越王勾践面对亡国大耻，痛定思痛，卧薪尝胆，终成复国大业，音乐巨匠贝多芬面对双耳失聪的人生厄运，告诫自己，要扼住命运的咽喉，于是演奏出了辉煌的《命运》绝响;海星面对手足瘫痪。视力微弱的人生挫折，信念不到，笔耕不辍，吟唱出了誉满人间的不朽诗篇。
是的，挫折虽给人带来痛苦，但它往往可以磨练人的意志，激发人的斗志;成就辉煌的事业。科学家贝利佛里说过：“人们最出色的工作往往是在处于逆境的情况下做出的。”因此可以说，挫折是造就人才的一种特殊坏境。
当然，挫折并不能自拔地造就人才，也不是所有经历挫折的人都能有所作为。法国作家巴尔扎克说：“挫折就像一块石头，对于弱者来说是绊脚石，让你怯步不前;而对于强者来说却是垫脚石，使你站的更高。”只有抱着崇高的生活目标，树立崇高人生的理想，并自觉地在挫折中磨练，在挫折中奋起，在挫折中追求的人，才有希望成为生活的强者。
挫折是一种有力度的人生体验，大波大澜能壮阔人的心灵!大劫大难你能磨砺人的心灵，大悲大恸能清洗人的心灵，大羞大辱能澄明人的心灵。每个人在与命运抗争的过程中，虽有苦有难，但却能促人成熟。“猝然临之而不惊，骤然加之而不怒。”敢于面对挫折的考验，以斗士的姿态正视困难，方呈现出无穷的魅力和价值，才会逐渐变得坚强，变得勇敢，笑对挫折，笑对人生。

大家早上好！
我今天演讲的主题是“如果你完成了你开始的，你就会成功”。古希腊著名哲学家苏格拉底曾是一名中学教师。一天，他对全班同学说，让我们玩握手游戏吧。这个游戏很简单，很难向前握手三百次，然后向后握手三百次，但是每天都要这样做。学生们说这个游戏很简单，可以做得很好。一周后，苏格拉底问全班同学游戏进行得怎么样。学生们都举起手来。一个月后，当苏格拉底再次做统计时，全班90%的学生仍在做。一年后，当苏格拉底再次向全班讲话时，只有一名学生举手。亚里士多德在他的学习和生活中，凭着这种坚韧不拔的精神，自觉地运用自己的意志，最终在哲学领域取得了前所未有的成就，他的哲学思想仍然散发着智慧的光芒。
同学们，这个游戏从动作上来说很简单，但坚持每天，并不是一件容易的事，需要持之以恒的精神。这个故事告诉我们，我们应该完成我们开始的，决不半途而废。如果我们能养成这样的好习惯，我们就会取得好成绩。人们常说，科学的道路上没有平坦的道路，只有敢于在崎岖的道路上攀登的人，才能到达希望的顶峰。让我们认清自己的努力，不懈努力，不断鼓励自己，让我们体会成功的喜悦和收获的喜悦。

不要以为我们是在上大学，不是高尔基说过“苦难才是真正的大学。但也有一位伟人说“苦难是人生的必经之路所以当你拥有了雄心壮志的时候，同时你也要张开双臂迎接苦难。
一代豪杰丘吉尔，这位百年才能诞生一位的演讲天才经过的是怎样的人生经历！大家或许只记得他那十分惨烈的成绩单，()却不知道他那孤独的，几近夭折的童年。大家或许只记得他当海军大臣的荣耀，却不知道他从一名普通的骑兵到屡建奇功的战地记者、经历种种九死一生的传奇经历。大家或许只记得他那压倒众人、极富煽动性的演讲，却不知道在成长过程中他每每被人嘲笑、讥讽、侮辱的时刻。甚至他那丑陋的长相，矮小的个子总被对手挂在嘴上。大家或许也还只记得他出生在一个贵族之家，应该享尽荣华，却不知道丘吉尔家族从马尔巴罗公爵到伦道夫勋爵之时，温斯顿丘吉尔青年时面临的窘境，等等等等。正因为丘吉尔经历的起起伏伏的政坛、坎坎坷坷的人生。才成就了他那句不朽的名言：“我能奉献的只有血和泪。
这句话确实充满了血和泪啊。它是由多少苦难积淀而成。也许有人说：我不想成为丘吉尔那样的大人物，那也请记住吧：梦想的高度与苦难的程度是成正比的。所以在起点处就请准备迎接苦难吧。其实追求梦想就像长跑，苦难则是人的生理极限，遇到他只要咬咬牙坚持一会也便“守得云开见月明了！
记住一句再普通不过的话吧：坚持就是胜利，相信付出就会有收获，因为“有志者事竟成，破釜沉舟，百二秦观终属楚；苦心人天不负，卧薪尝胆，三千越甲可吞吴。
青春是生命的深泉在涌动。青春气贯长虹，勇锐盖过怯弱，进取压倒苟安。我们拥有青春，就如朝阳永远向上；我们拥有青春，就如山溪不羁奔流；我们拥有青春，就如幼蝉破茧而出！
朋友，请不要再为落叶伤感，为春雨掉泪；也不要满不在乎的挥退夏日的艳阳，让残冬的雪来装饰自己的面纱；青春是一笔不耐花销的财富，时光匆匆如流水，岁月如流不复回。岁月可使皮肤起皱，而失去热情，则使灵魂起皱。

