如何提高学习效率

As students, we have to study almost every day. However, not everybody knows how to study efficiently.Do you want to know better about it?

There is some relationships between the study efficiency and the hours spent in studying in a day.In fact, more hours of study do not necessarily result in better or higher study efficiency.It is said that the optimum of efficiency comes when one studies about 5 hours and the efficiency begins to drop as he studies longer than it. By the time when one studies 11 hours per day， his efficiency of study becomes very poor.

In conclusion, there is always a maximum of efficiency and an appropriate amount of time for study in a day. More time spent in study doesn’t always mean greater efficiency.

Li Ming studies in a high school, and this is his second year. In order to get improved as soon as possible, he decided to study late every night. Usually, he would go to sleep about 11 o'clock, but the pressure made him couldn't sleep well, so he kept study until 12 o'clock. A month passed, Li Ming realized that he didn't make progress, instead, he lag behind. He talked to his teacher and the teacher told him that he needed to rest well and took it easy. Only the student slept well would he have the energy to study and focus on his attention. Li Ming did as the teacher said, indeed. It worked, he made progress and he could thought quickly. Sleeping well is the very important way to improve study efficiency.

李明是一名高中生，今年他高二了。为了尽快得到提高，他决定每晚都学到很晚。通常情况下，他11点钟就去睡觉了，但是，压力使他睡不着，所以他一直学习到12点钟。一个月过去了，李明意识到他没有取得进步，相反，他落后了。他跟他的老师交流了下，老师告诉他，他需要休息好，放松点。只有休息得好，才会有精力去学习，集中注意力。李明照老师说的去做了，事实上，确实奏效了，他取得了进步，思维转得也快。睡眠好是提高学习效率非常重要的方法。

when we entre the high school, with the study developing, many students find that what they gain is less than what they put. What's wrong? It's because their learning efficiency is low. Good advice is beyond price. There are three points on this question, how can we improve our learning efficiency.

First of all, we should cultivate our interest in the study. Interesting is the best teacher which would lead us to exploring the unknown knowledge.

Secondly, we should believe in ourselves. confidence is the strongest wing of us. Whatever setbacks we suffer, we should still believe that the harest after the effort is beyond our expetation.

Last but not least, we should master the best ways to learn. A good learning method is like a sharp blade, which save our time and energy, so that we can put it in other or further realm.

1、多准备万能模板

历届高考都不乏有英语满分作文，对于这些满分作文，有太多可以进取的东西了，而且那些句式优美高级的句子，我们最好要整理到一个笔记本中，还要标注出句子的意思和如何运用，最好整理多一些模板，这样考试我们写作文才能选择适合自己做完的模板。

2、要动笔

很多人觉得知道怎么写就可以了，所以平时对于练习的作文题，就没怎么重视，也没动手写，其实知道怎么写还不够，要真正动手写了才知道效果，才知道你对句子，对文章的处理有哪些不足之处。

3、以通顺为先

很多人对写作文总是好高骛远，其实一开始我们训练作文，一定要实现他们要求基本都能翻译出来，然后再来慢慢提高句子的句型句式，不要什么都不会就追求一些辞藻华丽却无实质内容，反而会导致你的文章看起来更不好看。

1、背诵单词

单词不管是考英语还是写作文，都是最基础的东西，如果你对写作文有想法，但是又很多意思由于你词汇量的稀少而表达不出来，那么你作文很难得高分，所以单词的积累是重中之重，所以我们背诵单词可以利用琐碎的时间来背诵，反复的背诵才能更加深印象，还有每天不宜背太多单词，每天背诵30个单词就差不多了。

2、背范文

如果你不知道怎么写作文，那么你可以看看那些满分的作文是怎么写的，最好每周都背诵两三篇范文，选上不同话题的，背上个五六篇，慢慢就我们就知道写作文的套路了。特别是里面那些高级通过的句式，一定要理解并背诵清楚，这样考试用上会显得你的作文更高档。

3、 练习作文

作文光是看和背是不够的，还要经常联系，每周要联系两三篇作文，自己找模拟题来写作文，然后写完拿去给老师看，让老师给你评分，看看自己有哪些不足，是语法不够还是词汇量积累不足，这样我们就能更针对的去训练了。
