在这次牛通社小记者采访活动中，使我更开朗了，也明白了，陌生人并不可怕，可怕的是自己没有勇气和信心勇敢的迈出第一步。同时这座城市正是有了这些在夏日炎炎酷暑中辛勤劳作的工作者而更加美丽！

工作中的作文（17）

8月28日下午，在小李哥哥的带领下，我们化身成一个个青年时报的小记者，去大街上采访，采访那些在酷暑底下工作的人。

采访过程中，被人拒决也是不可避免的。经过我的努力，成功采访了几位工作者，其中有：警察叔叔、保洁伯伯、保安叔叔……

从与他们的谈话中，我得知了：一、警察叔叔一天要工作十二个小时，寒假、暑假都要工作，如果再让他选择一次工作他还会选择这个工作，因为他喜欢这个工作，并且并不抱更大的期望，只想认认真真地干好每一天，总觉得为人民服务，十分光荣。二、保洁伯伯一天要工作九到十小时，寒假、暑假也都要工作。

一个星期中暑一次，便是家常便饭，虽然工作量大，但没有想过要放弃，孩子或许也正是他们工作下去的动力，许多孩子的父母是环卫工人，他们早一点干完活，就可以早一点回家陪孩子，但为人民服务也是他们的宗旨。

总之：他们做的这一切的一切都是为了人民！

看着他们这么辛勤的工作，我们是不是该付出些什么呢？

没错，我们应当遵守交通规则，不要贪图一时的赶时间，你这一乱来，会为交警叔叔增添许多麻烦，如果发生车祸就等于与协警对着干，既影响了交通安全又为你的品德添上了一个污点，所以，请你自觉遵守交通规则，为他人的安全着想，为自己的安全着想。

在遵守交通安全的同时，请大家不要伤害我们“共同的家园”，遇到垃圾请自己自觉捡起，不要图一时方便，而毁了这么多年养育我们的家园，也为咱们的保洁员想想，他们为了养家不容易，为了孩子我们伸出援助之手，共同打造美丽杭州，做一位文明的杭州人。

通过这次的采访，我看到了他们的不易，看到了他们的辛苦，我呼吁大家：要遵守交通规则，不能乱丢垃圾，要讲文明，做一位合格的杭州人！

诚信作为一种道德要求，意思是诚恳老实，有信无欺。诚信是一切道德的基础和根本，是人之为人的最重要的品德，是一个社会赖以生存和发展的基石。一个信用缺失，道德沦丧的国度，不可能有快速、持续发展的经济。我们只有讲诚信，才能建立正常的政治秩序，维护安定团结的政治局面；也是具体落实“以德治国”方略的基础工程。落实诚信，对企业而言，应建立相应的约束惩罚机制。

诚信是有成本的，对企业内不遵循诚信原则的员工而言，受到的惩罚就是不诚信的成本，这个惩罚可以是经济方面的，也可以是行政方面的。当员工们深刻的认识到违反诚信原则可能带来的严重后果时，他自然会对自己的行为作出慎重的考虑。企业对守信者鼓励，对不守信者惩罚，披露不讲诚信的人和事，严禁有不诚信记录者担任单位的领导、管理人员，对不守信用而造成严重后果者，不仅要在经济上追究其责任，还应追究其法律责任。

作为一名员工，应从以下几方面着手，落实公司的诚信理念。

1、对企业的忠诚，对岗位的热爱是诚信的基础，激情的来源。因此，作为一个员工，要热爱宝钢国际，热爱金属资源事业部这个集体，珍惜自己的工作岗位。在工作中要顾全大局，处处维护公司的利益，不做任何有损公司利益的事，不讲任何有损集体团结的话。

2、对工作的责任心是诚信基本的外在表现。在工作中要对公司负责，对上、下级负责，对自己本人负责。

3、令行禁止、遵章守纪是诚信基本的评定标准。我们每一个干部按公司的经营理念指导自己的行为，按公司的规章制度规范自己的行为，养成按制度办事、按合同办事的良好习惯。作为财务主管，应热爱自己的本职工作，在日常工作和生活中坚守原则，敢于揭示违反制度的个人和行为，使事业部的财务管理和风险控制日益完善。

Foster is 28 years old, he used to be a designer for the famous brand and had his own apartment in Manhattan, it seemed that his life was such wonderful that he would achieve greater success. But Foster quit his job later and he wanted to stay away from the city and travel to many places. He bought a wasted bus and then decorated it as his home, he drove his bus to travel around America. Finally he went back his hometown and he built a tree house, which looked so beautiful.

Foster now is famous and he got many fans. His life is many people’s dream. As a matter of fact, Foster still worked on his job by the Internet, it is the job that helps him to realize his dream.
