这个房子还很环保，它的每个房间有自动恒温系统，可以根据每个人的体温来设定温度，小孩的房间比较特别，多增加一个电脑室，当然，这个房间是要父母根据需要打开的，父母可以在电脑里设定时间，到了时间，电脑会自动关闭，还可以设定儿童“玩电脑”和“不玩电脑”的监督。这些房间的地板还可以恒温，冬暖夏凉。这座房子的每个房间中都是用防爆的玻璃隔着的 ，在这个房间里可以通过玻璃看外界景物，只要轻轻点一下门边的晶石，就可以到别的房间，这个晶石在玻璃墙里掩藏得很隐秘，只有主人才知道在哪。这个房子还有一个特别的功能，就是你想去野营，只要按一下按扭，房子底下就会出现四个轮子，按照主人的意愿到达目的地度假。
