这本书虽然我还没有读完，可她们的精神使我震撼，让我折服。她们是——居里夫人、海伦·凯勒和伊莎多拉·邓肯。
她从小失去了大姐和妈妈，过着贫困的生活，十六岁便去当家庭教师。虽然家境贫寒，可是喜欢看书的她，最终以她的决心获得了诺贝尔物理学奖，她便是——居里夫人。
我认为，一个人高贵或低贱的标准，并不是金钱和地位，而是智慧和品格。居里夫人使我认识到了，即使生活没有给我们那么多便利，也不能等待，继续奋斗是最好的选择。居里夫人曾经说过一句话：“弱者坐待时机；强者制造时机。”只有真正经历过的人，才能说出这样的话来吧！

我钦佩的人有两个，一个是周总理，另一个就是海伦·凯勒了。我简直不敢相信，要不是真读了这本书，我无法想象一个聋了、哑了、盲了的人还能干些什么事，可她能！不论是谁都会遇见问题，都会面临沮丧，可海伦的事迹告诉我，即使是这样，也决不要失去生活的乐趣、兴致和信心。有一次读海伦的自传时，眼泪夺眶而出，如果让我向海伦说一句话，我只会说；“海伦·凯勒，你太伟大了！”
