It is a good quality to have the courage to take responsibility for your own mistakes, even if it costs you. Stupid people try to justify their mistakes. What is more foolish is to let others take responsibility for their own mistakes. It is wise to admit your mistakes and learn from them.

Jackie Chan, Chinese famous male actor, who enjoys great reputation all around the world. As his great influence, people keep their eyes on his family, not long time before, Chan’s son was caught taking drugs, this incident shocked all the people, they never thought his son were making such mistakes because Chan had declaimed that he hated people to take drug and he would take spare no effort to go against drugs. Since Chan’s son was in prison, the young guy’s career was ruined, people refused to see his movies or the things about him, the company has to give up on him. It seems that Chan’s son will not be accepted by the public, in my opinion, we should give this guy a chance, everybody will make mistakes, what’s more, he has regretted for what he has done, he know his fault, that is the most important.
成龙，中国著名的男演员，在全世界都很出名。由于他的巨大影响力，人们一直关注着他的家庭，就在不久之前，成龙的儿子被抓到吸毒，这个事件让所有人都感到震惊，他们无法想到他的儿子会犯这样的错误，因此成宣称过他讨厌人们吸毒，他会不遗余力地反对吸毒。自从成的儿子被关进监狱，这个年轻人的事业可以说是毁了，人们拒绝去看有关他的电影或者和他有关的东西，公司也不得不放弃他。似乎大众不会接受成的儿子了，在我看来，我们应该给这个年轻人一个机会，每个人都会犯错误，而且，他也为自己所做的感到后悔，知道了自己的错误，这才是最重要的。

Every year, the Oscar rewarding ceremony always catches the world's attention, people wait for the live show and want to hear the good news of their favorite movies. This year, an awkward mistake happened. When the winner of best film announced, the director and filmmakers were giving their speech, someone realized that the letter was wrong and the real winner was another movie. At this awkward moment, the producer took no hesitation to admit that another movie was winner. He walked away and then sent congratulation. What a gentle man. His great manner impressed the audience. There must be the loss in his heart, but he respected the result and soon accepted the fact.
每年的奥斯卡颁奖仪式总是吸引了世界各界的注意力，大家等待着现场直播，想听到关于他们最喜欢的电影的好消息。今年发生了尴尬的错误，最佳影片得主宣布时，导演和制片人都在发表演讲，之后有人意识到名单是错误的，真正的赢家是另一部电影。在这尴尬的时刻，制片人毫不犹豫地承认另一部电影才是赢家。他离开了舞台，并向对方发送祝贺。这是多么的绅士啊，他良好的礼仪给观众留下了深刻印象。他的心里一定很失落，但他尊重结果，很快就接受了这个事实。

Every person makes all kinds of mistakes every day. Although we call them as mistakes, they are still somehow benifit to us. It is because when you make a mistake, you will get a result that you wouldn't like to gain, then you will try every effort not to do the thing by the same way again to avoid the terrible results. Still, mistakes are kind of experience. As the proverb goes, failure is the mother of success. Every scientist made mistakes, and they tried over and over again, fixing their mistakes step by step, and finally got what they want. So mistakes are not terrifying. That's why we should have the courages to try. Making speeches in public, putting up your hand to answer the teachers, and some also other challenges. It is through these challenges that people step to higher space, and that's why they are more outstanding than others.
