july 14 is the second tuesday since the summer vacation. the hottest dog days in summer have arrived. as the saying goes, "toufu dumplings, erfu noodles, and sanfu dumplings are garlic."
today is yifu, should eat dumplings, so my father and mother and i discussed eating three fresh stuffing dumplings. then assigned the task, mother bought meat, father bought shrimp, fungus and leek, i at home and noodles. my father and mother left. i was alone at home and made noodles. i put the flour into a big basin first. i took two big bowls of water and put them in the basin regardless of the number of 3721. i found that there was more water in the basin with my hands and yahe, and yahe. five fingers were stuck together and couldn't be separated. i used the other hand to take prisoners, but the other hand was also firmly stained. i'm like a little ant on a hot pot --- turning round and sweating. i thought to myself: it's really a dog days! hey! who invented eating dumplings? so troublesome. all of a sudden, i had an idea. would it be better to add some dry flour? so, i put some dry flour in, and with, mother came back, touch the face, hard, mother said: "soft dumplings, hard soup, dumplings to use warm water and noodles." i suddenly realized it and said, "oh, it's really a white oil shuttle - short exercise."
the next one is the filling. dad bought back the shrimp, leek and fungus. i grabbed a handful of fungus and put them in a basin. then i poured boiling water on it and covered it. my father packed shrimp, and my mother asked me to pick leeks. i took the mud off the leek roots and the yellow leaves off the leaf tips, but i felt as if i picked more and more. one leek seemed to be thinner than my hair, and i cried. i said to myself, "it's so hard to make a dumpling." i washed the leeks, and my father said, "control the leeks, or the water will be too much, and the leeks and fillings with water will be used to make the soup." i turned around to take the fungus, and i was shocked when i opened the cover. "dad, come here quickly, how can the fungus become so many? can it do magic?" dad said with a smile, "if you put a little fungus, you can have a lot of hair." the meat stuffing is reconciled, everything is ready, only owe the east wind ---- making dumplings.
the three of us work separately. i roll the dough. my father and mother make dumplings. first, i roll the dough into long strips, then pull the dough into small balls. then i round it with my hands, press it with the palm, flatten it, and use the rolling pin to roll it. the first one is glued to the board, the second one is wrapped on the rolling pin, and the third one makes a big hole i watched my father and mother waiting pitifully for my rolling skin. finally, my mother couldn't help but say, "touch some dry noodles." it's much better after touching the dried noodles, but the shape is not good at all. there are long, square, short, big, small, flat, drum there is no circle. but my father said, "look at you rolling like a big shoe, ha ha." as soon as i heard it, i was very angry. i threw down the rolling pin, walked into the living room, sat on the sofa, and thought to myself: i'm not good, you go to the bag! at this time, my mother came over and said, "failure is the mother of success. no one can do this without learning. come here and my mother will teach you." i went back to the kitchen again, and my mother said, "don't roll in one direction, roll the dough around and around." i tried, really ling, a round dumpling skin successfully rolled out.
i tried to make two more dumplings. my father and mother taught me by hand. when the hot dumplings were brought up, i was very happy. the dumplings i made were fragrant. i didn't expect that it would be so difficult to make small dumplings!
this is a meaningful thing in summer vacation. it enlightens me that life is full of learning.
