搬家后离开了河水的萦绕，没有了幽林的静谧，剩下的只是人群的喧嚷和发动机的轰鸣。这里的夏天闷热极了，学习了一天的我倍感烦躁，妈妈看到我的疲倦有些心疼，又拿出了小时候我最爱的风筝，提议出去放风筝，正充斥着一肚子火气没处散的我吼道：“不知道我很烦吗!我不是小孩子了!放风筝有什么用!人家的孩子都玩电脑!”说罢抓起风筝撕了个稀巴烂。妈妈没出声，只是默默的退出房间。我不知道这些话是从哪里学来的，亦不知道是否在乎妈妈的感受，我分明看到了妈妈的泪光。
风筝的力量越来越大，终于，它挣断了线儿的束缚，但它真的飞向了更高的天吗?它陨落了……
几次伤了妈妈的心，妈妈像大病了一场，整整瘦了一圈，青丝中混杂了白发，那青春的面孔也被岁月刻上了皱纹。想要进步十分难，不曾想要消沉却如此迅速。不出几个星期，就领回了一张通报单，打架逃课的“殊荣”全部扣在了我的头上。本以为会受到妈妈的批评，做好了充分的心理准备，我故作镇定的回到家，一副不在乎的模样，可又何曾想妈妈会坐在那里静静地哭泣。看着那一滴滴的泪珠从母亲的脸颊划过，我的心瞬间碎了，扭过头去暗自啜泣。我，该长大了。
风筝又系上了线，在天空的迎合中，风筝再一次远航了，它再也不会消沉了!

我遇到了我的曾经的好朋友哈克，惊喜之余，我把我这几年的经历全告诉了他。谁知他一听完，脸煞白，急急忙忙问我：“你……你现在会找食吗?”我突然间惊了一下，努力寻找扑食的记忆，可一切空白，我茫然得摇摇头。只听他叹了一口气，说道：你会找食吗?”
我努力地翻出回忆，可记忆除出了衣食舒适的生活以外，再也找不到其他，我茫然地摇了摇头。他叹了一口气说道：“一旦失去了自己的本能，你就再也回不到自己原来生存的环境，而对于你……没有任何希望。”他摇了摇头，转身离去。我傻傻地听着他一句句莫名其妙的话，呆呆地看着他离去，我不懂他是在干什么，只是对于他的离去有一点酸意，可优异的环境已让不屑一切，渐渐地，我又恢复了享受自然时的开心。
天渐渐暗了下来，太阳轻轻地落在山顶上，开始缓慢地沉落到远方的蓝色的天底下。它沉得越深，山峦的轮廓就显得越清晰，好像移得更近了。在河流和群山之间的峡谷里，淡红色的烟云不知不觉地暗下来，山中升起轻柔的梦幻般的暮霭。
好美的景色，可我却无心欣赏。
我的肚子已开始“咕咕”地叫。忽然发现地上有只死虫子，好恶心!我不吃!
我开始后悔，后悔离开那美美的牛奶、香肠;后悔离开主人对我的关爱之中，后悔自己的一时冲动，后悔……
我真的错了，可……这一切已无力挽回。
太阳已完全落入山下，天空仅留下一片黑幕，连月光也不肯施舍给我。我想：黎明前，我将要死了。
我本应该在幼小时就独自出去寻食，应该在树林中奔跑来强壮自己，应该……适者生存，弱者亡。我非弱者，可由于我的懦弱，我的消极，我的胆怯，注定在飞翔时要重重地摔下!
其他的狗，不要再像我，自己去努力，自己去奔跑，保住自己的本能，活在世上，施展自己!
