缺乏学习兴趣，有些学生想把英语学好却又无从下手。经过这次培训学习，有了老师们的理论方法指导，对我今后的教学会起到推波助澜的作用。
培训虽然只有短短的一天，但我收获颇丰!在今后的教学中，我将做到与学生共成长，不断追求新的自我。
我是一名小学教师，为了成为一名更合格的英语老师，特定在__x培训了一个月，令我获益匪浅，下面谈谈我的感受。
在听完如何上好一节英语课的讲座中，我明白教与学这个双边关系中，教师要培养学生的学习兴趣和良好学习习惯。古人云：温故而知新。这就要求我们每一位教师要把短时高频率作为教学的一个注意事项。英语教师要合理利用有限的时间帮助学生预习新知和巩固复习，不断提高课堂教学的有效性。
我们不仅要加强提升自身的专业素养，提升个人魅力。还要不断反思，要想从工作中不断提高自己的教学水平就少不了这个环节;不断的反思、改进。教师职业没有最好，只有更好。在不断的反思与积累中获得属于自己的经验与方法，并且能将这种方法深化为一种理论，这便是做一名教师的最高境界了。
此次培训，更新了我的新课程教学理念，提高了我驾驭英语课堂的能力，为我的英语新课堂教学打开新天地。在今后的工作中，我都会铭记这段培训的日子，因为，它让我觉得成名一名英语老师的快乐。
这两天有幸参加了英语培训，真的是收获满满。首先非常感谢教研室及徐老师给我们提供此次学习的机会。本次培训和以往的培训有所不同，非常实用，非常接地气，既有专业理论引领，还有示范课例研讨。两位专家老师的专业指导让我对教材，教法，课程标准有了新的理解和感悟。三节不同级别的示范课让领悟到了英语课堂的魅力，也认识到了自己教学中的不足。
尤其是今天下午两位老师的示范课，我觉得安排的特别好。以前的培训上示范课的老师都是高手，听完课除了赞叹，总感觉有点高不可攀的感觉。而今天两位老师的课虽然不完美，但却是我们课堂的真实再现，更能引起老师们的共鸣。正好通过他们的课堂反思自己的教学中存在的问题。
几点体会，总结如下：
一，作为一名英语老师，自身素质和修养真的很重要。我们好比复印机，孩子就是复印件。不管我们是不是专业老师都在潜移默化的影响着孩子。一定要不断提高自身素质，多听课文原声，力求让自己的语音语调标准正确。
二，认真研读课标，把握好每个阶段的目标任务，避免出现拔高，越位等现象，让学生失去学习英语的兴趣。正如关老师所说，要做到：心中有课标，腹中有教材，眼中有学生，手中有教法。
三，关老师的“授人以鱼，不如授人以渔”，形象直观，但道理深刻。我在教学中也经常犯像司马老师一样的错误，对学生不够自信，没有给学生充足的自主学习的空间，急于把知识硬塞给他们。我以后也学着做一个“懒”妈妈，做课堂的导演，让学生来演绎课堂的精彩。教给学生一生有用的东西，是每一个教育人的使命。
所学知识只有内化吸收，才会学以致用。我定会认真领悟这两天所学到的知识，并指导我的课堂教学。教育不是注满一桶水，而是点燃一团火。在学习中不断进步，在反思中不断成长，用自己的教育激情和专业魅力去点燃孩子们心中的那团火。
20__年暑假，是一个令我难以忘怀的假期，因为在这个暑假，我参加了焦作市教育局在焦作师专举办的初中英语教师岗位培训，在教学领域中我领略了新东方外语培训社老师的精彩授课，她们那先进的教学理念、纯正的发音、灵活多样的教学方法，无不留给我深刻的印像，使我耳目一新，受益匪浅。如果用“新”来概括这次培训，我认为是最恰当的形容，这也是这次培训代给我最大的感触。
首先是单词呈现的形式新，通过培训，我们可以知道，在单词教学中，要求教师以游戏、猜、简笔画、实物等方式引出单词，这样既给学生代来新鲜感，又使学生在新奇的同时无意识的集中了注意力，自然而然地进入到了学习状态中，打破了学生以往一见单词就头疼的局面，通过这样的处理，从根本上改变了教学老大难的问题，这也是本次培训吸引我的一处。通过这次培训，不仅令我毛塞顿开，更使我明白了教学来不得半点懒惰，哪怕是一个单词，一个小小的细节，都需要我们精心设计，巧妙构思，如果我们教者对每一节课都认真钻研，细心琢磨，还担心有教不会的学生吗?
