People tell us that we should to be a brave girl, so that we can get over the difficulties. But to be a brave girl is not easy for me, I always tell myself I must face the difficulty, but I give up in the last minute. So from today, I must learn to be a brave girl, I am not saying to be brave right now, I should take it step by step. First, I must tell myself not to fear the difficulty. When I meet the trouble, I should learn to solve it by myself instead of depending on others, so I will learn something gradually. Then I should open my mind, trying to know more things.

As for myself, I still remember the first time I learned to ride a bicycle when I was eight. Myfather kept his hands on the back of the bicycle to help me. I often fell to the ground when helet it go. It was painful but after I tried again and again I finally made it. Life resembles theprocess of mountain climbing. People who avoid challenges and take the easy route willgradually descend into the valleys. So we need to keep on climbing despite the twists and turns, until we eventually conquer the highest mountain and see the most beautiful view.

One of the biggest lessons of life is to know how to say no, and to say "no" when you cant, or youll be in an awkward situation. For example, some activities are not very important and take valuable time. The worse thing is to be busy with little things. It is worse than doing nothing. You have to say no. To be really careful, its just that no matter what other people do, you have to prevent others from getting your own business. You have to say no. Dont belong to anything, or you will not belong to yourself. You cant always ask yourself to be satisfied and always meet other peoples demands. Otherwise the good will get worse, and you must be temperate, so that you can gain the respect and affection of others. Rejection is valuable because its not what youre trying to get yourself to be and accept, and learning to refuse makes you easier, and you can always benefit from it.
