近日上海一家着名餐厅，因部门顾客餐后泛起腹泻问题，本着对所有顾客负责的立场，以及对食物安全的高度正视，他们关停了上海的所有门店，即刻启动自查。这件事很快成为了上海市民口中的热点话题，也让我们知道了食物安全的重要性。对这件事情我也有一些自己的看法跟大家分享。
第一，俗话说病从口入，所以做餐饮必需干净，把卫生放在第一位。客人来餐厅就餐是为了口味，但是假如由于吃到不卫生的东西而生病，那就得不偿失了。我们家也是经营餐厅的，爸爸天天一大早就去市场采购当天的新鲜蔬菜和肉类，保证客人天天吃到安全的食品。
第二，现在正值夏季，食物很收留易变质，更应该留意保鲜。假如发现变质的食品，必需立刻丢弃，不可以再卖给客人。收一份不该收的钱，却毁了餐厅的名誉，真长短常不值得。
第三，我们作为消费者，也应该留意饮食卫生。尽量减少在外就餐，多自己动手做饭。这样既卫生又厚味，而且还很实惠。
所以，食物安全人人有责，从我做起才会越来越好！

“前一段报纸上说一个成年人一天要吃八十多种添加剂，看来注意抓好食品安全真是迫在眉睫。”张开源同学说。说到这儿，下面有同学窃窃私语道：“哎呀!我以后再也不敢买辣条、吃薯片了。”

罗老师总结道：“是呀，民以食为天，食品，人之良心;食品安全大如天。如果要保证我们的健康，各个部门都要抓好食品安全，每个厂家也要为老百姓着想。希望有一天。国家能让每一个老百姓都吃上放心的食品，也希望同学们在选购食品时一定要擦亮眼睛，购买正规厂家、信誉好的商品，可不能再贪图一”嘴“之快喽。”
第二篇：食品安全问题
今天中午，我看了家里的《健康时报》，大为震惊：现在人们还能吃什么食品呀!几乎没有让人们放心的食品了。
自从三鹿奶粉—中国免检产品中检测出了超标的三聚氰胺，每买回一种食品，我们全家都要议论一番：这种食品是否可以吃，安全不安全。
一天，妈妈买回一瓶“蒙牛大果粒酸奶”，我们就开始看这里面是否有很多添加剂。奶奶拿起放大镜，一字一顿地念道“柠檬黄、日落黄、卡拉胶、稳定剂、安赛蜜……”她摇了摇头，皱起眉头：“以后要少喝加果粒的酸奶，最好喝原味的。”哇，蒙牛的酸奶里也加这加那，太不可思议了吧!
到了中午，我们每人吃了一根大油条。大家议论纷纷。爸爸边吃边看着油条说：“这油条真香!”妈妈则不以为然地说：“不知道卫生不卫生。”爷爷担心地说：“这油条炸得这样直挺，有可能是加洗衣裳粉的油条。”……姨奶一拍桌子：“对!现在街上到处卖洗衣粉油条。可是……”“这油条味道不错，不一定加了洗衣粉。”爸爸再次发表了自己的观点。我也加入了讨论的队伍：“还是小心谨慎一点好。油条是油炸食品，吃多了也不好。油条还是少吃吧!”
下午，我和堂妹、表妹在一起吃水果。堂妹咧着嘴说：“我这个苹果太难吃了，一股怪味。可能是没洗干净吧!”她洗完回来接着说：“或者是农药还残留在上面。”我也有些担心：“会不会为了让苹果保鲜，特地加了延长苹果保质期的药了呢?一定对人体有伤害!”
一天早上，爷爷吃了一盘豆芽菜。这豆芽也太特别了吧：生出的芽又粗又长，活像一群巨型蝌蚪。奶奶十分惊讶：“这豆芽如此之长，会不会加化学药水了呢?”爷爷肯定地说：“不会，不会!虽然不是自家生的豆芽，但是我跟卖菜的老板是熟人，他怎么会卖给我劣质豆芽?”“报纸上都登了，有的无良商家想多赚钱，把小豆芽都放进药水里泡，小豆芽才变成这个样子。”奶奶也不甘示弱，跟爷爷开起了“辩论会。”
我越来越糊涂了：现在的食品到底哪些安全，可以食用?希望食品经销商和食品制造商凭良心经销，生产让人们吃着健康、营养、安全、放心的食品。

晚饭后，妈妈发现我的眼睛像兔子眼睛一样红，眼屎也很多，就问我今天是不是吃了不干净的东西，我小心翼翼的把下午买辣条的事告诉了妈妈，妈妈很生气，因为她之前告诉过我，辣条的制作过程非常不卫生，吃了对身体不好，妈妈狠狠的批评了我。然后从网上找出制作辣条的视频给我看，我发现辣条的制作环境脏乱不堪，制作车间里的材料到处堆放，有的人还从上面踩过去，老鼠在期间到处乱窜，苍蝇乱飞。制作辣条的工人没有戴手套和口罩，刚上完厕所不洗手就去做辣条，制作辣条的工人由于长时间接触辣条，手都烂了，看着真是太恶心了！
看了这个视频和自己吃了辣条之后的身体情况，我知道了辣条是真的不能吃辣了，太害人了，我还要告诉同学们一定也不要吃了！