其次是教学途径新。它不仅培养了学生的分析问题和解决问题的能力，而且能利用一定的课程资源创设情境，并在特定的情境中引导学生学习句型，进行口语交际，充分体现了新课程的教学理念，使学生真正成为学习的主人。
最后是练习形式新。教学注重巩固所学的知识，且形式灵活新颖，除了利用多媒体练习之外，还要求教师自编游戏、故事、口令等进行练习，这一想法，给我代的感触很大，做为农村教师，往往因为教学设施的不足而烦恼，总有一种心有余而力不足的感觉，可当我看到教师简单而又不失创意的设计，我不仅仅深深地反思，我为何不利用手中已有的卡片、简单的头饰来上好每一节英语课呢?古人有“巧妇难为无米之炊”，我们已有“米”了，如果在加上自己的一点点“巧”，不就可以“炊”了吗!为什么只会一再抱怨，而不自身寻找解决问题的办法呢?
20__年的暑假，它不仅让我开阔了视野，增长了知识，更为我今后的英语教学注入了泓泉，坚定了我教好英语的信念，我永远也忘不了这个美好的暑假。
20__年8月5号至20__年8月7号，我有幸参加了我县组织的小学英语教师培训会。会议的第一天，由我们县教研员李莉老师主持。学习的内容为“如何搞好网络大集体备课及如何操作网络集体备课”。李老师从多个方面、多个层面向我们诠释了网络大集体备课。也让我懂得了网络大集体备课的真正含义。新时代、新时期的我们需要网络大集体备课，在那里，我们可以共同研讨教学过程中的某一环节或出现的某一问题，反思教学中出现的弊端;相互促进，以弥补我们自身的不足之处;共享我们的教学中的收获，让我们教师能共同提高，也让我们的学生共同进步。相信：在网络的大家庭里，我们教师、我们学校乃至我们全县的教学水平都能得以提高!
会议的第二天，朱祥慧教师的“抓好集备务实教研立足实际养好习惯”更是让我们在了解网络大集体备课的基础上加深了认识和理解。听了朱老师，我更多的是对自己进行反思：如何加强自身文化素养、教学水平方面的提高呢?作为一名年轻的教师，我们有时间、有精力、有魄力。
会议第三天，龙宝乾教师又给我们上了生动的一课“浅谈如何制作英语PPT”,最后，李老师又给我们讲了关于“图片的剪切及使用”。说实在的，作为一名年轻教师，这方面应该是我们最拿手的，而我在这方面却有所欠缺。会议上我认真的听、认真的记笔记。龙老师向我们展示的那一张张栩栩如生的画面，让我好喜欢、好羡慕。李老师利用简单的图片进行剪切、编辑、组合制作出的漂亮图片也让我怦然心动。我在想：为什么我们不能制作出那么漂亮、那么生动的PPT来服务于教学呢?我们都如此的喜欢，更何况学生呢!事后，我才发现：并不是我们自身的水平有多低，而是我们缺乏动手、钻研的能力!
在全县的网络大集体备课的大潮中、趋势下，我想我要更加努力，争取给自己的课堂“添点花，加点草”，让现代网络服务于教学。只有课堂上充满生机，学生才能兴趣盎然啊。让我们教师再努力点，创造更好更有利于孩子们发展的教学条件，让我们的学生健康快乐的学习英语吧!
