沟里的水都被大人们放到田里去了,只剩下薄薄的一层浮在泥巴上.韩磊说,泥鳅就躲在这些泥巴里.我们把鞋脱了,裤腿往上一卷,袖子向上一捋,一下子就跳进稀泥巴里,伸出手摸来摸去.不一会儿,林丽旗开得胜,她那粘满泥巴的手抓着一只一指长的.小泥鳅向我们炫耀着.我不服气地说:"一只算什么,看我的."说着,我弓下腰去四处"探索".哇!有"鱼"上钩了,真是"得来全不费功夫"我两手一使劲抓住一条,欣喜地喊着:"哈哈!让我抓住了吧!"正在我得意的时候,这家伙身子太滑,又让它给溜了.

看着妈妈包的得心应手，我的心也痒痒了，便迫不及待便学着妈妈的样子比葫芦画瓢包了起来，看着容易谁知道这么难，我捏这边，那一边的馅就漏出来，捏那一边，这一边的馅又漏出来。好不容易两边都捏住了，可是问题出现了没想到把饺子的“肚皮”给撑破了，于是赶快把饺子的“肚皮”修补好，我又学着妈妈的样子学捏花边，手忙脚乱的我可怎么也捏不成。“别灰心，第一次都会失败，只要有恒心，你一定能成功的”。妈妈微笑着对我说。于是，调整一下心态，我再次拿起饺子皮，在上面放了饺馅，按着妈妈的方法用心的包了起来。在妈妈的耐心指引下，在我的努力下，我很快学会包饺子，看着自己包的饺子，虽然不是太好，但是我心里还是美滋滋的。

“吃饺子了!”“吃饺子了!”一盘盘的饺子冒着热气端上来了。我吃着自己的劳动成果，心里甭提多高兴了。

在这个暑假里，我不仅学会了包饺子，同时，也懂得了无论做什么事都要有恒心，有信心。只要有恒心，又信心，才能在以后的人生道路上获得最后的成功!
