做些体育运动,简单的锻炼。这个是我今天晚上用的办法,因为手边的冰水喝完了,就干脆在地上做了30个俯卧撑。我平时简单的锻炼就是说俯卧撑,可能有人认为说锻炼之后心跳加速不是更难冷静下来吗?可是我发觉在20-30个俯卧撑之后好像脑中马上清醒了,精力也能够马上集中起来,也许这个运动的数量级正好合适。大家可以选择自己方便的运动手段,我一直觉得俯卧撑比较好,有点地方就可以做了。