最近，听了张老师的英语课，给我提供了一次学习机会。通过听课，我受益匪浅，让我近距离地领略到张老师的教学风格，深厚的教学功底，及精湛的教学艺术，有很多值得我学习借鉴的东西，下面就谈谈我的一点感受。通过这次听课，我觉得在教育教学方面收获很多，有很多值得我学习借鉴的东西。
一、情意
我们不仅是一位英语老师，还是一位教育工作者。我们教师要重视思想政治教育，发展情意和激励学生积极的学习动机、态度、兴趣，促使学生积极主动地投入到各项学习活动中去。使学生既受到思想政治教育，又能培养运用英语进行交际活动的能力。课堂上郭老师常用英语OK，Very good、Wonderful、excellent等表扬、鼓励学生积极学习，使他们怀着轻松愉快的情绪全身心地投入学习英语的活动中去，收到良好的教学效果。
二、情景
在课堂上采用多种形式创设情景和充分利用英语教学本身的真实情景进行教学。本节课以王宝强生日为线索展开词汇，句子的学习，环环相扣。采用实物录音、投影、身体语言、电脑、多媒体以及利用英语本身和上下文创设情景传授英语基础知识，进行基本技能训练和交际活动。在情景中理解语言知识和内容能使难点化易，在情景中讲解语言知识能突出重点难点;在情景中进行操练能提高学生实践的量和质。课文内容通过导读，清晰易记，能加速理解、记忆和交际的进程。在情景中对话交际能促进思维的条理化、逻辑顺序化，有利于提高口头理解和表达的正确性和流利性。
三、知识
张老师重视在操练中讲解英语语言知识，在情景中进行精讲多练，练习方式多样，表盘游戏最为有创意，培养学生扎实地掌握和运用语言知识。语言知识是指英语语言的音、词、句、篇的结构和意义以及词形变化和选词的语法规则。利用各种直观手段讲解英语语言知识，能突出重点难点，注意难点化易。采用matchwords方式讲解新词语，既精炼精确、省时、易于理解词语意义，又可避免单词开花，形成教师一言堂的弊端。教师利用图片、投影，采用问答式的方式边练边讲知识，生动有趣，能加速理解的过程，教师重视通过板书和在多媒体投影等创设的情景中对语法知识进行点破和归纳。
四、交际
培养学生的听说读写交际的能力作为目的要求.教师都能运用已学英语知识，特别是刚学习的新的语言材料，使新旧语言知识相互整合，并联系学生实际或通过想象创设的情景，完整地进行语篇的思想交流。这样既交流了信息，拓宽了思路，解决了问题，又培养了用英语进行创新的交际的能力。
五、教师
教师都具备以下良好的素质：
1.正确的语音语调;
2.具有扎实的英语基础知识，能熟练地运用英语组织课堂;
3.英语词语丰富、语言流畅;
4.教态自然，和蔼可亲，表情丰富，仪态整洁、潇洒、轻松、愉快、活泼、稳重、振奋、激昂、情意交融。
5.有灵活驾驭课堂教学的能力，遇惊不乱，应变能力强，富有教学艺术性。
6.善于利用多媒体和演画唱等教学手段创设生动活泼的语言情景。板书设计整洁美观，主题突出，形式多样，设计合理。
总之，作为老师不仅仅要认真地上好每一堂课，还要在这个“好”字上下功夫，怎样才能上好课，怎样才能上出让学生喜欢的课?怎样让自己的语言更优美，让自己的学生更喜欢?怎样才能培养学生的创新意识和实践能力，要多琢磨，要多学习，要走出自我这个狭窄的区域，走到蓝蓝的天空下面，那么我们所看到的必然是明媚的蓝天。
我是一名乡村初中英语教师，参加工作二十余年。在平时，我不断摸索、向有经验的老师学习，积累了一些经验。我有机会参加了初中英语培训，使我受益非浅，也有一些心得体会。
通过学习，我体会到认识到要上好英语课，我非下苦工夫不可。
通过学习使我的思想有了一个新的转变，作为一名英语教师，必须具有渊博的英语知识，熟练的操作技能，良好的思维品质。培训中李洪奇教授说到：“我们要求知若渴，虚怀若谷。”还要认识到：“见贤思齐，他山之石，可以攻玉。”而且我们作为一名英语老师，要做到“为运用而教知识，不教死的知识，不死教英语知识，不把英语知识教死。”我们要培养自己的教学风格，打造教学特色，塑造人格魅力。另外，陈霄，徐曼霏教授的讲座，让我深深地明白英语教师语言敏感意识提升的重要性。