爱是一个永恒的主题，人人都需要爱，也因为有爱，这个世界才精彩。
听完黄海童教授的《让生命充满爱》感恩励志演讲后，我深深地体会到爱的伟大，悄悄地发现了爱是共同语言，爱是万善之源。
父爱如山，母爱似海。
爸爸您的爱让我深深的体会到严厉的也是一种爱。正因为有了您严厉的爱，我才从错误的道路里走出来，才从阴影的道路上爬出来。正因为有了您的批评，我才有上进心，才有努力心，才从失败走向成功。爸爸，您每一次发现我做错了，都会用严厉的爱教育我。每一次发现我考试考砸了，都会用严厉的语气批评我。让我知道，我做错了，让我知道，该努力学习了。可是，您每一次教育我，我都与您顶嘴，使您火冒三丈。爸爸对不起，原谅我的无知，原谅我的过错。
妈妈，您的爱是伟大的。您不顾劳累的照顾生病的我。您不分昼夜地工作，这已经给了你很大很大的压力。回到家后还要做一堆永远也做不完的家务。还要不停地叮嘱我做作业。这给了您多少劳累。每天早上，您必须早早地起床，给我做早饭，做完早饭，您还要上班。中午，您下班回来了，又不能歇一会儿，还必须做饭给我吃。吃饭后你又匆匆忙忙地赶着上班。晚上，您下班回来了，又要给我们做饭，等我吃完饭，还要洗碗，洗一家八口人的衣服，您是多么辛苦啊！可是，小时候我不听话，不能体会您，给您带来了很多麻烦，总是把脏东西随地乱扔，把水弄到满地都是，您刚忙完，又要收拾到处的脏东西。可您没骂我，只是教育我以后不要那么调皮。妈妈，我由衷感谢您，感谢您的付出。还有，妈妈，对不起，是我不懂事才让你如此劳累。
老师，您是园丁，而我们是花朵。老师您默默地奉献着，从不索取什么。您日月不停地工作着。时时刻刻都要为班里的事操心着。您每天都要早早地来到学校，管班里的纪律，放学了，您却晚晚地回家。您每天都要教育班里不听话的男生。每一次，您还没有把这件事办完，又有同学到您那告状了。您每天都在茫茫碌碌的工作中生活。多累呀！可是您从来没有索取过什么。只是默默地奉献着。老师谢谢您，谢谢您的付出！
听黄海童教授的一些话，是我们领悟到了伟大的爱。黄海童教授带领我们发出内心的感受，喊出那慷慨激昂的声音“爸爸我爱您！妈妈谢谢您！妈妈我爱您！爸爸谢谢您！老师我爱您！老师谢谢您！”内心的语言就跟着黄海童教授一句句发出来了。也正因为上了黄海童教授的教育课，我们才会行动，才会主动握着爸爸妈妈的手，才知道早就应该学会感恩。同学们，家长们，老师们，不仅为这样的演讲而感动，更为黄海童教授陈述的故事而震撼，不仅是我们感动，步进式我们震撼，就连老天爷也为黄海童教授的演讲所感动，所震撼。

