时光如梭，我转眼来到了五年级，作业的负担也重了许多，但听力一直都在坚持着。不过令人震惊的是，第一次英语测试下来了，成绩却并不理想，听都可以听懂，却在笔试上落空了。于是我便用所有的课余时间来背单词。夏天，家人们纷纷躲入了空调房，而我却在客厅中孤军奋战，没过多久，豆大的汗珠从我的头上一滴滴落下来，衣服湿了，我也全然不知，一个小时，两个小时……再转眼一看已经是晚上十点多了，就连中间有几次妈妈叫我我都没有注意到。妈妈笑着对我说：“你还真是有毅力啊，你看，你都出了一身的汗。”这时我才发现我的衣服上到处都是一片一片的汗渍，于是才匆忙的洗了个澡去睡觉了。