为了适应英语新课程改革需要，尽快提高学生的英语水平，达到新课标的要求，我在新学期里应该努力做到以下几点：
1、反复学习新课程标准理念，深刻领会英语课程的要求
在参培的几天时间里，我们过得充实而有意义。班主任把我们的生活和学习考虑得非常详尽周到。使我感受到了一个大家庭的和谐温馨。专家们为我们准备了丰盛的精神大餐。我从中汲取了更多的营养。变得更加有精气神了。
我要不折不扣地按照上级的要求，学习有关文件精神，准确把握新课程标准的理念、目标和内容，运用教育学和心理学理论，研究英语教学的规律，根据教学目标、学生的需要以及当地客观条件，积极地和有创造性地探索有效的教学方法，同时加强中外文化修养，拓宽知识面，掌握现代教育技术，并能在自己的继续学习和实际教学之中加以运用。
2、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围
我参加了全国中小学校长安全管理国家级远程专题培训，听了的讲座后，收益很大。对安全方面的知识有了较大的提升，增强了对安全的防范意识，确实感到了做好安全工作责任的重大。体会有三点：
学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化、对英语学习有积极的情感，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩。消极的情感不仅会影响英语学习的效果，而且会影响学生的长远发展。因此，在英语教学中我应该自始至终关注学生的情感，努力营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。
实践证明，师德的影响是巨大的，有什么样的老师就会有什么样的学生，我们献身教育，就要努力实践师德、加强职业道德建设、提高师德修养、做一名拥有爱心的德才兼备的好老师，用爱心为学生撑起一片广阔的天空。
通过听郑岚峰教师讲的一些教学技能及他课堂教学的一些经验和感悟，我对英语课堂教学也有了一个新的认识，英语课以语言为对象，强调以任务入手，放眼看周围世界，培养学生的英语能力，这个就是知识点。在教学总体目标上注意兴趣，体验成功 和培养自信;在课程实施上注重创造学习环境和提高学习效率;在教学模式与方法上注重参与实践和创新发展;在语言教学的目标上，注重培养语感和交际能力;在教学评价上，注重运用激励机制和多元评价。英语教师应具备的听、说、读、写、译的教学技能，给英语教师指明的努力的方向，明确了作为一名合格英语教师应具备的基本素质。
3、尽量采用"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力
依据课程的总体目标并结合教学内容，尽量设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，要以学生的生活经验和兴趣为出发点，内容和方式要尽量真实，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。促使学生获取、处理和使用信息，用英语与他人交流，发展用英语解决实际问题的能力，同时，积极鼓励学生把活动延伸到课堂之外 的学习和生活之中。
4、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础
一年时光很快就过去了，回顾一年来的工作，想说的真是太多太多。人民教师这一职业是非常辛苦的，不仅担负着教学工作，更担负着管理全班同学的重担。下面简单总结一年来的工作：
使学生养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略是英语课程的重要任务之一、教师要有意识地加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和运用英语的过程中逐步学会如何学习。