失望是什么？我们是否逃避了就没有了失望？希望是什么，难道就那样遥远？摆脱冬天最后一层冰雪的桎梏，春天再次开启四季的轮回之门；摆脱蛹中的最后一次挣扎，终于破茧为蝶；同样，摆脱失望的最后一秒，我们就会迎来下一次希望！人们习惯赋予春天温柔的性格，殊不知，他经过了夏、秋、冬的蜕变；人们也习惯于观看蝴蝶的翩翩起舞，殊不知他经过了多次挣扎！他们美好的希望不是凭空产生的，而是付出了垂死的漫长挣扎！事物的联系是普遍存在的，所以说失望无处不在，希望随后就到来！生活不是呆板的平面画，而是立体的雕塑；不是平静的海底，而是波光粼粼的湖面。所以说希望总与失望长伴，它们是双胞胎，他们是人与影子，从不分离。这就是规律，是不可违背的客观规律！失望时，愚昧的人会感伤和叹息；而明智的人会向上攀登。矛盾是对立统一的，遵循规律的人获得成功，不理它的人宣告又一次沮丧！
失望并不可怕，怕的是不会运用失望。失望并不可怕，怕的是违反矛盾的特性；失败并不可怕，怕的是等到了倒数第二秒而放弃了最后！我们的意识要有超前性，黎明前的黑暗是给我们更好的期望，我们不可能到了黎明就不迎接明天！
年轻人在希望中生活，为什么不呢？人生长河，哪个人是一帆风顺？有几个人又是平步青云？青春之所以美好，是因为希望是你的锦绣，是你灿烂的前程，挺过了这一秒，迎接你的，也许是另一番天地！我们要有良好的意志，正确的意识具有能动作用！凡是行百里者，必须经过九十步！
希望在前，我们能不断向前。这一秒不要失望，我们下一秒就有希望！
是的！在人生中有许多的事情让人欲哭，甚至欲绝望！比如，被人误解，友谊破裂……这些事情我们别无选择地承受！我们哭，我们伤心，那么之后呢？之后是否就把阳光和欢乐拒之门外？别人误会你了，你难道连自己也不相信？朋友离开你，你难道连自己也遗弃？经历风雨后就有许多怡人的风景！是的！生活有时捉弄人，就像大人逗小孩一样，抢走孩子手中的糖块，孩子哭了，大人觉得可笑。其事实上，上帝并不像大人捉弄孩子，它对每个人都是公平的，他留给了你失望，在前面的不远处一定就留了希望！坚持下去吧！拨开重雾吧！这一秒不失望，下一秒就有希望！
我们渴望成功，渴望着像盖茨、戴尔一样富有！“一将功成万骨枯”，在现实世界里，盖茨、戴尔这样的幸运儿有几人？ 20世纪最伟大的励志成功大师拿破仑·希尔深信：“失败”是大自然的对人类的严格考验，它借此烧掉人们心中的残渣，使人类这块“金属”因此而变得更加纯净。他忠告道：“命运之轮在不断地旋转，如果它今天带给我们的是悲哀，明天它将为我们带来喜悦”。既然这样，我们还有什么理由失望？
爱迪生发明电灯泡，前后实验千余次；曹雪芹著《红楼梦》先后十余年！勾践尝胆复国！没有坚定的意志，如何有希望？生活中不如意，我们可以哭，但不可以失望！“山重水复疑无路，柳暗花明又一村”，我们谁也不知道今后会发生什么？但是有一点可以肯定，希望是有的！上帝既然不吝啬给你挑战，也一定不吝啬给你希望！
失望是什么？是希望前的曙光！希望是什么？是失望的产儿！生活就是有希望与失望结合的彩练！朋友！当你沮丧时，还有什么理由不勇往直前？一次次的失败，就像黑夜里的明灯，指引你到达成功的彼岸！让我们笑对失望，因为有希望在等待！

感恩是一种美德，感恩是人类不可缺少的，可人们并不懂得感恩，今天就围绕着这样的问题开始了感恩演讲，为我们演讲的是一位国家级著名的韩老师。
我们在世界上，不仅仅是为了我们自己活着，我们还为我们的长辈活着，父母尽可能砸锅卖铁也要让我们上学，可大家都会认为这是理所当然的事情，更谈不上什么感恩。
只有学会感恩的人，才会过的充实，如果一个人只学习好，而不会感恩，那么他（她）过的也不充实。
在武汉市的一所小学里，发生了一场火灾，一个小女孩被火烧得百分之七十都毁容了，唯一能拯救小女孩的办法就是植皮，最终选择了妈妈大腿上最嫩的肉来植皮，小女孩的妈妈整整被割了五个小时，昏过去了几次，大片大片的嫩肉从母亲的腿上割下来，贴在女儿的脸上，腿上……
听了这个故事后，我早已泪流满面，这次是我发自内心的哭，我很敬佩这位母亲，我也要感恩我的父母，好好学习将来报答父母。
是啊!学会感恩，是人生中最快乐的事!

