Exam is something which most students are extremely afraid of. It is even referred to by some students as nothing but anxiety-makers. Frankly speaking, everyone is worried and anxious before exams. Some students are so worried and anxious that they can't fall asleep at night, which will lead to poor performance in the exams. This, in turn, makes them nervous even when the exams are over.

If it is reasonable to be worried and anxious before exams, it is certainly not reasonable to be so after the exams. What we should clo is to relax completely. But when asked, some students say that they really have no idea how to do so.

The following are what I usually do after exams. First, don't make too big a deal about scores. Exam is only a way to test how much you've learned about the subject. It enables you and your teacher to know where your shortcomings lie. The world will not end if you fail in one exam. It helps to relax yourself if you realize this. Second, listen to some music. Light music or classical music would be the best. The beautiful melody will bring you into a world filled with joy and happiness. Finally, participate in any kind of sport games you like. It will help you to relax both mentally and physically.

I will have some annoyance, it is about my study and some pressure from life. When I face the annoyance, I will be very upset and need to let it out. I have my own ways to relax, then I will be full of energy and be happy again.

The important way for me to relax is to watch movie with my friends. I like to see movie very much, when I see the movie, I will be immerged myself in the movie world. The other way for me to relax is to listen to the music. Music makes me feel easy, every time when I listen to the music, I will wear the microphone and sing with the song. Sometimes I will imagine myself in the video and dance. It sounds crazy but I feel cool.

At present , more people feel stressed out and unhappy . But in fact , it's easy for us students to relax . I have some ways about how to relax . We always study hard in school and home. So we often feel tired. These days, We should have a rest. Such as doing exercise, listening to music, going to bed and so on.

Firstly, we should do more exercise. It’s good for our health. Maybe we could run every morning . Also, we could take the dog for a walk . Secondly, we should have a rest . This is one of the best ways . You could listen to slow and quiet music. It’s good for you to fall asleep quickly. Finally, we could hang out with my friends . Don’t stay at home all the time.

When exposed to stress, in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a choice between "flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the difference between life or death.The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. It is when such a reaction lasts long, through continued exposure to stress, that health becomes endangered. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and heart diseases have established links with stress. Since we cannot remove stress from our lives (it would be unwise to do so even if we could), we need to find ways to deal with it.
