我的英语老师，身高173，较瘦长头发，在课余时间对我们像对亲儿子一般，但是在上课时，她就像变了一个人似的。

在我们学校能出到这么负责任的老师其实很奇怪，因为我们学校严格来说还不算是个学校，学校里的老师都是在敷衍我们，之所以有这样的学生，就是因为有不负责任的老师吧。

上个学期我们的班主任走了，来了个新老师，这老师还真够夸张的，如果有人每天迟到，就算1分钟也好，她也会发信息给其家长，这令班上很多住的离学校比较远的同学气愤，上课时学生们的吵闹声总是不停，其它老师就只顾着讲自己的，不理吵闹的学生，但是吵闹的学生占了全班人数的90%，老师不管，学生肯定越来越嚣张。

这学期来的就是我说的英语老师，她让我们恐惧与气愤，但是我很喜欢她，因为她的性格，那种精神，我能预感到她的到来，将会改写这学校的命运。

星期五的英语课，来了一位男英语老师。那个男老师向我们解释：“今天你们的英语老师有事请假，我来为你们代课，请多多指教！”他还向我们鞠了一躬，引得我们哈哈大笑。

在讲课时，他的手不停地比划着，想给我们多一份理解。突然，他一不小心碰到了桌上的水杯。水杯马上就倒下时，他用手扶住。嘴里嘀咕着：“激动变马桶……”这俏皮话惹得同学们哄堂大笑，过了好一会儿，同学们才止住笑，而男老师却不停地责怪自己：“都怪我使同学们笑。”

我们听得非常认真，当讲解到“picture”（图画）这个单词的记法时，老师说凭他多年的经验，“这个单词很好记，音译成：皮鞋店里有阿姨。”“皮鞋店里有阿姨！”简直是笑死人。同学们立刻笑得前仰后合。

快下课时，他又给我们讲了一些英语笑话。整节课我们都沉浸欢声笑语中。我们同学都非常喜欢他。希望他能再来教我们学英语。

老严者，字严，号厉，四川人也，身高五尺有余，汇灵一老头也。

提到“老严”，我们班无一人不惧他也。到他的课，我们都早已安安静静地坐在教室，真可谓是“满坐寂然，无敢哗者”。我们之所以这样做，是为了能准确判断“老严”到哪里了。“老严”到四楼时都会习惯性的咳嗽几声，这是他大驾将至的标志，不到五秒，你准会看到一个如风一样的老头准时出现在教室门口。

在“老严”上课时，他绝对要求教室安静无声，以便都能专心听讲，全部接受信息。他所说的“无声”，就是针掉在地上你能听到很响的声音，这就是老严的第一点魅力。厉害吧！

还有更绝的，“老严”的课堂警示语是“3、2、1”，每当他念出这三个数字时 ，所有人连反抗的欲望都没有，简单来说，就是对他的所有命令都只能乖乖就范，不折不扣执行，这真的很神奇，很有魔力。

不单是他的课，所有课他都要求这样做到规范认真，这不由得让我想起语文老师那个“大坏人”。居然跟“老严”贯彻一样的方针。读书、背书紧盯我们不放。完成不好还用一组排比句骂我们。我想这是老严的第二点魅力，他精诚团结所有科任老师一起来征服我们。

我们的“老严”有一句最经典的自创名言“硬功夫 carefully”，它的意思是实力加细心。可我们做作业时常忽略细节，所以让他很生气，生气过后，他还是会语重心长的告诉我们“细节决定成败”的道理。从开学到现在，这样的理念不仅深入内心，可以说是深入了我们每一个人的骨髓。所以，我们在逐渐改掉以前那些坏习惯。他还戏谑着说道；“上帝给我们两只耳朵，两只眼睛，一张嘴，目的是让我们每个人多听，多看，少说。”老严这样的理念，我认为也是有巨大魅力的。

这就是“老严”，我的老班，一个无时无刻不散发出无穷有魅力的英语老师。

记得有一次上英语课时，她把我们交上去的课堂作业本端到教室里。站在讲台前，非常严肃地对我们说：“老师报到名字的同学，字母写的真惨不忍睹。”

我们一听，突然间一个想法不知从谁的脑子里窜了出来：老师开始报到一个同学的名字时，我们就一起喊道：“惨不忍睹。”当老师报到另外一位同学，我们又不约而同喊：“惨不忍睹。”逗得老师也边笑边说：“如果你们还这样，我可是要打你们的哦！”说着，还做了一个超级无敌奇葩的动作——电视剧里一个窈窕淑女打人的样子，我们都仰天大笑起来。因为老师是笑着说的，所以全班同学没有一个人认为老师这句话会是真的。但是我们第一、第二、第三组的同学都停了下来，仅剩第四组的同学还是一直喊一直叫，而且越喊越带劲、越喊越有节奏感呢！

老师依然笑着对他们说，让他们安静下来，并没有惩罚他们，我觉得，老师好温柔啊。

有一次上课时，我回答问题不小心发音不标准。老师说我读错了，应该一秒变兔子。我们都被她这句话笑喷了。有的同学仰天大笑，有的同学捧腹大笑，还有一小部分同学都快要笑瘫痪了呢？我们笑了好久好久才停下来。我们继续跟读，老师又请一位同学起来回答和我一样的问题，可他的回答竟然和我一样不标准。这可真是火上浇油、错上加错，气的老师是哭笑不得，最后，她只能耐心地教我们重读N次，我们才学会。

这就是我的英语老师，一个好玩风趣又温柔的老师，我们都喜欢爱戴的老师。