亲爱的老师，同学们：
大家好！
不同的两人看到同一朵花，一个人看到的是花开正浓，喜爱不已，看到了生命的希望与力量。而另一个人虽然看到盛开的花朵，却心想它开盛开越鲜艳就会越快凋零，为什么同样一件事物会在不同的人眼中会产生截然不同的想法呢？原因就在于有的人能用积极的心态看待每一件事务，而有的人却用消极的的心态对待人生，其实最值得珍惜的并不是已经失去的和还未得到的，而是你现在拥有的。
遇到任何困难，都要想到事物有两面性，而你就要用好的一面去对待事务。你不能事事顺利，但你可以事事尽心；你不能延续生命的长度，但你可以决定生命的宽度；你不能左右天气，但你可以改变心情；你不能选择容颜，但你可以展现笑容；只要你能做到这些，用积极的眼光看待事物，用微笑面对生活，那么一定会成为一位成功的人。
想做一个成功的人，必须要用微笑面对生活，用乐观的心态看待每一件事。
也许你做到了这些，可在有些方面上还是没有取得成功，但只要你做到了这些你就已经是一个成功的人了。应为你至少战胜了自己，只要用微笑面对困难，就可以打败困难。只有你想不到的事，但一定没有你做不到的事，只要自己不怕苦、不怕累，成功就一定志在必得。
举世闻名的科学巨匠——霍金，是一位在轮椅生活了20多年高位截肢的残疾人，他只能用简单的几根手指头活动，可他却或得了如此巨大的成就。这就是因为他能用微笑面对生活、用积极的眼光看待事务。如此巨大的伤害都能被他看得云淡风清，难道我们就不行吗？伟大的霍金是和我们一样平凡的普通人，他的条件比我我们任何人都要差，但是他并没有放弃希望，放弃生活。别人努力，我就比别人更努力十倍。只要积极的面对生活我们也能获得像霍金一样的成就。
拥有积极地态度会发现头上那片天很蓝，脚下的水很清，身边的一切都会变得美好！

大家好!
今天我演讲的题目是——《感恩老师》。
鲜花感恩雨露，因为雨露滋润它成长;苍鹰感恩长空，因为长空让它飞翔;高山感恩大地，因为大地让它高耸;我感恩很多很多的人，但我最感恩的是我的老师。
从咿呀学语的孩童到蒙学初开的小学生，从求知若渴的少年到展翅高飞的成人，从门外汉到专才，从人类的结绳记事到今天信息时代，老师的作用时时刻刻贯穿其中。社会的发展靠教育，教育的发展靠老师。老师的默默付出换来了人类文明的勃勃生机。
老师的爱，无私中透露着平凡:像一股暖流，渗入我们的心田;像一种呼唤，帮助我们落寞的心灵找到回家的路;像一阵春风，给我们温暖和温馨。我们的老师，没有华丽的舞台，没有簇拥的鲜花，一支支粉笔是他们耕耘的犁头;三尺讲台，是他们奉献的战场。
老师的爱，叫师生情，这是人世间最严肃的情:犯错误时教导我们的是老师;遇到困难时第一个想到的是老师。一个赞扬的眼神，使我万分开心;一句温暖的问候，让我感受到第二种亲情。
我的一位老师曾经说过:我不需要太多的荣誉和赞美，我只喜欢“老师”这两个字……这质朴的言语无疑是老师们共同的心声，是他们内心世界最真实的情感流露。我们感谢老师们的辛勤教育，感恩他们的谆谆教诲，然而，再多赞美的言语，仰慕的辞藻，也比不上我们用爱和行动来感恩老师。
当我怀着害怕的心跨进校门时，老师，是您阳光般的笑容给了我以安慰。您将我带进了学校，带进了丰富多彩校园，也带进了学习的殿堂。
当我怀着疑惑的心面对难题时，老师，是您耐心细致的给我讲解解题的思路。您将我那颗困惑，堵塞的心带到了题中，带进了举一反三的解题思路中，也带进了趣味无穷的数学天地里。当我怀着惭愧的心面对错误时，老师，是您意味深长的教给我做人的道理。您将我那颗幼小，无知的心灵带到了正确的道理中，带进了我日后要正确面对错误的信念中，也带进从错误走向正确的生活中。当我怀着失落的心面对失败时，老师，是您天使般的来到我身边，给我以勇气与希望。您将我那颗受伤、气馁的心带进了自信的天空中，带进了浩瀚的海洋里，也带进了以后成功的大门里。当我怀着喜悦的心对待成功时，老师，是您善意的提醒给我以谦虚。您将我那颗骄傲，浮躁的心带到了巍巍的高山上，带进了上进的流水中，也带进了自强不息的世界里。感恩老师，给我前进的动力;