5、要树立新的学生观和教学观，促进学生的英语学习
根据学生的年龄特点和积极开展各种课外活动有助于学生增长知识、开阔视野、发展智力和个性、展现才能，例如可以利用第二课堂的时间开展英语对话朗诵、、讲故事、演讲、表演等英语课外活动，培养他们的自主性和创新意识。
6、教师必须提高自身专业素质。
新课程对学生提出了更高的综合语言运用能力的目标。教师的综合语言运用能力的高低，直接影响了学生相关的能力的提高和新课程目标的实现。因此，每一位教师都必须不断提高自身的综合语言运用能力。同时，教师还必须学习新的知识，发展新的教学策略，研究如何帮助学生形成有效的学习策略和文化知识，通过英语课程促进学生积极的情感和价值观的形成。
__年x月，在区教研室的带领下，我有幸成为“__区初中教师__培训班”的一员，到山东__培训。四天的学习考察，走访了五所学校，观摩了四堂语文示范课，听取了三场专题报告，时间虽短，但“271”和广文中学的课程开发讲座，让我坚定了课改的信念，明确了课改的内容和方法，我深感受益匪浅，不虚此行。
我会不断充实自己并且及时总结和借鉴经验，使英语教学工作更上一层楼。
从暑假开始的共16天的初中英语教师全员培训在这个寒冷的顺利落下帷幕。这次培训是由市教研室和县教研室牵头，浙师大派专家教师针对大家最薄弱的环节进行一系列专项培训，涉及了英语语音、听力、翻译、课堂用语和以及说课等方面。县教育局对这次培训非常重视，在培训的动员会上教育局雷局长多次强调大家一定要从思想上重视起来，认真听课认真完成辅导教师布置的作业，努力让自己成为优秀的英语教师。我们的教研员黄老师每天亲临现场，做好班级管理记好出勤，自己以身作则，除了必要的一些工作外，她也尽力和我们一起参加培训学习，用她的话来说要好好珍惜这次来之不易的家门前的培训学习机会;是的，这次培训学习填补了我们缺失的知识，提高了我们听说读写的能力，让我收益颇多，感慨万分，以下是我的些许感受。
首先，实话吧，培训前老师们对暑期炎热夏天和下半年本该我们休息的每月一次的双休日的培训学习或多或少是有些想法的，再说若大的班级又是成人，班级管理的确是件不容易的事，可就是因为各级领导的重视，教研员黄老师特强的组织、管理、协调、沟通能力使得大家能静下心来，一开始，黄老师就给我们讲了培训的重要性和必要性，宣布了班级公约、成立班干部、科学地给各位排好座位，并及时反馈我们英语教师的心声，与上课老师协调培训内容，使得近80人的培训班级培训学习井然有序，学员们的学习热情高涨，也正是因为上课老师的课又能深深吸引我们，学以致用，所以一下就改变了学员们的想法，变要我学为我要学。也难怪去过丽水多个培训点上课的李艳老师在我们遂昌点两天课上后对遂昌感觉很深，表扬我们，得到了她的高度评价，当时我们以为李老师是在讲恭维话，把我们当小孩鼓励表扬一番，可她踏上回金华车时还发了这样一条短信给我们班主任黄旭红老师：“这次能有幸到您处上课，印象颇深，学员到课率最高，学习最认真，课堂表现最积极，这与您的认真负责的领导是绝对分不开的。这一点我也会向学院领导传达，能向其他教学点推荐。”当再一次培训黄老师把这条信息向我们转告时，我们才真正感到我们真的做的很棒!
其次，教师的良好素质是上好一堂课的重要前提和基本保证。在听课中我发现骆巧丽老师和李艳老师有几个共同的特点：口语流利发音准确，只有做到这个，善于模仿的学生才可以拥有地道的英语;善于使用多媒体、歌曲、画画、影像作品等直观辅助教具，使学生接触到的知识更立体更直观更生动;有扎实的英语基础知识作后盾，课堂知识丰富;教态自然亲切，诙谐幽默，表情丰富。特别是骆老师，非常善于师生互动，愣是把枯燥的培训变成了生动的课堂，我们仿佛又回到了学生时代，在自己喜欢的教师面前畅所欲言。英语是一种交际语言，听说读写四个环节缺一不可。一位大学老师能在炎热的暑期来到遂昌要连续给我们上8天的课，下半年最后一次天气寒冷又恰逢圣诞节骆巧丽老师冒着雪不惧严寒给我们作指导，面对面的一一考试，难能可贵呀!得知给我们上课的老师在浙师大课务很重，一周有18节课，有时一天要上6节课，在完成学校课务的同时又利用本该休息的周末来给我们上课，可她们却不辞辛苦，且非常敬业，高度负责，专业精湛，和蔼亲切、幽默诙谐，令我们敬佩与感动
