Sports Day in My School

October 15 is our sports day. It is the most popular day in our school. All the students get excited about it weeks before it arrives, and they keep talking about it in great

excitement even weeks after it is over.

Our school has a large sports field at the back of the classroom building. On the day before the big event takes place, the sports field is decorated with coloured flags like we are having a big festival.

Sports events start at 8 a.m., but the students and teachers usually get to the field around 7. Parents and

special guests arrive at about 7:30.

Among the most exciting events of the sports day are the 100-metre race, cycling race, high jump and long jump. Last year I took part in the 100-metre race and won second place. There are some funny events too, like the three-legged race, egg-and-spoon race, sack race and potato race. John

How to stay healthy

staying healthy.

1. Food. To keep yourself healthy, you shouldn't eat something that have too much oil, calory or salt. For that can cause a lot of diseases. The right way to keep healthy is to eat

more vegetables and fruits.

2. Exercise. Another way which is always be ignored is to excercise more. An average of steps a normal adult have per day is 10000 - 15000. You'll find yourself more healthy after

changing the steps to 15000 - 20000 per day, and you'll get more fit easily by that.
