成功，一个人人都向往的词语。有些人认为功成利就，达到了自己想要的东西，他们是成功的：而我所理解的成功，只要我们奋斗过，拼搏过，不管结果如何，我们都是成功的：只要我们挥洒过泪水，汗水，生命的价值得以体现就是成功的。 然而在我们的生活中，学习·是一件必不可少的事情，他影响着我们的终生。在我的身边有一位同学，他很特别，她每天生活得很滋味，因为他很乐观。他所认为的成功就是享受生活，享受奋斗。他觉得那“一朝闻天下知”太累了，生活得太累了。在学习上它的成绩并不差，但他对自己的成绩没什么要求，他只要自己奋斗和获得在学习上的乐趣。是吧。成功其实是自己思想上的一种领悟。

我所理解的成功，是通过别人的经历，自己领悟出道理来。其实有时我为了一个目标而不断奋斗，拼搏时，往往觉得自己付出了很多，但其实成功和付出是不对等的。通过一天天的成长，通过别人的经历，我明白了其实成功并不在于你最后的后果，与磨难搏斗，生命的价值得以体现，成功离你已经不远了。

享受奋斗，享受生活就是成功。

一朵花绽放一个春天，是因为积累了阳光;一滴露珠折射出多彩的世界，是因为它心中蓄满了彩虹;积累，让成功不再遥远!

“有一分劳动就有一分收获，日积月累，积少成多。”鲁迅的这句名言带给了我深刻的启迪：成功源自于积累。

杰克·伦敦依靠自修与点滴的积累才促使他成为一个大文豪，恰恰印证了“积薄而为厚，聚少而为多”的这句古训名言，正是因为杰克·伦敦不断地积累才让他走向铺满鲜花的康庄大道，让他走向了成功。

“积沙成塔，集腋成裘”这是一条最原始的谚语，但却铸就了几代人的成功。看来量的积累可以取得质的飞跃，试问，纵观古今，文坛之名士，哪一个不是依其积累才走向的成功?

莫泊桑，曾写出了许多脍炙人口的文学名著，这都要归功于他不断地积累，每天，他都很早地出去采集素材，他将这一天所见到有趣的事，感人的事都记录了下来，并将其一一整理运用在文中，使他的文章更生动，这样如此大的成就，皆因是积累一切琐碎细微的事物才走向的成功，由此可见，成功在于积累。

“聪明在于勤奋，天才在于积累”一个人成功的关键，在于一点一滴的积累，这是句耐人寻味的千古良训。

李贺是我国古代著名诗人，他清新飘逸的诗句皆在于点滴的积累，当他在与好友游玩时，遇到优美的诗句便抄在纸上，回家后又字斟句酌。积累是与成功紧密相连的，他可以决定一个人的修养，让你变得睿智而又博学。

成功的背后便是平常的点滴积累，唯有善于积累，做什么便都会得心应手，在生活中亦是如此。

我从来不屑于积累，但我却为此付出了较高的代价，在我自信满满地去参加语文作文培训班时，我自以为读的书很多，还能绰绰有余，会让他们刮目相看的，但是上课后，我被他们问得一怔一怔的，完全跟不上他们的思路，当老师提问我时，我急得满头大汗也想出什么所以然来，我恍然大悟：不注重平时的积累，就不会成功。

在我们这个多变的社会里，每个人对成功的认识也有不同的看法，当然我也有自己的想法，我也是一个渴望成功的自然人。

有的人认为要成功就要有梦想，我也同意这种看法，因为我知道梦想是成功的起跑线，只有有了梦想才是成功的最重要的因素。然而梦想不能使成功飞向你，当你有了梦想以后你就应该下定决心去实现它，因为决心是起跑时的枪声，那样你才会有可能成功，否则你将因为没有遵守规则而被淘汰。当你把以上的都准备好以后，那么你就应该用行动去实现它，因为行动犹如跑步者全力的奔驰，只有这样你的成功可能性才会更大。朋友成功正在一点一点的靠近你，你一定要坚持住，那样你就会成功了，因为唯有坚持到最后的才能成功。

We all make mistakes which are inevitable. What is worse is failure to correct own mistakes. While making mistakes is good, repeating mistakes is definitely not. Apart from correcting your own mistakes, we should learn from the mistakes.

You can only learn from a mistake after you admit you have made one. As soon as you start blaming other people, you distance yourself from any possible lesson that could be learned from it. But if you courageously stand up and honestly say "This is my mistake and I am responsible", the possibilities for learning will move towards you. Admission of a mistake, even if only privately to yourself, makes learning possible by moving the focus away from blaming yourself and towards understanding. Wise people admit their mistakes easily. They know progress accelerates when they do. On the other hand, for many reasons admitting mistakes is difficult. This is why some people consider that they can learn nothing from mistakes, We are taught in school, in our families, or at work to feel guilty about failure and to do whatever we can to avoid mistakes. This sense of shame combined with the inevitability of setbacks when attempting difficult things explains why many people give up on heir goals: they are not prepared for the mistakes and failures they will face on their way to what they want.

In conclusion, we can and should learn good lessons from past mistakes in order to be more successful in our private and public lives.

每个人都会犯错误。更糟糕的是，我们不能改正自己的错误。尽管犯错误可能是好事，总是犯同样的错误绝不是什么好事。除了改正我们自己的错误，我们应当从错误中吸取教训。

We are always trying to find the way to success, which stands for power, pride and glory. There have been strings of stories of success I was told since I was a child. From then on, I have been fascinated with being successful.

Whatsuccess? Different people have different opinions towards this question. To start with, some people, such as accountants, workers and so on, are longing for being rich, which allows them buy what they want, and enjoy luxury. They treat it as success. Furthermore, some contestants, such as boxers, are always trying their best to defeat their rivals for success. And once they win, they confirm that they are stronger than others. The last but not the least, there are some other people who enjoy helping others. As a good saying goes, the roses in her hand, the flavor in mine. With helping others, we can also feel satisfactory.

As far as I am concerned, life is short, and we must achieve something during our life. So I regard striving and working hard important. When comes to we reap what we sow, it’s the time of success.