不论我遇到了什么，您都会与我一同面对。老师，在我的眼里您是神奇的。我发自内心地感恩您，我的老师，感恩您为我所做的一切!
什么是感恩呢?“感恩”是一个人与生俱来的本性，是一个人不可磨灭的良知，也是一个人健康心理的表现，一个连感恩都不知晓的人必定是拥有一颗冷酷绝情的心，绝对不会成为一个对社会做出贡献的人;“感恩”是一种对恩惠心存感激的表示，是每一位不忘他人恩情的人萦绕心间的情感。
学会感恩，是为了擦亮蒙尘的心灵而不致麻木;学会感恩，是为了将无以为报的点滴付出永铭于心。
感恩老师，并不需要我们去做什么惊天动地的大事，它表现在日常的点点滴滴:
课堂上，一道坚定的目光，一个轻轻的点头，你在专心地听课，这便是感恩;
下课后，在走廊里看到老师，一抹淡淡的微笑，一声礼貌的“老师好”,也是感恩!

Facing this audience on the stage, I have the exciting feeling ofparticipating in the march of history, for what we are facing today is more thana mere competition or contest. The teacher asked me to help her, and it was obvious that she expected alot from me. but as a young boy, restless, thoughtless, I always tried to evadeher so as to get more time to enjoy myself. One day before the final exam, shecame up to me and said, "Could you please explain this to meI want very much todo better this time. " I started explaining, and finished in a hurry.
Pretending not to notice her still confused eyes, I ran off quickly. Natsurprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam. And two months later, at thebeginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer. No oneever knew about the little task I failed to fulfill, but I couldn't forgivemyself. I simply couldn't forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, "Why didn'tyou do a little more to help me, when it was so easy for youWhy didn't youunderstand a little better the trust placed in you, so that I would not have toleave this world in such pain and regret"

As I grew up, changed and improved by this incident and many other similarones, I began to perceive the changes taking place around me and to find thatsociety, in a way, was in its formative years like myself. New buildings, newcommodities and new fashions appear every day.
New ideas, new information, new technologies. People can talk with eachother from any corner of the earth in a matter of seconds. Society is becomingmore competitive.
Words like individuality and creativity are getting more emphasis and morepeople are rewarded for their hard work and efforts. Such is the era in whichthis generation ,grows and matures.
Such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from ourfathers and learn to run it. Yet in the meantime, many problems still exist.
We learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of peoplelooking on and not assisting. We hear that there are still about 1 millionchildren in this country who can't even afford to go to elementary schools whileenormous sums of money are being squandered away on dinner parties and luxurycars.
We buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines,that aggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many peoplebelieve, is the most important thing in the world that must be made, even at theexpense of morality and responsibility.
Such an era, therefore, determines that we are a generation with a keenersense of competition and efficiency and a greater readiness to think criticallyand act creatively.
Such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clearperception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to takeaction and solve the problems. History has long been preparing these qualitiesin this generation and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to ourpatriotism and heroism towards this nation and all humanity.
Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinarystudent. Probably I'll be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. But thisdoesn't discourage me any, for I know that with my sense of responsibility anddevoted efforts to always strive, for the best, it's going to be a meaningfuland worthwhile life that I will be living.
Standing here now, I think of the past 15 years of this nation, which hasachieved greatness that inspired millions of people of my age, most of whom willnot attain fame or prestige and only a few of whom will be remembered byposterity. But that doesn't discourage us any, because we

I can't ever forget that little girl in my class who couldn't had the sameopportunities as any of us here to enjoy a wonderful life today and a hopefulworld tomorrow.
It is the sacred responsibility of this generation to face up to thechallenges of the new century and to devote our sweat and blood, our wisdom andpassion, to the historic cause of making this nation a greater and happier landfor every one of us.
We are not going to evade that responsibility. We are going to let peopledown. And people, far and near, will hear of us. Frost will be brought to theirbackbones and tears to their eyes when our stories are told and retold, So letus go forth, my fellow members of this luckily chosen generation, and meet thenew century in victory and glory.

