Which is more important,wealth or health? Different people have different opinions.

Some people prefer wealth,holding that money can not bring everything,but without it,one can do nothing. In order to accumulate more money they can do anything. However,other people regard health as more important. Once health is lost,it is no use having a lot of money.

As far as I am concerned,I love wealth,but I value health more. Everybody wants to live a happy life. So they try their best to earn money which can ensure they lead a comfortable life,but if happiness and comfort are achieved at the cost of their health,how can they be happy? Without health money becomes meaningless.

In my opinion,no one agrees that a wealthy person without good health can be happy. So,just do our best to keep healthy.

有些人喜欢财富,认为金钱不能带来一切,但没有财富,人们什么也做不了。为了积累更多的钱,他们可以做任何事情。然而,其他人认为健康更重要。一旦失去健康,拥有很多钱是没有用的。

就我而言,我热爱财富,但我更重视健康。每个人都想过上幸福的生活。因此,他们尽最大努力赚钱,以确保他们过上舒适的.生活,但如果以健康为代价来获得幸福和舒适,他们怎么能快乐呢?没有健康,金钱就失去意义。

在我看来,没有人同意一个没有健康的有钱人是幸福的。所以,只要尽力保持健康就好了。

Which is more important,health or wealth? When given this question,different people havevaried answers. Some insist that health plays a more important role in our life,while others see more advantages arising from wealth.

The first group of people quote the old saying "Health is above wealth" to prove their idea. They argue that,on the one hand,a strong person can do almost anything as long as he/she tries hard. On the other hand,however,rich people will not be able to enjoy the wealth if their days are numbered.

In contrast,the advocates of wealth have such arguments as follows. For one thing,wealthy people will be able to buy more healthful foods. For another,they can enjoy better facilities to improve their health. Take my neighbor,Lao Wang,as an example. He had a heart attack and is in hospital. However,he cannot afford the expensive operation,which costs as much as 100,000 yuan. Therefore,he has to lie in bed hopelessly. If he were a rich man,his life could be saved.

As far as I am concerned,both health and wealth are important to our life. We should try to strike a balance between them and gain wealth with a healthy body.

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing, playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of blood and enhance our immune system. 首先,我们的作息要规律。早睡早起身体好,不要熬夜。一些人喜欢在睡觉之前玩手机游戏或是看电子书,这对健康很不利。在睡觉之前,应该把手机关机。其次,不要太挑食。试着去吃更多的水果和蔬菜,少吃糖果和软饮料。如果你想吃一块巧克力,那就吃个苹果代替吧。如果你想喝奶茶,那就喝白开水。一个星期别吃太多肉。最重要的一点是,每天都应该做运动。有很多种运动供我们选择,比如说游泳,慢跑,跳广场舞,打羽毛球等等。做运动可以增加血液循环,提高免疫力。一个人的免疫力越好,他就越少生病。
