Chinese women’s volleyball team once achieved great honor in the last century, their spirit of never giving up inspired so many people. But during the last decade, as the old volleyball players retired and the new ones were not stronger enough, the team met difficulty. While winning an important match announced their return.
中国女排曾经在上个世纪取得了极大的荣誉,她们永不放弃的精神激励了很多人。但在过去的十年中,由于老一代排球运动员退役了和新人还不够强,团队遇到了困难。然而在赢得了一场重要的比赛后，女排宣布了她们的回归。Last night, Chinese women’s volleyball team had an very impotant match against Brazil team in the Rio olympic games. The hope to win was very very little, because Brazil team was such strong, they were the champion of last two olympic games and Chinese team only won one match for the last 18 records. What’s more, almost all the audiences supported Brazil team.
昨晚, 在里约热内卢奥运会，中国女排有一场很重要的比赛，对阵巴西女排。赢的几率非常小,因为巴西女排很强，她们两届奥运会的冠军,中国队只赢了一场比赛在过去的18场记录中。更重要的是,几乎所有的观众都支持巴西队。It seemed to win the match was not possible for the Chinese team, but the girls were very strong and insistented to fight for the last mimute. Even they lost the first game, they never gave up. Especially for the last two point, they were so brave and finally won the match.
似乎中国队赢得比赛是不可能的,但是女孩们都非常强大,坚持争取到最后一刻。即使她们输了第一局比赛,但是她们从不放弃。特别是最后两个赛点,她们勇敢,最后赢得了比赛。This is the spirit of women’s volleyball team, we saw these girls fight for the last minute, they are the best team.

In our country, everybody is proud of Women’s Volleyball team. In the 1980s, they had won the world championships five times, which helped the team become the symbol of strong will. But no one can win all the time, since 2004, the team had met the setback and 11 years later, the new team won the championship again. What an inspiring story.
在我们国家，每个人都为女排感到骄傲。在80年代，她们已经五次赢得了世界冠军，使得这个队成为坚强意志的象征。但是没有常胜将军，自从2004年后，女排遇到了挫折，11年后，新的队伍再次赢得了世界冠军。这是多么励志的故事啊。The women’s volleyball team is favored by everyone. In the TV, their matches will be showed, people will watch and yell for them. My parents told me that their idols were the women’s volleyball players, because they were moved by their tough spirit. I have witnessed these girls at the top and then started to fall, now they have come to the top again. They never give up.
女排为大众所喜爱。在电视上，她们的每场比赛都会播放，人们观看并且为她们呼喊。我的父母告诉我他们的偶像就是女排队员，因为被他们的坚强精神感动。我目睹了这些女孩们站 在顶峰时期，然后开始下滑，如今她们再次回到了顶峰。她们是永不言弃的。In last 11 years, the women’s volleyball team had experienced the bad time. They were in the turning period, the old players retired and the new players were not strong enough. Though these girls did not play well, they practiced hard and finally come to the top again. I am so moved, they deserve the biggest applause.
在过去的11年间，女排队经历了困难的时期。她们处在转型期，老队员退休了，新队员还不够强大。虽然这些女孩们打得并不是很好，但是她们刻苦训练，最终再次来到了顶峰。我很感动，她们值得拥有最大的掌声。

Last night, my father went home early. After finishing dinner, he opened TV and then watched the football match. It was such an exciting game. Chinese football team fought against Korean team, which was a strong team. The result surprised everyone. Chinese football team won the match. My father jumped up from the chair and cheered out loudly. The news always reported the bad sides about Chinese football team, but now this great winning inspired the team and brought back confidence. After so many years’ losing, a great winning is in need and now this is the moment. It still has a long way to go for Chinese football team and we are happy to see the improvement.
昨晚，我父亲回家回得比较早。吃完晚餐后，他打开了电视，看起了足球比赛。这真是一场令人兴奋的赛事，中国队对抗强大的韩国队。结果让每个人都惊讶。中国足球队赢得了比赛。我父亲从椅子上跳了起来，大声欢呼。新闻总是报道中国足球队不好的方面，但现在这个伟大的胜利鼓舞了他们，也带回来了信心。经过这么多年的失败，也是时候需要一场伟大的胜利了，现在就是这个时刻。中国足球队还有很长的路要走，我们很高兴看到了进步。

The powerful Chinese table tennis national team played down the home advantage and expects the toughest ever Olympic Games.

It's the first time that table tennis introduces team events in the Olympic history, and China have fielded an unprecedented squad including both the men's and women's world 1-2 in the rankings.

Wang Hao, who claimed the first ever world champion in his career last year in the men's World Cup, leads the men's team also including three-time world champion Wang Liqin and quartet World Cup holder Ma Lin, the current second-ranked man in the world.

In the women's part, defending champion and world No. 1 Zhang Yining will cooperate with teenage reigning world champion Guo Yue and veteran Wang Nan with 18 world titles in hands.

It is my belief that "many hands make light job" in most situations. Because teamwork is necessary and important in our daily life.

Firstly, working in a team can teach us the skills of communications . As we all know, good communication can increase the understanding of each other easily. So, we can get more solution to the problem of work by working together. It's helpful to creat a better achievement. Secondly,teamwork is a good way to broken our horizons,we can gain more knowledge and work skills. These skills and knowledge are useful whatever for our life or work. Finally, what's the most important advantage is that teamwork can help us build friendships stability. Teammates in a team always help each other,solve the problems together,share the happiness or sadness. These shares can establish friendship.

In the final analysis. I believe that work in a team is really necessary and we had better to enjoy it.

I am planning to spend my summer holiday on sports this year. Playing basketball is always my favourite, so some of my classmates and I will form a small team and play basketball together. Sometimes we may have a match against some other teams and I do enjoy the sense when we win the game.

我计划花费我暑假体育今年。打篮球是我最喜欢的.，所以我的一些同学和我将组建一个小团队，一起打篮球。有时，我们可能有一些其他的比赛队伍和我喜欢的感觉，当我们赢了这场比赛。

For China's diving team, nothing speaks louder of their "dream team”. China has unquestioned domination in diving. The Chinese diving team claimed five golds at 2000 Sydney Olympics and further took a record six at 2004 Athens Olympics, contributing more Olympic golds for China than other Chinese teams.

They have full confidence in the Beijing Olympics, Some of players are quite young, and they may be nervous to compete at home, they must be more physically and mentally strong."

With "Diving Queen" Guo Jingjing and Olympic gold winner Wu Minxia, China has almost secured the golds in the women's three-meter springboard, both individual and synchronized. However, they also have a weak point in the men's 10-meter platform.

Anyway, we are ready to celebrate that Chinese Dream Team to get all 8 gold medals, aren’t we?
