However, my college life is totally different from the life in highschool.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in thelibrary, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I alsojoin some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. Myteachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach usknowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. Inaddition, there are more opportunities for me to improve myself.
I believe college life is an important stage in my life. In college, i canlearn how to learn by myself, how to get on with others, how to liveindependently.College provides me with a stage where i can show myself and bemyself.

During the time a student spends at university， he not only develops hisintellectual abilites，he also develops social skills as well as knowledge andwisdom necessary for choosing a future career. By learning how to balanceintense study and recreation， a student will be well prepared for the challengesof future responsibilities.
After entering college,we found, to our surprise,that differences betweenhigh school life and college life are great.In high school,we always depended onour parents and teachers to solve all kinds of difficult problems.Atcollege,however,we have to rely exclusively on ourselves.Whats more, we have tolearn how to get along with our classmates and roommates.
Four years at college is an important yet very short period of time in ourlife.So it is always expected that we adapt to this life as quickly aspossible.But it is a pity that not everyone can do so immediately.Here are somesuggestions.
First,get familiar with the main buildings on the campus.Spend one or twohours by yourself or with your classmates to go around the campus so that youcan know the location of such important places as the library,the diningroom,the post office,the clinic and classrooms.Next,try to be independent.Learnto do such things as making sound decisions on how to spend your time,how tospend your money etc,and washing clothes on your own.
