一年一度的中秋节到了，每年爸爸妈妈都会带着我去外婆家过中秋节，今年也不例外，不过今年的中秋节可是我最难忘的中秋节。

中秋节的前几天妈妈就和我商量好了，今年我们不去超市买月饼，我们决定自己做。我自告奋勇霜给妈妈帮忙。中秋节一大早，妈妈便把我从睡梦中叫醒“王满江，快起订，你不是说今天要和我一起做月饼的吗？”我打着哈欠从床上爬起来。看见妈妈已经开始做月饼了，我赶紧刷牙洗脸。然后加入了妈妈做月饼的队伍。妈妈已经把所有的材料都准备好了，接下来只要把馅料用饼皮包起来，再用模具一压，一只漂亮的月饼就成型了，然后再放进烤箱里烤一会，香喷喷的月饼就大功告成了。可是看似这么简单的事情做起来却并不那么简单。馅料和饼皮好像和我过不去，故意和我作对。它们在我手里一点也不像在妈妈手里那么听话，不是口没有封好，就是饼皮破了馅料从旁边挤了出来，看着妈妈都已经做好了两个豆沙月饼，我心里急得不得了，妈妈笑着对我说：“别着急，慢慢来，先把馅料搓成一个小圆球，然后再用饼皮把它包起来搓成圆形，就可以放进模具了。”我照着妈妈的样子小心翼翼的，一点一点地用饼皮包住馅料，然后用模具一压，哇！好漂亮的月饼。看着我亲手做出来的月饼，我开心的不得了。接下来我越来越熟练，做的月饼也越来越好，我和妈妈做了好多口味，有草莓的、有哈密瓜的、有豆沙的，还有蛋黄的。我们还做了几个冰皮月饼，冰皮月饼不用烤，因为冰皮月饼的饼皮是提前做熟了的，所以只要做出形状放进冰箱就可以了。

中午，我们带着做好的月饼到了外婆家，我迫不及待的拿出我做的月饼给外婆吃，外婆说：“这是我吃过的吃的月饼。”我听了心里像吃了蜜一样甜。晚上，我们一家人坐在外婆家的院子里，看着天上银盘一样的月亮，吃着自己亲手做的月饼，外婆还给我讲了嫦娥奔月的故事。这个中秋节过的可真是开心又难忘呀！
