There is no consensus of opinions among people as to whether students should study abroad or not. Some people are of the view that the youths should go overseas for further study if possible, while others take an opposite stand, firmly believing that it is unnecessary for students to study in a foreign country.
Those people who agree with studying abroad believe that diverse culture backgrounds can broaden students horizon. They also claim that overseas study can shape students personality because they are forced to deal with all kinds of difficulties by themselves. 第一次考的时候，那时候在新东方刚回来，在新东方模拟作文只写了4（中国人评的）。考试前我只写过两篇作文。考作文的时候我还在紧张，这一次纯粹是准备体会一下的。也没有写提纲，什么经验都没有。结果时间还不够，小作文写了30分钟，大作文只有30分钟，拿笔就写，也没打草稿。结果写到一半发现自己离题了！AGREE OR DISAGREE 我写成了 DISCUSSION了！写到第3段还没有亮明观点。而且两个都谈了，明显走题严重！于是，我急了。时间也不够了，我只好在第4段交代一下，我的观点是什么，这种写法很危险的。以前新东方何刚老师说过，结果我这个走题到一半的作文，在中间补救了一下，后面还算正常。以前老师说过，这种离题作文补救最多补救到6分。 果然我的成绩下来是6分。开始我还以为只有4或5分，因为我确实走题了！ 虽然补救了，但是这要看GZ的心情，他是看到了中间或结尾了，否则，看个开头，马上给个4或5，也没话说的。这样，第一次作文是以严重离题结束，但是后面经过补救，居然拿到了6分，内容可谓前面写的文不对题，后面才亮出观点。非常危险的写法。也是没办法的办法。如果你写到一半发现离题，不要怕，象我这样，你还可以得6分。
第二次考的时候我吸取教训，上51IELTS上看了预测，于是V109被我压中了，这是我着重准备的范文，说真的，我也没准备别的了，也准备了几篇范文。我自己精心写了V109的作文，还修改了几遍。自己很满意了，以为7分至少可以得到，8分也没问题的作文。考场上小作文我又写了30分钟，后面30分钟我把作文基本背下了，时间还多几分钟。但是，结果出来了，我这门认为考的最好的作文只得了5分·！非常惊讶！我这篇绝对是按照经典模式写出来的经典范文。和新东方8分作文绝对可以比的！·难道只有5分，我非常郁闷！结果去复议，复议下来还是5分。于是总结一下经验，最好不要准备作文！虽然你准备了一篇作文，但是明显能被GZ看出来是准备过的！不要把GZ当傻子！他们都是久经沙场的老考官了！什么作文没看过？ 所以认为你有准备抄袭之嫌疑，给你个5分！就是复议也不给你长分的.！而且我那篇文章是按照范文的经典思路和结构写的。开始亮出观点，然后第一，第二，第三，最后总结。很经典的结构。这种作文GZ其实是 最讨厌的！ 看到这种他们基本都不看你的语言了，你再好的语言！他们给你5分没商量，那天， 我们一起准备范文的同学都只有5分！每个人都郁闷。愿意很简单，这种准备过的，经典结构的范文，GZ一看就能看出来，而且他们也最讨厌！

综合以上我的经验，我得出了以下一些结论，给后来者以参考：
1。作文的开头一定要写好！好的开头是成功的一半。当然结尾也很重要。GZ一般只有2分钟看一篇作文，你猜他会怎么看你作文？所以说开头很重要！我开头写了足足5-6行！ [医学教育网整理发布]
2。引用一些数据和统计资料，我就造了一些数据和统计资料，什么教育部的啊，国际计算机协会的啊，都是我造的。结果没想到收效还不错。
3。结构一定不要再照新东方范文那样了，也不要按照 开头+第1+第2+第3+结尾 的结构写，再那样写，绝对顶多5-6分！要学会换个方式表达，但是实际上是那样。
4。语言上在开头和结尾要多注意，尤其开头，我认为开头语言也许比结尾语言更重要。所以希望大家在开头语言上雕琢一点。但是两者语言都很重要。而不要在文章中间刻意的追求语言，GZ没时间欣赏你文章中间的语言，但是至少要写好点。不要刻意雕琢了。
5。作文写离题了不要怕，中间转个弯，补救一下。写下去，6分还是有希望的。
6。平时不要练太多作文！练多了会让你陷入死的套路模式！一点好处都没有！·我第一次到第三次考作文的期间，3次考试期间练习的一共不过7-8篇，特别第3次，考前3个月赌气一篇也没写，还拿了7。不要怕。相信自己。30分钟内完成7分大作文还是可以的！
7。考前1天可以看看作文词汇，语言丰富一点还是有好处的。但是切记，不要再用范文上的那些套路词语了！IELTS考官已经看腻了那些了/
8。要知道，和你一起竞争的都是一个考场的人。你的作文和他们的出众不同的话就会赢得考官的青睐！从而分会高起来！~所以摆脱常规思路和结构，往往有意想不到的收获。
9。要相信自己，不要有太多的词汇量（四级词汇够了），好好写，写出自己的个性和特点，新颖一点，放开写。四级词汇的水平写出7分作文还是很容易的事情！
10。特别提醒，不要迷信机警！按照机警准备只会让你陷入套路和常人环节！
最后说一句，功底还是要准备的，不知道大家写作功底怎么样。我能在3个月不写一篇作文的情况上在在考场上30分钟完成一篇作文。其实也是对英语的兴趣，期间，我准备过21世纪的英文演讲赛，也有点帮助可能。所以，希望大家如果有时间的话，不要为了考试而考试。如果你写作速度和功底还可以的话，完全可以象我这样3个月不写一篇作文而上考场。

A survey is taken on public opinions of the fact that many parents spend a large amount of money sending their children to study abroad, some of whom are middle school students.
From it we can see that 38 percent of those surveyed think it is worth the money letting children study abroad to get a better education so that they can get pay in return in the future.
However, some are against of it. 62% of them hold the view that it is difficult for young people to live and study in a foreign country. It’s easy for them to get into some bad habits and the cost of education in another country is ten times as much as that at home.

