大年初一的早上，天气非常糟糕，从窗户看出去，我只能看见灰蒙蒙的天空，到了中午，外面还是就像没天亮似的。大年初二的那一天，跟初一的时候差不多，我依然是看不到天空和太阳，也看不到远处的风景和楼房。
经过了两天的雾霾，在大年初三的时候，我终于看到了不太鲜亮的太阳。虽然还是有雾霾，但是，比前两天好多了。中午，我就能看到太阳了。而且刮着风，虽然有点冷，但是总比有雾霾好啊。下午，我和妈妈一起去广场上套圈玩了。广场的人可真多了。看来大家都在家里憋坏了，都想出来转转。
妈妈说雾霾会让人们得病，而且是那种很严重的病。大家都说戴口罩都可以防止雾霾的侵害，可是有一些不专业的口罩是毫无作用的，连医院的外科口罩都起不到任何作用。所以，大家要选择正确的口罩。
雾霾有这么多的坏处，所以大家要少开汽车、少放鞭炮、多种树、爱护环境，这样才能减少PM2、5的排放量，才能减少雾霾天气发生的机会。

今年入冬以来，全国各地大多数地区都出现了雾霾天气。原以为雾霾是同一种天气形势，其实它们是不一样的。
雾霾是雾和霾的统称。霾的意思是由空气中的灰尘等颗粒物组成并造成视觉障碍的叫霾。当空气湿度增大时，霾就会转化为雾。霾与雾的区别在于发生霾时相对湿度不大，而雾中的相对湿度是饱和的。雾霾天气其实就是一种大气污染状态。雾霾的源头多种多样，比如汽车尾气、工业排放、建筑扬尘、垃圾焚烧，甚至火山喷发等等，雾霾天气通常是多种污染源混合作用形成的。
雾霾天气时，空中悬浮着大量的颗粒、粉尘、污染物、病毒等，一旦被人体吸入，就会刺激并破坏呼吸道黏膜，使鼻腔变得干燥，细菌进入呼吸道，容易造成上呼吸道感染及相关疾病。
雾霾天气严重影响了人们日常生活和工作。雾霾天气时尽量少开窗;外出要戴口罩;最好不出门或晨练;同时做好皮肤的清洁。
最重要的是空气环境的治理。所以，我们今后外出尽量骑自行车或乘坐公交车，减少机动车尾气排放，坚持低碳生活，为营造良好的环境做出我们的一份努力。
