有趣的汉字

我原来以为中国的汉字是那样的枯燥乏味，单调难写，而且难于学习记忆。可是，今天冯老师给我们班级上了一节写作课以后，我才知道中国的汉字并不像我原来想象的那样，而是那样亲切有趣。你不相信的话，那就听我来说一说吧！

i used to think that chinese characters are so boring, monotonous and hard to write, and difficult to learn and remember. however, today, mr. feng gave our class a writing class, i learned that chinese characters are not as friendly and interesting as i thought they were. if you don't believe it, listen to me!

上课的时候，冯老师对我们说有些人将桥字的木字偏旁写成了禾字偏旁，你们说这样改，可以吗？为什么不能够将桥字写成用禾字作偏旁的桥字呢？我原来以为，桥字就是桥字，古代没有水泥，只能够用木头来造桥嘛，这有什么好奇怪的呀！经过冯老师的耐心启发，我终于明白了这错误的原因：禾字代表庄稼，用庄稼的秆子来造桥，这怎么能够走人呢？是呀，人一走上用庄稼秆子造的桥就会塌掉，那样桥就起不到桥的作用，而且还会淹死人的。即使不死人，除了夏天，其他的日子掉到河里也不好受的呀！如果是冬天，特别是大雪纷飞、滴水成冰的日子里，人掉到河里，冻冻也就够糟的了。

日字加一划，我原来认为只能够组成三个字。那就是旧、白和目。在上课的时候，在同学的帮助下我才发现原来可以组成九个字，还有田、甲、由、申、电、旦。啊，中国的汉字变化真是多呀！

通过冯老师给我们上的一堂写作课，让我了解了中国的汉字原来是那么有趣，让人回味无穷。学习中国汉字，简直是一种享受。以后，我一定会更加努力去学习中国的汉字，寻求每一个汉字的意义，得到其中的无穷乐趣！

through a writing class given by mr. feng, i learned that chinese characters are so interesting and memorable. learning chinese characters is a pleasure. in the future, i will work harder to learn chinese characters, seek the meaning of each chinese character, and get the endless fun!
