写志愿者（1）

还记得就在十二月份月底的时候，老师半开玩笑的语气让我们感到莫名其妙，好端端的怎么就不上课了呢原来是又有机会做志愿者啦!

转眼在这里已经做了半个多月的志愿者了，现在的操作熟练程度与当初刚来的样子相比，就好像新生的婴儿与现在长大成人的自己。

起初的我们看见这里的工作人员感觉他们都好厉害，好羡慕。想到自己单独一个窗口的时候，都胆战心惊的，生怕自己出错。

第一次售票的时候，我真的是手忙脚乱。面对眼前的旅客，感觉到自己真的缺少实践的磨练。其实旅客并没有那么着急，而我却在整个操作过程中，急得连显示屏上的信息都看不清楚，总是需要一旁的师傅提醒和帮助。那时的我，每当卖出一张票，我都好开心。因为，那一张张票正是我努力的结果，是我慢慢熟悉这个过程的实物见证。

刚来这里的时候，师傅给我们交待了好多东西。原来我们一张空票子就值1000元;开始售票前要记得看准票卷号，因为第一张错了，当天卖出的所有票子都是废票一张，你所要赔偿的不是一个小数目;就算是一张废票也要收好，因为它也很值钱;结账的时候千万要把钱数准确，因为少了得由你自己赔。知道这些话都不是吓唬我们的，所以我们更要仔细，在一整天的工作中都要提高警觉，不让自己出任何差错。要知道与钱直接接触的工作，真的需要细致入微啊!

渐渐地，我们在一天天的实践中，能够独立售票，能够处理相应的问题，能够毫无差错地结束一天的工作。

回想暑假的时候在中国馆做志愿者的日子，与现在的志愿者生活比起来，不能说哪个更轻松因为得到的实践经验都是同等的。虽然同样是起早贪黑的生活，一个是酷暑一个是寒冬，两个极端都在磨练着我们，让我们体验到工作的辛苦与难处。但是不管怎么样，我们真的熬过来了。

想要做一个合格志愿者需要本着与工作本身需要的精神一样，尽自己所能做到一切要求。

上海火车站，又是一个让我记忆深刻的地方!

今天，我去火车东站做公益活动。因为杭州举办G20活动，我们这些小志愿者主要活动是发传单给大家，让大家行为文明，遵守规范，显示杭州的良好形象。

参加活动的有很多小朋友和他们的爸爸妈妈，活动由杭州城投与杭州交通台联合举办。上午9点钟，小朋友和大人都高高兴兴的来了，因为可以为杭州的形象付出一份努力，大家都很积极。

我们在火车东站举行这次的活动，因为那里人流聚集，可以让全国各地的人遵守礼貌，文明出行。

这次活动，我们在全国劳动模范、感动中国人物孔胜东的带领下，走进了这次活动的开幕式地点。活动由杭州交通台的主持人大黄和小麦主持，小麦挺瘦的，很漂亮。首先，杭州城投的几个领导做了讲话，要求大家以身作则，弘扬杭州形象。其次，孔胜东叔叔向我们介绍了一下个人事迹，他每个晚上都在家门口给别人免费修自行车。作为一个公交车司机，他介绍了他的一句格言：“在外国人面前，我代表中国;在中国人面前，我代表杭州;在杭州人面前，我代表公交。”我觉得非常对，非常好，对我很有启发，我也要有这样的精神。第三，接下来，我们进行了G20知识的发言。我第二个上去发言，答题都答对了，领到了电风扇，我感觉很高兴的，不仅是因为礼物，而且对自己的勇气和自信很满意。最后，我们领了传单，排好队到外面去发。发给的虽然都是陌生人，但我还是鼓起勇气，挨个去发。他们拿了传单就走了，希望他们都能看一看，共同遵守文明规范。

我觉得这次的收获很大。对自己来说，我提高了勇气和自信，以后和人交往胆子会更大，在这次活动里，我还交了一个朋友，小福姐姐，现在我们每天还在热聊呢。对G20来说，我们也做出了一点儿贡献，心里面还是蛮骄傲的。

这次活动非常有趣，我也非常高兴，希望以后有类似的活动，我一定积极参加。

今晚做了一次真正参与校园大会筹划的一员，静静地坐着，等着大会的安排。志愿者结束后，一直也没跟大家道个谢，因为我觉得那还不算彻底结束，但随着今晚表彰大会的结束，志愿者彻底结束了，所以真的很感谢大家的参与，让我能够认识这么多值得交往的人，都说努力交朋友的人一方面是喜欢交际，另一方面是害怕孤独，我承认我有时很喜欢交际，但我更承认我害怕孤独，我害怕在我很无助的时候没有人帮我，但我相信只要你真心对待他人，他人同样会真心待你!

志愿服务期间，有一次礼仪回来的比较晚，快到十一点才结束，可能那边沟通稍微晚了一些，大部队的车早已返回，考虑几个女生的安全，我觉得应该亲自去接，虽然去了也未必起什么作用，完全可以找两个男生，没必要亲自去，可我觉得只有我亲自去了，我才对得起自己，对的起那几个礼仪!

在人员选拔的时候，我并没有参与，是从后期接管的志愿者工作，所以我不敢保证之前一定是绝对公平，但就像我在大会上说过的世界上没有绝对公平，我能保证的就是让它相对公平，但对之前几位评委的了解，他们的选拔还是相对公平的!所以我让晓腾和佳鑫一定要从最初的名单一一挑选，尽管我周围也有不错的孩子没有选上，但我相信她一定有没有选上的理由，或者其他。

志愿者期间，确实有很多恶心的事，有很多让人心里不舒服的事，有很多憋屈，也有很多不值得，我也不可能做的让每个人都喜欢我，就像一句话：“你做得再好也会有人说你，你做得再不好也会有人支持你!”对于志愿者，我不能说我尽力了，但我可以说对得起每个人了!人生中不可能每个人都是你的好朋友，你喜欢人家，人家也未必喜欢你，有些人之间注定是没有交集的，就像一女喜欢一男，一男喜欢另一男一样，不必强求!我们能做的就是做好自己!

If all the youngsters do it in a regular way, the benefits are obvious to both the community and these young adults although there are some minor drawbacks as well.

It can be argued that the advantages of doing unpaid community service are enormous. Indeed, when an old person feels sick, the volunteers could offer first aid before the doctor or the ambulance arrives. Likewise, if a disabled person has difficulty doing some daily activities such as shopping, the assistance from young volunteers is indispensable. Moreover, as far as the young people are concerned, they could develop the sense of responsibility, independence as well as interpersonal skills in the process of helping others in the neighborhood. In this way, people may live in harmony in the community.

Nevertheless, the downsides of volunteer community service are worth mentioning. In fact, in the city likeShanghai, an increasing number of graduates find it harder to make a living on their own. Thus, if all of the young adults are required to do full-time unpaid job in a fixed period, some of them would have no income source, which is unrealistic to these youngsters. In addition, it is believed that community service could possibly take up their time of acquiring knowledge.

Be a university student, I will keep it in my heart that I'm a volunteer and fill myself with a strong will of devotion and won't do anything unable to match my designation.
