Population ageing has emerged as a global phenomenon in the wake of the now virtually universal decline in fertility and increases in life expectancy. Many countries are confronted with new demographic realities that spread from the cities to the villages. In my opinion, more problems than benefits will surface with this trend.
Population ageing, however, brings about serious economic and social problems. When the number of workers decreases, the national income goes down. At the same time, as a persons use of health services increases significantly in the later years of their life, an ageing population causes a relative rise in the public resources required for pensions, health and residential care outlays.
To sum up, population ageing is an inevitable prospect, the negative effects of which outweigh the positive. As ageing is a normal part of lifecycle for human beings, we must recognize its challenges to our life and society, and work on effective strategies to minimize its adverse influences.

The Family Plan has been adopted for several years, most of the young generation are only child because their parents follow the government’s policy. Over more than 30years, most family are made up of grandparents, parents and a child.
Here comes the problem, the society is facing an aging situation, more and more people are getting old while the young people are less.
For a typical family, four grow-ups are at the age of over 40 with a young kid less than 20years old. The aging society is getting more and more obvious, such phenomenon has been catch mass media’s attention.

Population officials and demographers have muchto worry about China’s increasingly aging population. It is estimated that the proportion ofpeople aged 60 or older in China will rise to 11.8 percent in 2020. By the middle of this century,people aged beyond 60 will take up 27.4 percent of the total population — that means one outof every four people will be senior!
The aging population poses a serious challenge to families and the society. On the onehand, with families becoming smaller and living pace escalating, it is even graver for families tocare for aged members adequately. In this essay, I seek to explore this complicated topic from diverse perspectives and what influence could be brought.
Among the most important aspects education should consist of, one should be stressed is professional knowledge education. On one hand, under the fierce competitive circumstance, people who have professional skills and experience attract many big companies. Therefore, study about one special area gives people more opportunities to hurt an ideal job. On the other hand, this education is also significant to develop societies in a long run.
At the second place, what is also worth noticing is that physical education is necessary for students, especially for teenagers. If you want to achieve successfully in the modern societies, strong body is the first premise, which makes you always in sharp. So education should push people to take care themselves and this could bring great benefits to the healthy society.
Last but not least, we should not lose sight of psychological education. Psychological problems are serious nowadays and a sizable percentage of people suffer from them. A survey conducted by a famous research organization indicates that over 40 percent of students have various psychological problems, who really need help from school and society. Even worse, if such problems cannot be solved, they could hamper the progress of well-being society.