期末考试前一天，她来求我说“请你给我讲解一下行吗这次我很想考得好一点。”我开始给她讲解，不一会儿便草草收场，假装没有察觉她迷茫的眼神，一溜烟儿地跑开了。不出所料，这次她又考砸了。两个月后，新学期依始，传来她死于血癌的消息。我没有完成那项小小的任务，无人知晓。但我却不能原谅自己。她的'眼睛令我难以忘怀，仿佛在责问我，“你为什么不愿多帮助我呢这对于你来说，并不费事。你为什么不能理解我对你的信赖，而让我带着痛苦和遗憾离开这个世界”
我当时才八、九岁。但从某种意义上讲，这件事成了我生活的新起点。因为我开始体会到“责任”二字的意义，并尽心尽力地学着完成自己的义务。我也逐渐领会了这个神圣字眼的深刻内含:人与人之间的彼此需要和信任、合作和依赖正是人类社会存在的基础。
之后，我在生活中又经受过多次失败，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里却不曾再现。想到自己做每一件事都能尽职尽责，一种满足之感便油然而生。
此事及类似的多起事件改变了我，完善了我。当我长大成人，我开始领悟周围发生的一切变化。我发现，从某种意义上说，社会跟我一样，正处在一个自我完善的时期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一个样。新思维、新信息、新技术层出不穷。即便万里相隔，人们在转瞬之间即可相互交谈。社会竞争越演越烈。
人们越来越强调个性和创造性。越来越多的人因工作努力而受到奖赏。这就是当今的时代，一代新人由成长迈入成熟的时代。这是我们这一代人接替父辈治国安邦的时代。然而，我们也面临很多间题。
据悉，坏人在光天化日之下作恶，周围的群众居然袖手旁观，无动于衷。我还听说，目前我国尚有100万连小学也上不起，而巨额资金却拿去举办奢侈的宴会和购置豪华的轿车。
我们常常买的是劣质药品，或名曰药品实为一文不值的废物，非但不能除病去痛，反而会使
病情加重。在某些人看来，世上金钱最宝贵，只要能赚钱，不惜牺牲道德和责任。
因而，这个时代赋予我们的是更强烈的竞争和效率意识，使我们更善于批判性地思考和创造性地行动。
此外，这个时代要求我们这一代人必须认清自己肩负的历史重任，下定决心，采取行动，解决上述问题。长期以来，历史一直在我们这一代人身上培养着这些品质。现在，历史呼唤我们挺身而出，以实际行动向全民族及全人类证实我们的拳拳爱国之心和大无畏的英雄主义。
此刻，我站在讲台上回顾15年来的学生生活。今后的岁月，我很可能平平淡淡地度过。但这丝毫不会让我心灰意冷。因为我知道，凭借强烈的责任感和精益求精的不懈奋斗，我将追求一种有意义的生活，一种不枉此生的生活。

确实，困难磨砺人生，上天对每个人都是公平的。他给我苦难的同时又给了我解决苦难的力量。在一此次的跌倒中我学会了乐观，学会了自信，锻造出坚韧的意志，不拔的信念，而一直支持着我的是一份责任，我不只是我自己，我还是父母的儿子。所以，我必须努力! 一年前，抹下悔恨的泪，抚平高考的痛，踏上北上的列车，我来到这里，来到这么一个大家庭。我当时告诉自己，当命运折断希望的风帆，不能绝望，彼岸还在!当命运凋零了美丽的花瓣，不要沉沦，绿叶还在。没有一个季节能把青春阻挡!这里是我人生的一个转折，又一个起点，在这里我更加懂的得了集体的荣誉，团度的协作。付出了很多，也学会了很多。有酸、有甜、有苦、有涩。七彩的味道充斥着我的大学生活，也许多年以后回想起来，这里就是我人生记忆中一颗闪烁的明星.
老师们，同学们，朋友们，彩虹总在风雨后，秋实总在春花后，含泪播种的人一定会含笑收获，在未来风雨兼程的路上，走过荒芜，走过阑珊，走在青春里，我不去想是否能够成功，既然选择了远方，便只顾风雨兼程，我不去想身后会不会袭来寒风雨冷，既然目标是地平线，留给世界的只能是背影!

