今天，要去学游泳我非常紧张，因为我怕被水淹、喝脏水。
到了游泳馆，先换上泳装，然后教练让所有学员一起跑步、做操。做好下水前的热身运动。
我们就开始在1 米4 的水池练习换气，在水上张大嘴巴吸气，把头塞进水里用鼻子呼吸。
今天练习的就是游泳的基本要领。我学会了，我感觉很自豪，明天继续努力。