每个评卷人对你文章的评阅非常快，不可能对每个细节都很仔细地去看。考生应该迎合评卷人的评卷思路，用最规范的结构和最清晰的表达来体现自己的思路：首段要鲜明地提出观点，中间段落层次要拉开，每段的开始应该就是该段的topic sentence。
2.新GRE作文的评分是整体评分(holistic scoring)：
首先，从ETS公布的各分数段评分标准看，其评分主要注重以下三个方面：①、逻辑分析能力(要求insightful);②、文章的组织(要求well-organized);③、语言能力(要求standard written English; concise; varied structure等)。但是ETS也强调，评分是整体的，而不是各个角度分别评分。这就说明，虽然中国考生的语言能力偏弱，但是只要能在其他两个角度上给评卷人非常impressive的感觉，一样可以拿到6分。因此，在短期内尽力提高语言能力的同时(语言能力的培养不是一天两天可以完成的)，我们在复习时应该尽可能地对题目进行深入的分析，学习高分作文的文章结构，通过这两个方面的突破来迅速提高作文整体的分数。
3. 写作有GRE作文题库：
为了达到公平，ETS公布了它考试的所有写作题库，那么为了达到能和native speaker一起竞争，考生应该在考前对所有题目都进行预习(节约考试时的审题时间)，并通过100-150个提纲的.写作了解GRE写作的一般结构，通过30-50篇写作来练习自己的写作思路和表达。对题库中的题目越熟练，对考试越有利。
4. GRE写作两个部分在总分中的权重是一样的：
由于AA的写作不牵涉自己观点的展开，只须指出作者逻辑上的漏洞，因此在经过训练以后，写起来并不困难;而AI的写作需要自己展开自己设立的观点，不但需要逻辑上的洞察能力，还需要论证观点的能力，语言组织的能力，因此对于中国考生来讲比较困难，难以短期内有较大提高。但是这两个部分在总分中的权重是一样的，因此考生的策略应该是尽量提高AI部分的写作能力而力保AA部分满分(或高分)。因为如果AA部分满分的话，AI部分只需争取在4分以上就可以保证整体作文分数在5分以上。二. ETS的评分标准以及作文分数的计算。参照ETS评过分的范文，我们不难发现：无论是ISSUE还是ARGUMENT在评分标准上都有共同之处，即：第一，观点要有深度，论证要有说服力;第二，组织要有条理，表达清晰准确;第三，语言流利，句式复杂，词汇丰富。这三条分别说的是行文的“思想性”、“结构性”和“表达性”，众多高分作文的考生大凡都在这三个方面做得很好，我们理所当然也要从这里入手，采取“各个击破”的方法解剖新GRE作文的本质，从而得到一个理想分数。

The first day:
I will take the Qantas Airways non-stop international flight (QF106) to Sydney, the capital of South Wales and Australia’s oldest largest city and port, to star the trip to Australia, overnight on board.
The second day:
Upon arrival, I will take a bus to visit St. Mary’s Church, Hyde Park and other interests. Then, I will visit the world-famous, Australia’s most beautiful building----the Sydney Opera House. There will be professionals conducting a detailed explanation in the House. By the
evening, I can visit the well-known Darling Harbor; enjoy the Sydney Bridge and a western-style dinner on board.
The third day:
After the breakfast, I will start from Sydney to Wollongong by bus. We drive to the Sea Cliff Bridge, the most beautiful and special part along the road. I can visit in accordance with steep cliffs and built up to 655 meters of overhead bridges to appreciate the beauty of the Pacific. Then I’d go to the cleanest beach of the New South Wales State; visit the first brewery in Wollongong and have lunch there. In the afternoon, I plan to go to Flagstaff Hill and enjoy the quiet and beautiful environment. At last, return to the urban area.
The forth day:
I will take a flight to Cairns, a city which is rounded by palm trees. It’s a tourist city, where there are magnificent mountains, dense rain forests. The forests are the world’s oldest, largest tropical rain forest. I can novel amphibious vehicles traveling around the forests, experience exotic enjoyment. What’s more, I can watch the indigenous people’s wonderful dance performance.
The fifth day:
Take a bus to the Great Barrier Reef Marine Terminal and take a ship to the world-famous Reef. Located off the coast of the north-eastern Australia, it is the world’s largest coral island, which stretches over 20xxkm, including thousands of coral reefs and shoals, known as “the eighth wonder of the world”. I would watch the colorful sea view, taking a submarine. And I have enough time to enjoy a wide range of water sports. (Including a buffet lunch on the island)
The sixth day:
I would fly to the capital of Queensland----Brisbane. Then I’ll take a visit to the South Bank Parkland where the 1988 world exposition had been held. Go to the City Hall located in the King George
Square. It is the central symbol of Brisbane. Then I will drive to the Gold Coast, which is known as a paradise for tourists. After arrival, I’d visit the Fool Terminal.
The seventh day (the last day):
After breakfast, I will go to the Warner Movie World, which is a theme park of an area of 1.68 square kilometers. I can enjoy the
roller coaster and see a different film production process, great
effects and super performance and a lot of cartoon characters. Then I will go to a farm to pay a visit. There I can experience a real farm life and get close to the koala, kangaroo and take photos with the cute creatures. (I need to pay for the lunch.) At last, I will take the QF505 to Sydney and the QF105 back to Hangzhou.
It is my plan to have a journey abroad. It will cost about 120xx RMB for the agency and I need another sum of money to support my self-consumption and other costs.