有这样一个普通的故事，他根本不通音律，也从未受过有关音乐的训练。而立之年，他却开始羡慕起琴与弦发出的美妙音响了。就这样，由于好奇心的驱使，他用笨拙的手在业余时间学起了大提琴。刚开始音调乏味的练习使他心灰意冷，他觉得他根本没有享受到音乐的美妙，却只有呕哑嘈杂的噪音。直到有一天就在喧闹的公共汽车上，他脑子里的音乐忽然活起来了，如串串珠现，似山间小溪奔流而出―他急不可耐地回到家，拿起大提琴，终于在他的手上他亲手拉出和谐顺畅、优美动听的音乐。啊!那是怎样一个迷人的境界啊!他说，当他和他的儿子一起参加演奏时，他的老相识们吃惊地瞪着眼睛说：我从来不知道你还会这一手呀!

大家好!
相信在座的同学们和无数的同龄人一样，在高考的华容道上，我们摩拳擦掌、披荆斩棘、过五关斩六将、无不豪情、无不壮志、无不快哉，在经历过车轮之战后，我们迈步踏进了为之奋斗的大学，压力的解脱尽如同漫天的繁星闪闪，虽然璀璨却令人目不暇接不知所措——迷茫、困惑、压抑、无聊、空虚这些毫无生机的字眼犹如幽魂一样缠绕于我们周身。这使我们不得不发问：我们的青春难道真的无处安放?我们的青春到底为谁张扬?我们难道真的允许青春悄然滑过指尖或用腐朽的残忍来埋葬我们的青春?不不!不是这样的!我们的青春飞扬!我们的青春在路上!
一个真正意义上的大学生，必须拥有使命感。像马丁路德金怀抱解放美国黑人的梦想而奋斗，像*同志年少就立志为中华之崛起而读书，像比尔盖茨为了世界上每张桌上都有一台计算机而拼搏。
我，作为一名普通的大学生，我个人的未来同样是我更为关注的，是成功是辉煌是平庸是随便，我自然渴望成功不甘平庸，但究竟要走到哪一步，虽然未知，但我知道无论怎么走都得从第一步走起。这是最根本的一步，从这步走起，还要一步一步的积累，一步一步的奋斗。“不积跬步，无以至千里，不积小流，无以成江海”，不经历风雨，就见不到彩虹。

时常听别人哼唱，自己也时常哼唱着姜育恒的那首《再回首》，惟独对“曾经在幽幽暗暗反反复复中追寻，才知道平平淡淡从从容容是最真”这一句不愿认同。“孤独王子”唱得未免太超然了--一生反复追寻，就只得出了平淡是真的结论。
平平淡淡是最真，说到底不就是自甘平庸、自甘无为吗?曾几何时，我们这些带着中学彩色梦走进大学校门的莘莘学子们也在高喊着：平平淡淡是最真。且有人认为只要“与世无争，恬淡一生”便可无忧无虑地生存，颇有要把老庄的“无为”思想发扬广大之势。是什么使我们丰富的校园生活渐退了缤纷的色彩呢?又是什么使我们真实的熔浆凝固，不在有来自内心深处的热血沸腾?是因为我们没有走进梦想中的象牙塔?是因为我们未走出自我困惑的地带?还是因为我们的心真的不在年轻，确实把一切都看得平淡了呢?不!都不是!主宰世界的是你，放弃世界的仍然是你。
生活得的人，不是寿命最长的人，而是最能感受生活的人。除了你没有走进理想的大学，除了你没有把握住一次几乎成功的爱情，除了你心中那份虚荣于倨傲，你对生活究竟有多少正确的感受?生活究竟给过你多少真正的重荷于不平呢?没有!只因为在当代的中国，在我们这个文盲、半文盲数以亿计的国度里，大学生既被社会过高的期待，也过高地期待着社会，只因为我们不能正确地估计自己，也不能正确认识社会。那种求平淡的心态，仍是不思进取的借口。于是，你曾经也想要有所作为，却不知道从何做起，跟着感觉走，在各种诱惑面前远离本真状态，被泥沙俱下的时代大潮裹挟着四处漂流。当你疲倦地走过无数个三百六十五里，你才发现留在身后的除了那份平淡，什么也没有。
不再回头的，不只是那古老的辰光，也不只是那些个夜晚的星群和月亮，还有我们的青春在流逝着。四年，我们有幸拥有着这四年，但多少人的四年已一去不返;更还有多少人在为能拥有这四年而埋头于题海和各种各样的模拟考试中呢、当初我们从他们这种状况中走出来，走进许多人梦寐以求的大学，难道就是为了追求“平平淡淡是最真”吗?
在我们四年的每个日子里，倾注了亲人的多少关怀和温暖，他们流淌着辛勤的血汗，默默地支持着子女的选择，他们惟一的希望就是我们能自己走自己的人生之路。还有，在许许多多的眸子里时时刻刻地流露着对我们的期待，期待我们能用知识建构大脑、用我们的手去为人们描写更美的生活。在亲人面前，在那些关注我们的人的面前，我们又有什么理由去认为“平平淡淡是最真”呢?难道我们付出我们的金色年华，挥洒着父母的血汗仅仅是为了换取这份平平淡淡吗?仅仅是为了换取一张各科都过了60分的毕业证吗?小到为了每个家庭的付出，大到为了那如水流逝的时光，我们怎么就可以轻易认同“平平淡淡”才是真呢?
最欣赏把撒哈拉沙漠变成人们心中的绿洲的三毛，也最欣赏她一句话：即使不成功，也不至于成为空白。成功女神并不垂青所有的人，但所有参与、尝试过的人，即使没有成功，他们的世界却不是一份平淡，不是一片空白。记得有一天和班上几个新近参加美术班学习的女生谈起了她们学习美术以后的感觉和收获。她们告诉我：并没有什么大飞跃，但确实已学会了怎样用心去观察一个事物。也许她们永远成为不了画家，但是我赞叹她们的这份参与意识和尝试勇气。我想告诉她们：即使你们不成功，你们也没有成为空白。