再次，语音教学的重要性不容小觑。在这16天的培训中，给我们大家留下深刻印象的是语音教学。骆老师用她那纯正的美语给我们纠音，一字一词一句一篇，一遍又一遍，直到我们的发音达到标准，她的认真使我改变了对英语语音教学的态度。我一直为枯燥乏味的语音教学而头疼，连续重复的教学法使得我的课毫无新意，到最后我教累了，学生也学累了。在这次培训启发下，我会重新定位我的语音教学，在实际教学中引入游戏、运用儿歌、积极评价、利用多媒体、布置创造性的任务让枯燥乏味的语音教学变得愉悦兴奋，富有乐趣，使学生积极主动地投入到学习中去，做到让孩子玩中学，学中玩。
最后，要做个与时俱进的教师。通过这次培训，让我开阔了眼界，明白了努力方向。怎样让自己的语言更优美，怎样提高培养学生的英语拼写能力，怎样在平时的朗读中渗透语音知识让学生更系统的掌握并拥有更纯正的发音，怎样在教学中穿插情感教育，等等。我相信通过自己的努力，一定能拉近距离，不断进步。
自参加了这次的小学英语教师全员培训以来，我非常珍惜这次的学习机会，通过学习，交流，提交作业，我收获很大。
本次学习内容丰富，通过观看视频讲座，许多平时工作中的疑惑迎刃而解。老师认为：学英语就是让学生通过各种方式去获取信息。在这个过程中学生要在老师的潜移默化中培养语感，把学母语的那种感悟能力自觉地运用到学习其他语言当中。像我们农村老师，条件艰苦，环境不如城市，学生素质也不如城市学生，那么我们的任务更重，所以我们更应该立足于自己的教学阵地，为学生创造好的语言学习环境，提高学生素质。同时也提高自己。通过这次远程教育培训，我深刻地体会到新课程教学应该是：“学生在老师的指导下，通过自己亲自去体验、尝试，来获得知识，以学生为主体，教师尽量只起到指导的作用，以培养学生的能力为中心，为重点。同时我也深深的认识到了自己在教学中的不足之处，通过视频学习和一些文本学习，对于教学中的语言交流有了更进一步的认识;同时对教具的展示我也在课堂上进行了实施，其效果比想象中还要好;在设计课堂上也有了一定的进步。
通过学习、听专家讲座等环节，我感到长了见识，教学思路灵活了，对自己的教学也有了新的目标和方向：首先在课堂的设计上一定要力求新颖，讲求实效性，不能活动多多而没有实质内容;教师的语言要有亲和力，要和学生站在同一高度，甚至蹲下身来看学生，充分的尊重学生;再者在课堂上，教师只起一个引路的作用，不可以在焦急之中代替学生去解决问题，另外教师的个人修养和素质也需要不断提高，要靠不断的汲取知识，学习先进经验来作保证。
在教学基本功新修炼这一部分的学习上，目前最让我受益的是第一：学具、教具的使用和开发。以前在课堂上是死板的进行教学，易忽略学生的学校兴趣，对于一些枯燥和抽象的内容，学生都不感兴趣，没有学习的积极性。但通过学具教具的制作和使用，可以把抽象的书本知识形象化、具体化，增强学生对教学内容的感知，使学生在直接经验基础上学懂书本知识，重要的是能够提高学生的学习兴趣，调动他们的学习积极性，从而使教学效果更佳。其二：PPT课件的应用与制作。小学英语教材的一大特点就是贴近生活，课文图片多。但长期下来，学生对图片已经是产生了“审美疲劳”了，所以我们在教学时更应该想一些新的点子和花样来进行教学，而多媒体教学就是一种很好的教学手段，精美的课件能够吸引学生眼球，可以化静为动、化抽象为具体，能提出开放性的问题，设计巧妙，同时还能激发学生更强烈的参与意识，可以为学生主动学习提供开放的活动环境，提高课堂效率。
总之，通过这次培训，我的收获很大，在以后的工作中要充分利用这次空中课堂学到的知识。教学不是一成不变的，教师要不断的思考，不断地寻求新的适应新一代学生的教学方法，与时俱进。让自己的教学水平更上一个新台阶!

