I like dancing very much. I learn to dance from four years old. Until now, there are already nine years. I take part in many activities, because I think I want to perform in front of people. I have a good dance teacher. She dances very well. She is strict with me. Once I make mistakes, she points it out directly. I learn a lot from her. Now, we are good friends. She always encourages me. I think dance is good to me. I make many dancing friends. And it’s good way to build my body.

In China, the woman who is more than 40 year-old is called Da Ma, it has to be admitted that Da Ma is a powerful group, they own certain money at hand, we always hear about the news about them buying house everywhere or flying to the foreign country to buy the brands. The large group now has invaded the square at night, when the night comes, several groups of Da Ma go to the square, playing the music and dance until 9 o’clock. About few years ago, only few women would do this, but now, as the economy develops, people live a better life, so they begin to find entertainment. Da Ma have made the square dance popular, when we go out at night, we may find them dance everywhere. I think square dance is a good way for people to get exercise, they can keep fit.

在中国，超过四十岁的妇女叫做大妈，不得不承认，大妈是一个很有权利的群体，她们手头上有一定的金钱，我们总是看到大妈到处买房子或者是飞到国外购买名牌的新闻。这个庞大的群体现在已经攻占了晚上的广场，当夜晚来临的时候，几个大妈团体就会走到广场里，开着音乐，一直跳到九点。大约几年前，只有少数的妇女会这样做，但是现在，随着经济的发展，人们过上了好日子，因此他们开始寻找娱乐。大妈让广场舞变得流行，当我们晚上走出去的时候，我们可以发现她们无处不在跳舞。我觉得广场舞对人们来说是锻炼的好方式，可以保持健康。

There are many ways of traveling. People may travel by plane if they want to travel far and reach their destination in a shorter time. It is the most comfortable but expensive way. Most people travel by train because it is a less expensive way but the compartments are cramped and stuffy. Bus journey is a cheaper way but it is spent on narrow, bumpy roads which are crowded with traffic. Trips by ship may be the cheapest and most comfortable way but it takes too much time.

I like traveling by bike. I can set out when I like and stop when I like. I can go wherever I like so that I can enjoy delightful spots rarely visited by other travelers. When I feel tired, I sit down by the bike and have a good rest. Besides, I can save much money for tickets and much time in waiting for the train or bus. I can cover more places by riding a bike than going on foot.

Traveling by bike is good to health. It is really a sort of good exercise to strengthen ones muscles and to test ones will. Moreover, it ings no pollution to the air. So it helps to clean the atmosphere.

Square dance has been a part of Chinese culture. The retired women and men will take dance as regular exercise early in the morning or evening in the square. But the young generation doesn't take it as a cool thing, and they feel embarrassed to show up in the team. But in the foreign countries, the media speaks highly of the square dance. They think the old people are doing the great thing, they are enjoying life and the teams are so huge that they are going a good job in organizing work. When the rhythm of dance was presented in front of the young people from America. They thought it was cool and must be the dance in the night club. It turned out that square dance is cool and the young people should give some supports to the old people.
广场舞已经成为中国文化的一部分。退休的男性和女性会在清晨或晚上在广场上跳舞，作为常规的锻炼。但年轻一代并不把这当作一件很酷的事，他们觉得出现在其中就显得很难为情了。但在国外，媒体赞扬广场舞，他们认为老人在做着很棒的事情，在享受生活，队伍是如此的庞大，他们的组织工作做得很好。当音乐在美国年轻人面前响起时，他们觉得很酷，以为是在俱乐部的舞蹈。事实证明，广场舞蹈是很酷的，年轻人应该给老人们一些支持。

Dance Like No One's Watching

We always convince ourselves that life will be better alter we get married, have a baby, then another.  Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough and we'll be more content when they are. After that we're frustrated that we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly  be  happy  when they are out of that stage.

We  always tell  ourselves that our life will be complete when our spouse gets his or her act together, when we get a nicer car, and are able to go on a nice vocation, when we retire. The truth is,there's no better time than right now. If not now, when? Our life will always be filled with challenges. It's best to admit this to ourselves and decide to be happy anyway.

One of my favorite quotes comes from Alfred Souza. He said, "For a long time it had seemed to me that life was about to begin -- real life. But there was always some obstacle in the way, something to be gotten through first, some unfinished business, time still to be served, a debt to be paid. Then life would begin. At last it dawned on me that these obstacles were my life." This perspective has helped me to see that there is no way to happiness. Happiness is the way. So,treasure every moment that you have. And remember that time waits for no one. So stop waiting until you finish school,until you go back to school; until you get married, until you get divorced; until you have kids, until your kids leave home;until you start work, until you retire; until you get a new car or home; until spring; until you are born again to decide that there is no better time than right now to be happy ...

Happiness is a journey, not a destination. So, work like you don' t need money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no one's watching.