大家晚上好!我演讲的主题是“理想，信念，追求”。
作为一名大学生，拥有一个远大的理想和崇高的信念是非常重要的，对你以后的学习求职都有莫大的帮助。信念是你所坚持的东西。理想是你要达成的目的。而追求是过程。
守护理想，坚定信念，执着追求，这正是我们所要达到的。
理想是一个神圣的词汇，它曾给多少青春注入了激情，让多少生命活得更加精彩。它就象大海中一个明亮的航标，给我们指引着正确的方向，让我们的事业乘风破浪，永远朝着正确的方向——前进。列夫.托尔斯泰也曾说：“理想是指路明灯,没有理想就没有坚定的方向,而没有方向就没有美好的生活”.所以人应该从小有理想,有宏志。
人有了理想就如鸟有了翅膀.古往今来,因为有远大理想并为理想奋斗终身的人数不胜数,他们取得了辉煌的业绩.例如我们伟大的毛主席,他从小就有理想,有鸿图大志.“孩儿立志出乡关,学不成名誓不还.埋骨何须桑梓地,人生无处不青山”是他求学前夕留给他父亲的诗,表达了他的远大理想.他有理想,有宏志,并且不断为理想奋斗,最终成为一代英明.还有我们敬爱的周总理,他读书时的那一句“为中华崛起而读书 ”曾让许多人惊叹.他的远大理想让他从莘莘学子中脱颖而出,也让他的人生从此与众不同.伟人之所以成为伟人,是因为他们从小有理想、有抱负,并付出所有的努力来实现它.蒲松龄也说过“有志者,事竟成,破釜沉舟,百二秦关终属楚;苦心人,天不负,卧薪尝胆,三千越甲可吞吴”,他的这副自勉联激励了许多有志之士。
当然，漫漫人生中光有理想是远远不够的,除了远大的理想外,我们还要有坚定的信念, 信念是人生的支柱，是沙漠中的绿洲，是航海时的灯塔。 若一个人没有信念，他就不会有梦想，就不会有奋斗的动力。信念其实就是一种精神力量，是一个梦想被100%的相信并不间断的高纯度的坚守。我相信每个人都有梦想。但并不是每个人都能实现自己的梦想。有一种植物叫蒲公英，我很喜欢。蒲公英虽然是世间最平凡无奇的植物，却有着最令人称奇的梦想。而且他善于坚守自己的梦想。它从不满足于呆在偏僻的角落，最喜欢到外面的世界去闯荡。也让我们做一株坚守梦想的蒲公英吧，在蓝天下带着自己的梦想随风飘扬，寻找那片能够实现梦想的沃土。
有了远大的理想和坚定的信念后,我们还要付出所有的努力来实现我们的理想，执着的去追求.先不去想是否能够成功,既然选择了远方,便只顾风雨兼程!我们都知道努力了不一定会成功,但是不努力一定会失败.退一步讲,努力了即使失败,我们也问心无愧,无怨无悔!
最后，我想说的是：只有启程，才会到达理想和目的地;只有拼搏，才会获得辉煌的成功;只有播种，才会有收获;只有追求，才会品味堂堂正正的人生。就让我们树立理想紧握信念，迈向未来。