新学期英语教学的感想
今天上午上了一节课。对于大二的学生，这学期是崭新的、富有挑战性的一年，这是学校课程改革后的一次大变脸。整体思路就是突出专业课，消减基础课。英语和政治是学校的两大基础课，然而英语做了大的调整，而政治没有任何变化。谈论的老师讲，政治关系到每个学生的思想状态，我国教育的传统觉得决定了这一地位不能变。细看教学计划后发现，每周由原来的四节课变成了两节课，这一部分主要完成综合教程制定单元的Text A及重要练习，以词汇、语法和翻译为主。教师可以根据各班的具体情况并对Text B及其他制定的Texts做一定讲解，但有所侧重，主要是将所学内容进一步深化及词汇和结构进行拓展。课时减少了一半，六课时勉强能对付以前的课本精读(综合教程)上的教程要求，但对于拓展和教学改革觉得很不可思议，就算你有想法，也没有时间和精力施展。为什么呢?现在除了本三的两个独立本科院校外，分为本部，东区，北区和新区。课时的减少，无形中增加了每个老师的工作量，因为他们的班级多了。除了从事大外的教学外，还得让学生选修一到两门的.课。那个备课量和作文安排非常大。一个优秀的、对教学各个环节的老师是无法对付的。还有排课的时候，为了能体现"公平"，绝大数老师的授课分布在各大校区。往往一个上午有个第一二节课，然后第三节课各校区跑，第四五节课再上课。为了不减少课时量，不少老师现在都得上八个班，还得来回跑。不少老师闲谈中都表现不能理解这一做法。不少搞课题研究的老师也很郁闷啊。在国外进修拿到的那一套，过程性和阶段性的研究项目，现在随着每年的分班选课不能继续了，只能中途夭折了。学生都是按照自己的兴趣在选课，随意性很大，而且每学期选一次，不少老师也觉得外在老师花太的劲好像也效果不是很好。
对于教学进步的安排还有一个问题是，教学时间的减少，使得老师和教学主管不得不吧听说教程和快速阅读延伸到了课外，让学生能够自主学习。听说教程量没有任何减少，在计划中写到在期末考试中有所体现。快速阅读也有学生自己课外安排。老师可以适当检查。通过这个计划，我们可以知道，我们需要的学生应该是自主学习能力很强的学生。课务的减少，尤其听说内容从课堂的消减，会不会让学生误以为口头表达能力根本就没有任何意义呢?何况，对于四六级口语考试也不是人人都可以参加的。这个措施很显然不利于引导学生关于英语实用性能力的培养。毕竟，将来的招聘要求最起码的听说能力，这种做法，令人担心，四年后，他们的英语学习和能力究竟会是什么样?说到自主学习，学生能否做到呢?中国的学生向来是比较被动的，为了考试而学习，完成了考试也就终止了学习。他们的自主学习能力本身就很弱，也没有有意培养，这种做法有点突然，缺少层次的推进。虽然说学校有网上自主学习中心，但资源的短缺能否满足全校的需求呢?离开了老师监督的学生能否真正开展呢?因为，听说能力，指望老师再来课上抽查督促，老师没有时间啊。还有，这种能力怎么能在少的时间内衡量呢?还有，听说教程就是学习自学，听听力材料，但口语还有谁去培养呢?你期末考试又不会考。英语教学课时的减少，给其他学科的教学留有了足够的时间这没有错，课时课外的时间学生不也会把时间过多的分配给专业课吗?现在我们也只能指望四六级考试，包括口语考试，因为这是社会的，是学生的敲门砖，为了在将来的求职中获得优势，他们不得不努力。但我想，仅靠着社会上的考试来推动校内的课程改革，显然是不够的。
如何在现在的情况下培养学生的自主学习能力?这是个新问题，也是个值得探讨的问题。如何谋求网络技术和英语教学的结合看来也非常值得研究。
